“I’m glad that Alex makes the meet and greet part of her process, because I was able to meet her on Thursday and drop my dog off on Friday feeling very comfortable that my dog was in good hands. Alex is home is very neat and clean. If you didn’t see the dogs, you wouldn’t know she was hosting multiple dogs by the cleanliness of her home. Alex puts the needs of the dogs first and makes sure to introduce them one by one and make sure any dogs that she’s hosting fits within the pack. I never had to worry about how my dog was doing because Alex sent me pictures throughout the day each day that my pup was with her. I am so grateful to Christal and her family for opening their home and taking such wonderful care of my two girls for 10 days. From the very beginning, Christal made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. She sent me daily pictures and updates, which meant so much to me and gave me peace of mind knowing they were happy, safe, and being well taken care of. Her entire family welcomed my girls and cared for them as if they were their own. It was clear that they were not just being watched, they were genuinely loved, spoiled, and treated like part of the family. Christal was also incredibly understanding and flexible when we had to pick them up later than our scheduled time because of unexpected luggage delays. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Knowing my girls were in such loving hands allowed me to enjoy my time away without worrying about them. I am beyond thankful to Christal and her family for loving and caring for my girls so well. There are a lot of great sitters out there, but Kathy is the best! (Selfishly I don't want to admit that, because I know her calendar will start filling up quickly as soon as people realize that ...) Our little guy was loved and (almost) as happy as he is when he's at home. He can't wait to go back. She was great to work with all around, with lots of photos and updates during our trip. We are so thankful we found her.
We needed to find a new dog sitter during a holiday weekend and Jason made this process so easy. Jason is so nice and easy to communicate with. John and Donna are such wonderful people who were a real pleasure to meet in person. They took very good care of our senior Shih-Tzu and provided frequent updates about how he was doing during his stay.
