Before boarding: Alani and her families invited us to do meet-and-greet, asked questions about my dog’s usual routines, sent information about other two dogs mine will be staying with ahead of time. During the stay: Alani sent photos and updates daily. Informed me if anything was unusual. They took her to a dog park when the weather got cooler. Pick-up: They were very accommodating while my flight schedules changed. Alani gave me an update on how my dog stay went, anything she noticed, etc. My dog seemed well-played and happy. I am so grateful to Christal and her family for opening their home and taking such wonderful care of my two girls for 10 days. From the very beginning, Christal made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. She sent me daily pictures and updates, which meant so much to me and gave me peace of mind knowing they were happy, safe, and being well taken care of. Her entire family welcomed my girls and cared for them as if they were their own. It was clear that they were not just being watched, they were genuinely loved, spoiled, and treated like part of the family. Christal was also incredibly understanding and flexible when we had to pick them up later than our scheduled time because of unexpected luggage delays. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Knowing my girls were in such loving hands allowed me to enjoy my time away without worrying about them. I am beyond thankful to Christal and her family for loving and caring for my girls so well. Susan and Peter gave my pup Scout the best vacation while I was on vacation. They were so easy to communicate with. I loved seeing how happy Scout was in the pictures and videos the videos they sent I while I was away. They absolutely love having fur guests and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Zack came home happy, clean, healthy, and just as relaxed as when we left him. They took great care of him, followed all of our instructions, and returned everything we had provided. We had such a wonderful experience with her! Boots absolutely loved his time playing with Ozzy and getting to spend time with her daughters. It was so comforting knowing he was having so much fun and being so well cared for while we were away. She was also incredibly flexible, which made coordinating pick-up and drop-off a breeze. I especially appreciated how communicative she was throughout his stay. The regular updates and photos always put me at ease and made it so nice to see how much fun Boots was having. We are so grateful for the wonderful care she gave Boots and will definitely continue to rebook with her whenever we need to get away. It makes leaving him so much easier knowing he has his buddies, Ozzy and the girls, to look forward to spending time with! We couldn’t ask for a better home away from home for him. 🐾❤️
