“Victoria is wonderful!! Having to leave our dogs at home is always difficult, but knowing Victoria was taking good care of our pups and giving them lots of snuggles was comforting. She even checked with me about halfway through our trip to see if she needed to pick up more meds for our one dog. She had noticed there were enough meds for while we were gone, but checked to see if we had another bottle or if we needed her to pick one up before we returned. That really impressed me! She also brought various puzzle toys of her own to keep our pups engaged and entertained. We will definitely book Victoria again in the future!”

About: I have several years of tending to dogs and cats, (as well as some birds) of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I’m comfortable handling potentially difficult dogs and cats, regardless of age and/or disabilities. I have also worked at Morris Animal Inn and currently work at a vet clinic while I prepare to go to vet school. I have a cat of my own, Forrest who I love very dearly. I can also administer medications orally, topically, and subcutaneously. I can monitor all bathroom trips for stool and urine output, give baths, clips nails, or clean out ears if needed. I also take the BEST pictures of pets and can give you updates whenever you’d like :) At the moment, I am currently working full time at a vet clinic, but most weekends I am off or get out early. Im currently available most Friday afternoons to Sundays nights as well as most Tuesdays. Im also flexible to work other days circumstantially. I have a formerly feral cat at home who is now an indoor-only cat that I adopted from my current job. I feed him twice daily as well as clean his litter box morning’s and evenings. He is up to date on all of his exams and shots, and is also on a hydrolyzed diet since he has some food allergies. Additionally I make sure to keep his nails short since he loves to make biscuits on my face :)

About: I’ve been an animal lover since I was a kid. I grew up with dogs, cats and bunnies. I’m a former kennel-hand at veterinary hospitals. I’m also a former Pet Car Technician at K9 Resorts Luxury Dog Hotel of Roxbury. I’ve been house/ pet sitting for years now but just by word of mouth. I’ve dealt with breeds ranging from golden retrievers and labs to rottweilers and pitbulls to chihuahuas and french bulldogs. I believe I am fully capable to properly and lovingly take care of your furry friend(s)! I’m currently working weekend nights at Roxbury Diner. I work 3 pm or 4 pm to 9 pm or 10 pm at night. I am able to take off from work if you need me over the weekend but I need 2 weeks in advance to request off! I care for your furry friends with lots of love. I like to go for walks so I am willing and able to take your pet with me!

“Emily was "better than advertised"..meaning that she went over and above to take care of Oscar. Emily asked all the right questions and was clearly attentive to Oscar's personality and behavior. Emily also has a family dog and this is a great asset when dog-sitting other dogs. We got frequent updates whie away for the weekend and we fely entirely comfortable with Emily staying at the house. We live on a private dirt road cul-de-sac with few houses, so while it is quiet and peaceful, it can be a little intimidating come nightfall. Fortunately our two closest neighbors have dogs and they were both willing to help Emily, if necessary. Very happy to have "discovered" Emily !”

About: I am devoted to helping pets feel happy and comfortable. I have done pet sitting for my friends and family for many years, and have been sitting for newcomers over the last 2 years. It’s been such a lovely experience and I want to keep doing it! I am a college student with some free time so I will be available all summer. When classes pick up this fall I will be free weekends, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for all your pets needs. When I come to a client’s home to watch pets I typically bring my lunch, iPad, and sketchbook. I will ask where the toys and treats are for the pet, what your household rules are, and how often they need to go outside, get fed, and be walked. I typically spend the whole day there, but can also do nights if necessary.

About: I have had a long standing passion for taking care of pets and animals. I understand that just like people, our pets sometimes need special care tailored to their needs. I have raised 3 puppies now and know the patience and attention to detail required to have the best pet for you and your family. I currently work a routine 9-5 job. At the moment weekends are when I will be primarily available, however my after work schedule is quite flexible and I am open to making any arrangements outside of the 9-5 hours during the work week! As of right now I live in an apartment with my girlfriend and golden retriever Nico. We take him on daily walks and are currently working on transitioning him away from the crate. I like to be prepared for any situation or emergency that may arise. This includes having local emergency vets in my phone contacts, having thorough discussions with owners about potential needs and/or desires your pet may have. About: I’ve been dog sitting for my family pets since I was 12, and for friends and neighbors since I was 16. I have two very large dogs who are now seniors, and a small dog with special medical needs. I also have experience in pig-sitting! I’m home from college for the summer and looking for a part time job, so I have lots of free time and am happy to spend it dog sitting I am able to take care of dogs of all sizes and varying medical needs, whether you need a dog walker or someone to care for them overnight.
