A homebody who loves little dogs!
Your little dog will get all the attention, cuddles, and companionship while you're away. My sweet Suki and I spent 14 years together and we lost her at the end of 2020. I'm finally through the grieving period partly through watching a few other little cuties throughout 2021-22. Now I'm ready to spend more time with sweet little pups (but still not ready to fully commit to being a Full Time Dog Mom again). I'm experienced in caring for dogs who are deaf and/or blind, who have mobility issues and may require special diets or medication.

It was very firat time leaving my dogs at someone else's place. I was very worried because I know how my dogs would be like without me, but Bex took care of them so good and by the 2nd day, I didn't have to worry so much about them. Thanks to Bex. I know who I should leave my dogs next time when I am away.

Bex was great to work with and gave me daily updates on how my pup was doing. My dog has separation anxiety and it put my mind at ease that everything was going smoothly. I also like that she cares for one dog at a time. I'd definitely recommend Bex for any future dog sitting as well as I'll plan on booking again in the future!

I have taken Eevee, my rescue dachshund, to Bex’s several times now and I can’t say enough good things about her and her husband’s care. My senior dog developed diabetes after I had already established her with Bex, and they were willing to learn to give her insulin injections and keep her schedule. My dog is fearful and timid, and it meant a lot that she could continue to be cared for in a familiar and friendly home. It is clear whenever I drop off or pick up my dog she feels right at home and comfortable - she is so happy! This means a LOT when you have an anxious rescue dog. I am happy to leave Eevee in Bex’s home when I need to be away.

Schedule
I work from home and make my own schedule so I can stay home with your pup most of the time. When I do head out for a meeting or social time, I am usually not gone for more than 2-4 hours. Part of what I do for work is paint portraits of dogs! I love having a dog nearby as I'm painting and I love getting a reminder to head outside after a while to give me a little break.

Safety, trust & environment
I like getting very detailed instructions from pet parents so that your dog's routine is as normal as possible. Dogs are allowed on furnitures and bed. They're welcome to sleep and snuggle with me too.
A typical day
During the day, I love having a constant companion to sit near me as I paint or (on me) as I work on the computer.
