With over 15 years of experience in animal rescue, I’ve had the privilege of fostering hundreds upon hundreds of dogs, everything from newborn puppies to seniors, as well as dogs with special medical needs. My background has given me extensive hands-on experience with all types of care, including bottle feeding, administering medications, and providing gentle support for elderly or recovering pets Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do, it’s truly my passion. I understand that every dog has unique needs, personalities, and routines, and I’m dedicated to making sure each pup feels safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away.

We don't have words to express how amazing Michelle has been. She's a literal miracle. This was our third booking with her. She is responsive, flexible, detailed, & accommodating. She sends great photos and updates of our pups while we are away and we are completely comfortable with them in her care. We trust her implicitly. But that doesn't begin to describe her impact. During our last booking, our dog was diagnosed with cancer two days before a long-planned trip and well after we had booked through Rover. Michelle offered to take her to her first chemo treatment (scheduled while we were away) and provided a level of care, communication, and thoughtfulness that the phrase "above and beyond" doesn't begin to describe. After we returned, Michelle followed up multiple times to check on how our dog was feeling. The foundation of our dog's treatment was strengthened by Michelle. She treated our dogs like family. We can't recommend her enough. If Michelle is available, we will never choose anyone else to care for our pets. She's the best.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live on a half-acre property with a fully fenced backyard, a separate fenced pool area, and a large grassy space for playtime. While I do have a dog door, all outside time is always supervised, and dogs only go out when they want to. They are never left outside and are never left unattended. Inside, our home is air-conditioned with plenty of cozy dog beds spread throughout the bottom level so each pup can choose their favorite spot to relax. It's a safe, welcoming environment designed to feel just like home!

A typical day
I love keeping dogs engaged, happy and safe with fun activities tailored to their needs. If the weather allows, I'm happy to take dogs on walks, always checking both the outside temperature and the pavement to ensure is safe for delicate paws. When it's too warm for walks, we enjoy playtime in the shaded backyard, swimming if allowed, games of fetch, puzzle toys or just lounging together for some extra snuggles. My priority is always safety and comfort so your pup will get the right mix of exercise, play and relaxation while in my care.
