About: I’ve been caring for my own animals since childhood and grew up with big dogs. Today I share my life with an 80-pound hound mix and a Velcro cat. I’m naturally empathetic, reliable, and genuinely happiest when caring for animals. However I am going to prefer to come to your house. My dog is a queen and would rather me not bring home dogs. Lol.

“Paola did a great job. She did everything that was requested to look after my cat, Trixie. Trixie would be fine either way so this was more about me and my neuroses. Paola showed up as scheduled to feed and water Trixie. She also sent pics so I could see how Trixie was doing. This is definitely the way to go and Paola was the right choice. Paola was respectful of my home and cat. With Paola’s help, I was able to enjoy my weekend away.”
About: My family has owned a cat for 18 years so I’m very comfortable with cats. I have also dog sat for eight families/people with various dog types and ages. I’m currently unemployed for the summer so I’m super flexible aside from some upcoming trips. I am open to anytime of the day and the closer the location the more flexible I am in terms of frequency and timing of visits. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I follow all feeding walking exercise and medication instructions very carefully and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection.

We had specifically asked her to remain available during that time, so we truly appreciated her honesty, flexibility, and understanding. Once we were able to leave for our vacation, Emily was wonderful with Tucker. She took him on really nice, long walks, communicated with us consistently, and did everything she could to accommodate our situation. You can often tell what someone is really like when nobody is around. We have cameras inside our home, and while I was not sitting there watching every moment, I would occasionally check in to make sure everything was going well. Every time I checked, Emily was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive with Tucker. You can absolutely tell that Emily is a true dog person. She treats the dogs she watches like they are her own, and that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We would not hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, honest, caring, and genuinely great with dogs.”

While we don’t have a backyard, we make sure dogs get regular outdoor time with safe, on-leash walks around our quiet, secure complex and the surrounding neighborhood. We never allow pets off-leash while outside, under any circumstances, to ensure their safety at all times.
