“Dena is wonderful! She is very loving and nurturing, gentle with senior dogs and playful with the rest. She is very punctual and reliable. We will definitely have her back!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and share a special bond with them. I volunteered at a street dog rescue organization in Mexico, where I helped stray dogs recover and find loving forever homes. I’ve also cared for friends' dogs while they were away or couldn’t walk them. I’m gentle, patient, and enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. As a photographer, I often find myself at the computer, so taking a dog along on my walks is a win-win! It provides a much-needed break while giving a furry friend the exercise and companionship they deserve. I mostly work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Just let me know what you need, and I'll see if I can make it work. I prioritize safety on every walk, keeping dogs on a leash. During drop-in visits, I make sure they have water, attention, and a calm, comfortable environment. I'm more than happy to keep you updated with messages and photos.
“Amazing sitter, She took great care of my German Shepherd. I only asked for basic checkups and she went out of her way to take my dog on extended walks and play dates with other dogs. Thanks again!”

“Ms. Jo was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She really took care of Renzel and I can tell he was happy! When I leave for a trip he usually doesn’t eat for a couple days but Ms Jo is the first person to watch over him and he ate for. I travel a lot. I hope to have the honor of Ms Jo to watch Renzel in the future!”

“Christina has been awesome spending time to get to know my two dogs, even though one of them is people-phobic. I appreciated her suggestions on ways to try to ensure my little dog takes her medications. She is very caring and enjoyable to work with.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life - mostly well tempered labs we got as puppies. Now, my husband and I have a pitbull who we rescued a few years ago that has taught us so much about patience and unconditional love. She’s needed a lot of training and nurturing due to her abusive past and we accepted the challenge. Now, I am comfortable with all kinds of training tools such as prong and e-collars, I understand how to read behavior and body language and feel very confident caring for dogs that have different behavioral challenges. I work frequently with a trainer (with 30+ years experience) who has really changed our dog’s life for the better and has taught me how to be a more confident and responsible dog owner/caretaker. I do have a dog myself, but still have plenty of time to walk, watch, and play with other dogs too during the day! This is my main job at the moment, so I make time for all my clients. I can not keep dogs in my home as our rescue dog is not friendly to other dogs, but I would be happy to care for your pet in your home/neighborhood, which I am sure is the most comfortable environment for them anyway. I love to get my steps in and was an athlete for many years so I can take dogs for short or long walks depending on the owners desired activity level for their pet! I'd be happy to walk around your neighborhood or head over to a local trail or park as well!
“Jennifer dropped in and fed my two kitties. She was prompt, sent me photos of how they were doing, and did additional duties such as litter box cleaning. I felt at ease while out on travel, knowing that my kitties were taken care of so lovingly.”

About: I have taken care of kittens, cats, senior cats, dog and senior dogs. I am comfortable with administering medications and litter box care. I have raised 6 fur babies of my own as well as 3 puppies and a grand puppy! I have availability early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Working from home allows me to have a more flexible schedule and can plan for multiple daily visits. I respect your home, follow all instructions carefully, and prioritize your pet’s safety, routine, and well-being. Whether your dog or cat is social, shy, senior, or requires medication, I will provide patient and compassionate care tailored to their needs.
“i was looking for someone to drop in on my 2 labs 3x a day in the evening hours and was lucky enough to find donavyn just around the corner - my labs took to him right away - donavyns experience with larger dogs really put my mind at ease as larger dogs can be a handful for those who haven’t experienced larger breeds- he’s was prompt for all visits, spent a good amount of time exercising my dogs in the yard even when the weather was chilly, he spent quality cuddle time each visit with both dogs and sent lots of pictures while i was gone - if your looking for someone responsible and trustworthy to watch over your animals i would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate calling donavyn - i’ll definitely be calling on him again for future visits.”

“Courtney was AMAZING for our first time using Rover when we needed her help last minute. She was detailed in her visits letting me know their moods, potty breaks, what they did for each visits and anything to note to keep us in the loop. We felt very comfortable having her drop-in and both we and our dogs felt very safe with her. Her attention to detail were top notch since one of our dogs is special needs and the other one is a rescue that is prone to anxiety. Her photo updates let me know they were happy and healthy! We will be using Courtney in the future, I know the dogs will love another visit from her!”

About: I’ve had a family dog in my life as long as I can remember. Currently own a well socialized and trained German shepherd. She loves walks and meeting new dog and human friends. Currently working night shift (7p-7a). I am very flexible to check in on and walk dogs during normal business hours. Message me for your daily walking needs. I have a pet of my own who loves to go on walks, well socialized, and is crated when I am not home. I am very active outside of walking/running my dog.
“We were so blessed to have Lidia. She made everything so much easier for us to be away and know we could count on her. She got some of the cutest pictures of Peanut. I was so anxious when we boarded her last year.”

About: I've cared for my sister's dog while she is on vacation, and have several years caring for animals. Part-time, I care for 2 Jack Russell's and a Shorkie - the owners would be happy to recommend my services. I own a cat Allie, and she is treated like a queen, as should be any animal I would be caring for. Animals deserve the greatest love, attention and affection, and I consider them such a high priority. I have a semi flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to devote to the care of your fur babies, in your home, and while you are away. In the Meet & Greet, I will listen very intently for your animal (s) needs, and take detailed instruction on leash requirements, procedures, special requests, etc. Thank you, Nicole (Nicki) I am self-employed and therefore, flexible. I do watch my 3 doggies from 10:30-2:30 Monday through Friday, but otherwise have roughly 10 hours of drafting plans for an Architect. Those hours are also, quite flexible. I can accommodate your needs for overnight stays, medicines, play. While I prefer a fenced yard, I can accommodate on a leash if we are not going too far.
About: Hello! I'm a native Clevelander that has had personal experience growing up with my own dog! My goal is to help your dog stay fit, happy and healthy. I'm based out of Middleburg Heights, but am willing to travel to Berea, Strongsville, Parma, and Parma Heights! We'll walk, whether it be rain, sunshine or snow! Having kids of my own, I know how very important it is that you demonstrate patience when helping others learn something new. I'm a firm believer that the old adage, "You can't teach a dog new tricks" is far from the truth, and I'm always thankful for new opportunities to help pets pursue their very best. If you'd like to meet to talk about yours and your pet's needs further, send me a message! I have kids in school and one who does half-days. So my main availability is mornings between 7am - 11am. I can be flexible with times over the weekends! I like to begin by doing a meet-and-greet with you and your dog, and going for a walk all together. You can show me your preference of route, length, and any helpful advice pertaining to your dog in particular. My goal is to build trust and familiarity to set our walks up for success! I am a gentle, friendly, and easy-going individual that I hope sets your pet at ease.
“Erin was great. Timely, great photo updates, and no news to report. Will definitely be reaching out to her again! That was the first time using Rover, and first time leaving my dog for a full weekend without a family member, and all went well!”
