“We went out of town for 13 days and we had Rachel do drop in visits for our cat, Bella (we have to take our 2 older dogs with us). We did a meet & greet with Rachel coming over to meet our kitty and Rachel also agreed to feed our fish every other day! (We just returned home yesterday) She did a great job for us and our babies left behind, I very much would Love to use her again! Our cat Bella doesn’t at all like when we leave and so he was very elusive but we did get updates and pics of the fish ? they were more outgoing LoL (& captive in a tank..haha) anyways if Rachel would be willing to help us again in the future it would be great with us!! Rachel’s super sweet, down to earth, friendly and made me feel comfortable! And I highly recommend her for anyone who needs to feel at peace with a sitter or in our case to do drop in visits!! About: Animals have always been apart of my life, and now I am lucky to have them at the center of it! I run my own small animal rescue, dedicated to rodents, rabbits, fish, reptiles and other small critters! I have hands on experience in all of these little guys, as well as birds, dogs, cats, and more. I also volunteer at a dog and cat shelter, where I walk and feed everybody daily as well as keep them company. I am happy to work with shy or reactive animals, as my passion is rehabilitating animals in need of a little extra patience. I run my rescue in my home, so I am available to sit or walk animals most days and can visit often! I have time to stay with animals in their home for some extra snuggles while their family is away. I am happy to follow all care instructions left by you, such as when to walk, feed, crate, and clean your pets' area! I am experienced in giving medication, orally and by injection, so I can continue a health regime if needed. About: From the moment I was born I've been surrounded by pets, and I couldn't be happier. While I only have 2 cats at the moment, I've been the proud owner and friend of cats and dogs alike! About: Whether your pooch just needs a pal to hang out with while you’re at the office, a stroll around the neighborhood to burn off some energy, or just a quick visit for food/bathroom relief, I’m happy to help! My family consists of two 65lb+ Shepard mixes that were both adopted from fosters, and an elderly tiger cat that was originally found as a stray. Each of our fur babies came with some behavioral baggage, so I have experience handling reactive and/or sensitive pups. I am located in southern Tempe and don’t have an office 9-5 type job, so my schedule is usually quite flexible. Thanks for the consideration! Please reach out with any questions! About: Hello, I'm Shelby! I've been petsitting and babysitting for my friends and family since high school. I've lived with dogs of all sizes and cats my whole life. I currently care for our sweet senior pittie mix with special medical and dietary needs. I also have had pet rats in the past. I would love to take care of your pets, whether that's house sitting or drop ins! I have reliable transportation and I would be happy to video chat or meet up in person to see if I'm the right fit for your needs. I'm currently a graduate student and an intern, which means I'm out of the house for ~8 hours at a time on Mondays-Thursdays. I can do house-sits and drop ins on weekdays for animals who can be left alone for long periods of time. My weekends are free to care for the animals who need more frequent potty breaks, walks, and attention. I can do multiple week-long house sits with instructions about household and pet care. I love to play and cuddle with animals, and I can take them for walks in the mornings and evenings when it's not too hot! I can keep on top of a regular feeding + potty schedule. If your pet has medicines, a special diet, or any other special needs I am completely able to accommodate.
