About: I have experience with both younger dogs and elderly dogs. I have specifically worked with senior dogs, who required special care getting around, keeping track of their medication schedule, and their diets. I'm currently working part time and remotely, so I'll have a lot of time to spend with your dogs. I also enjoy taking walks, so I'll make sure your dogs are getting the outside time they need! “I cannot express how grateful we are to have found Jake! We were unexpectedly put in a very stressful situation when our longtime dog sitter became unavailable one week into our two week trip. We were facing the possibility of having to cancel the remainder of our plans and return home. In over 15 years of having multiple dogs, I have ALWAYS done a meet and greet and spent considerable time walking a new sitter through our home, routines, and VERY specific instructions. I have spent the majority of that time working at a small animal practice, but also worked at an emergency and specialty practice for 4 years during that time as well. During my career, I have dealt with numerous c-sections, geriatric, diabetic, and renal patients. Meaning that, injections, SQ fluid, oral meds, etc, are not a problem.. I have also done pet sitting on the side for many years during this time as well. I have always had a love for animals. I currently own a 9 year old mixed breed dog, as well as a cat, and chinchilla.
