Reliable Cat Care
I started pet sitting during my free time in college and have continued long past graduation. I love making pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. In the beginning I cared for a mix of cats and dogs but more recently I have transitioned to mostly cat care. Around the same time, my partner and I adopted 2 cats of our own. I have found that caring for them has taught me even more about the unique needs and preferences of cats. I have cared for several diabetic cats and feel comfortable giving insulin injections and other medications. Besides daily care tasks, I make sure that there is enough time left in the visit to provide pets with love and attention.

Prior to the booking, I feel most comfortable meeting in person in your space so that I can meet your pet and get comfortable with the details of the pet care tasks. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your pet and their needs!

Alex did an excellent job taking care of my two cats and checking on my house for the 6 days I was gone. She notified me of a couple issues that came up and resolved them. Alex was reliable and competent. I will definitely book with her again.

I work a full time job that is not related to animal care, but my hours are flexible enough that I have time for morning and evening drop in visits during the week and during most weekends.
