About: I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for the past few years and absolutely love it. I also have a rescue dog of my own, so I understand the importance of patience, routine, and gentle care. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or just providing companionship, I treat every dog like my own. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. Since I’m currently not working, my schedule is very flexible, which allows me to be available for walks, drop-ins, or extended visits throughout the day. I enjoy spending time with animals and love making sure they feel cared for, whether it’s a quick visit or a long walk. I’m happy to adjust to meet your pet’s needs and routine. I currently offer drop-ins and dog walking, so I care for pets in their own homes where they’re most comfortable. I make sure to follow any specific instructions provided, whether it’s feeding, giving medications, or keeping up with routines like playtime or walks. I always respect the home and the pet’s space, and make it a priority to keep pets calm, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I don’t offer boarding at the moment, but I do have a sweet 10-year-old Norfolk Terrier at home, so I understand the importance of gentle, reliable, and attentive pet care.

“Carly was great with Tapi and treated him with excellent care. She was attentive to him when he was feeling low energy and sick and played with him when he didn't feel like walking. We love how reliable Carly is and know our little guy is in good hands with her.”

“I can't say enough good things about my dog walker! She has been an absolute lifesaver. Always showing up with a positive attitude, she’s proactive, reliable, and genuinely caring. My pup is definitely a handful—she’s dog reactive and not the easiest to manage—but that’s never been an issue. She handles her with so much patience, skill, and understanding. I especially appreciate the photo updates and messages after walks—it gives me so much peace of mind during the day. It’s clear she really gets dogs and loves what she does. I’m so grateful for her help and feel lucky to have found someone so trustworthy and kind. Highly recommend!”

“Moriah was on time and was good with Trunks. He got his daily walk and bathroom breaks and provided photos of him on his walk. Came home to him tired out which was perfect.”

“Adrianna helped us out at the last minute and for a great price. She spent time with our pups which means the world to us. She even helped feed them and our fish while we were away when she was just booked for a walk! We are so happy with our experience and will absolutely be contacting her in the future for walks. You should too!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have helped out at my uncle’s vet clinic. Most recently, my wife and I took care of her senior family dog who needed a medley of oral medications and allergy shots. I am currently in between jobs so I am home all day on the weekdays to spend time with your pet. I like to stay active and will take your pet out for walks at a minimum of 3x a day. On the weekends, your pet won’t be home alone for more than 3 hours at a time. My wife and I currently do not have any other pets in the home. We are in a townhome with stairs, and will make sure your pet is getting up/down safely. There are lots of walking paths and grassy areas in our community.

“Jessica was great to the my two old Pitties and was very flexible with times and the changing demands. Happy to have her as my pup sitter. She’s very attentive and provided me with updates on the girls. Thanks to her I was able to enjoy my vacay knowing the girls were in good hands. Thanks Jessica!!”

“We booked Jefferey for two walks in the day. He followed all instructions, has excellent communication skills, and over delivers on the walks. He uses the entire time. Thank you! Will reach out next time!”

About: I have taken care of animals all my life. I have 3 cats of my own and I have owned dogs in the past as well, unfortunately due to my living in an apartment I am unable to own a dog at this time. But I feel I am well equipped to care for both dogs and cats equally. I work full time, but I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available at all times of the day to stop in and check on your fur baby. I have 3 cats and live in an apartment, I also have a small yard in the back area of my apartment that is fenced in and private.

“Took great care of my pup and went above and beyond to tend to my elderly dog. I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in such good hands. Highly recommend—thank you for your outstanding service!”

About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life, from Labs to Shepards to bulldogs. I love each one equally and they are what make me happy. It would be an honor if you would let me walk your dog while I go on my walks or hikes. As of right now, I am free 24/7, just as long as you communicate to me slightly in advance. Most the time I’m just at home so if you need a dog walker ASAP there’s a good chance I can do it! I always keep a very close eye on the dogs I walk. As much as we love their energy and desire to run around, safety is the most important thing so you can trust me with handling them!

