About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 15. I walked and watched my neighbors, friends and family’s dogs when they went on vacation or during the day for potty breaks. I love dogs and have always had a dog of my own. I will treat your dog as if they were mine. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I walk my dog every 3 hours with a long walk in the morning and evening. I walk my dog very frequently, with a long walk in the morning and evening adding up to 5 miles a day. I can also take your dog to the dog park if you and your dog are comfortable with the dog park. I can crate and give medicine if necessary.

About: I love all pets. I have a special place in my heart for all pets. Wish I could start a pet sanctuary of my own. I treat all pets with respect and loyalty as if they were my own. I have 2 crested geckos currently. I’m a stay at home mom so my schedule is open. I’m pretty flexible with schedules but live a good routine. I can provide the best care with proper instructions. I can crate your pet if needed but we can also take many walks and get a lot of exercise during the day. I don’t have small children. My youngest is 5 but we all loves pets and are as patient as possible with all animals.

“Kristen was so kind and accommodating for a last minute visit. My pup had a great time during his stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again for future stays. Thank you, Kristen!”

“Alejandra & Rodrigo did a wonderful job caring for Dobby. We received regular care summaries with pictures each day which put us at ease that each day went well. We could see that Dobby was in the loving care of warm and friendly caregivers. We would definitely work with Alejandro & Rodrigo again!”

“Wendy has been great with our yellow lab puppy, Duke. She was able to accommodate us on short notice and keeps us updated throughout the day. He always comes home tired after a long day of playtime. We will definitely keep bringing Duke back!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs my whole life. I have never not owned dogs and usually I have had between 2-4 at a time. I have fostered dozens of dogs for Helen Woodward of all ages and backgrounds including seniors. I enjoy taking them out for a long walk every day. I usually go to Fiesta Island, dog beach or Grape street Dog Park. I own a 6 year old medium sized dog that loves company. I work part-time from home and am an empty nester. I enjoy filling my day with doggie time. I am available 7 days a week for doggie daycare or boarding. I have a fenced yard and one friendly dog to keep your dog company. I can accommodate both crate trained dogs or no crate. Dogs are allowed on the furniture.

About: Ive never really known life without a dog. Before having my own I’ve always watched and taken care of my family’s dogs whenever they needed so they received more attention than just a couple of check in’s during the day. A human will always be around to give the care and attention throughout the day/night. I currently work from home with no strict schedule, which allows me to be with the dogs and care for them throughout the day and feed/walk/play with them constantly. I have two very friendly goldendoodles to play with your dog(s). They are more than welcome on the couch and bed with me. Since I work from home potty breaks and walks happen often throughout the day.

“Neena was great! She was available last minute for doggy day care and took our dog for two walks during the day. She was flexible with us and we would use her again!!”

They were both in good spirits when we arrived and fell right to sleep when they got home. We we will definitely reach out to her again for a future visit!”

About: I am 30 years old and live in San Diego and am originally from Central Vermont. I have loved animals since the day I was born, and if I'm being honest, I love animals more than most humans ;) I love playing with them, pampering them, and giving them loves. I work from home M&F, and I go to the office for a half day on T, W, Th. My husband, Rohit, is also listed on Rover as a sitter and is home everyday of the week. We both love animals and we have 2 very sweet kitties and 1 eight pound five year old havapoo. I am very outgoing and love exercising, so I can walk and/or run your dog. I can also check in on them and feed them. I am very experienced and happy to continue positive reinforcement training with your pup. I have experience taking care of and helping to train dogs and cats ages 6 weeks to 20 years old. No animal is too big or small for me! Feel free to message me for more info, and I look forward to meeting you and your fur friends! I'd love to help out with any pet care you need. I work from home full time on Mondays and Fridays, so I am available for services out of the home once in the morning (between 6am-9am), and once in the afternoon (11am-3pm). I can also take care of your pup during the day time while you're away, you can drop them off at my house and I will hang out with them all day. My partner is also a sitter on rover and is home full time all week. I care for all animals as if they are my own pets. They will constantly be given lots of love and attention, and will have lots of fun!

“Barbara was really great! Bella stayed with her for daycare today and she was awesome with her. She was very communicative and sent lots of pics to keep me updated. She even offered a meet and greet beforehand. Since the pup is such a senior and has special needs, it’s a relief to find someone who is so attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend booking with her.”

About: * 2+ dogs I only offer house sitting at your place no boarding* Coverage area Point Loma and OB or 10 minutes from MCRD* I love dogs! Big or small, young or old, your fur baby will be loved and entertained. I like to go on walks daily, I also offer house sitting, so your pup can stay where he or she is more comfortable. No extra charge for extra pets :) House sitting rate includes overnight stay and a mid day walk. Most days I will stay more at your house, but that’s the bare minimum you can expect. I live my life out of your house and will be in and out during the day. As a dog mom, I know how hard it is to find someone you trust around your babies! I will love on them and make sure they are happy. . I usually do a short walk in the morning, another one around mid day, and a longer one in the afternoon. I look forward to meeting your puppy! Two or more dogs from the same family, I stay at your house . I can handle medication, injections, and bathe them if needed. I spend extra time at the beginning building a bond with your dog, and making sure he/she is comfortable around me. I'm happy sleeping with your dogs in bed. I have an elderly Great Dane, if your dog is friendly and you are happy with me bringing him along (always supervised and never alone with yours!), then I will have more time to spend at your place. I don't really have a set schedule, if your pup is good in the car and happy to go on adventures, I take them along if I'm running an errand or going to lunch, if they're happy at home, I come back for pee breaks. I am rarely out at night. If I am staying at your place, I ask that you turn off inside puppy cameras. I never bring dogs from another family into your home. I usually cross the street when we walk, even if your dog is friendly, because you never know who is coming. If your dog has a great come back command, I'm happy to do off leash areas, but usually take the time to bond with a leash before doing that.

“I wholeheartedly recommend Veronica to care for your pets. I have known her for 8 years, and during that time, I have witnessed her love for animals, strong sense of responsibility, and natural ability to connect with many different pets. Beyond being great with animals, Veronica is also punctual, trustworthy, and respectful of other people’s property—traits that are especially important in a role that often involves entering clients’ homes or handling keys.
