While I was away, I also could not phone or text, (but was able to see her texts) & I was able to send replies through the Rover App., & Katie always got back to within a few minutes. Even though I was only gone 3 days, she sent me updates & photos of Jack after every visit. Her rates were very reasonable, & her prompt responses very professional! Thank you Katie & Rover!”

“We went out of town for 13 days and we had Rachel do drop in visits for our cat, Bella (we have to take our 2 older dogs with us). We did a meet & greet with Rachel coming over to meet our kitty and Rachel also agreed to feed our fish every other day! (We just returned home yesterday) She did a great job for us and our babies left behind, I very much would Love to use her again! Our cat Bella doesn’t at all like when we leave and so he was very elusive but we did get updates and pics of the fish ? they were more outgoing LoL (& captive in a tank..haha) anyways if Rachel would be willing to help us again in the future it would be great with us!! Rachel’s super sweet, down to earth, friendly and made me feel comfortable! And I highly recommend her for anyone who needs to feel at peace with a sitter or in our case to do drop in visits!! “Abby took excellent care of my 2 dogs on multiple occasions. She is an amazing communicator even when I was very nervous and going to be out of the country (and had limited communication myself). She sent daily photos (which was perfect when I was missing my pet). She followed all instructions like not feeding my dogs people food and followed med regimen. She kept my house clean and orderly for my return. And she clearly loves pets because she gave mine so much love and care. I can not recommend her highly enough.