About: Hi there! :) I'm a 28 year old young professional using Rover in my spare time. I love dogs and cats and I have cared for my own cockapoo from when she was a puppy to fourteen unforgettable years (and to many more) with her and her everlasting puppy energy! I’ve also lived with extended family for 3 years and helped care for three dogs: two shih tzu/maltese dogs and an energetic, adorable yorkie! I have added a new puppy to my family over the last few years and now have another cockapoo, so I have extensive experience caring for little pups! From small cockapoos to big lovable retrievers, I have exceptional pet sitting experience as well as basic walking experience. I am always eager to accompany some furry friends during my free time :) I love exercising and being outdoors, so I would love to run with any dogs that also enjoy an active lifestyle! I have no allergies to any other animals, and I do have a car to get around the city. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I look forward to learning more about you and your lovely pet(s)! I work from home full time on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays with full availability to accompany your pet(s) all day. I go into the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, typically from 9am to noon. With that said, if I am house sitting, I can still feed your pet in the mornings and take them outside to relieve themselves. I usually end my work days between 4:00-4:30pm and I am also flexible on the weekends :) For drop-in visits and dog walks: Please be as specific as possible for how you would like me to care for your pet! Include information such as where to find their food, bowls, treats, harness, leash, potty pads, cleaning supplies, etc.

About: What sets me apart? I treat every dog like a VIP (Very Important Pup). Whether it’s teaching puppies basic manners or giving senior dogs the gentle care they deserve, I adjust to their needs — not the other way around. I’ve got the energy for zoomies, the patience for accidents, and the heart for every age and breed. I know the difference between a "play bark" and a "let me out now" bark — and yes, I’ve been told I speak fluent Woof. Bonus: I send photo updates that’ll make you smile mid-meeting. Your dog gets a buddy, and you get peace of mind. Win-win! Pet care is my routine — it's not a side gig, it’s my lifestyle. My days are happily shaped around tail wags, treat breaks, and potty dances. Whether it's morning walks with my coffee or evening snuggles during Netflix, I make sure every pup in my care feels like part of the pack. I build my schedule around your dog’s routine — not the other way around — so they feel comfy, loved, and totally at home (even when they’re not). Basically, if your dog has a favorite nap spot or a weird snack ritual… I’m here for it. In my home, pets get the VIP treatment — comfy beds, a calm space, and best of all… access to my personally curated stash of dog toys (yep, I run a small dog toy business, so playtime is always next-level). In your home, I keep things familiar, calm, and clean. I follow your pup’s exact routine, respect your space, and make sure your dog feels safe and loved — with a few bonus toys in my bag, of course 😉 Whether we’re chilling at my place or hanging at theirs, your dog gets love, attention, enrichment, and probably their new favorite toy.

About: Dog owner I have a 7 year old dog that gets along with other dogs. Also 2 young kids so pup has to be good with kids. I am home so will be able to walk and feed dogs as frequently as necessary. I typically walk my dog 1x / day . I walk and feed the pets and the kids like to interact with the dogs too. We have a fenced in backyard that dogs love to play in.

About: What sets me apart is my genuine passion and love of being around animals. I'm an avid volunteer for a cat rescue, SD Humane Society and Lions, Tigers and Bears so my experience is all over the place. I've had just about every pet imaginable since growing up in a small town and I just love animals (cliché, I know but true!). I do work full-time but I have a very flexible schedule with work. I wake up early so can walk/check pets before heading to work and again when I'm done for the day. I care for the pets I watch just as I do my own, with time, love and patience. I know not every animal is comfortable around strangers and I'm willing to work with animals on their own time and trust level. My pets are my children and I'll treat your pets with the idea that you feel the same.

“Joseph was amazing. My wife and I were first time Rover users and found Joseph. He was able to accommodate us on short notice and took great care of our little one. We felt comfortable and assured while away for a long weekend because he sent updates and pictures of our boy and he was happy and well taken care of. 10/10 would ask him again for his help!”

“Took our dogs to Miramar Lake and I forgot the leash and Madeline graciously went back to her house to grab one. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much Madeline. You saved the day.”
