“Vanessa and her partner were very sweet, caring and diligent when caring for my dog Finn. They took him on long walks and provided lots of photos and summaries of their time together. Thank you for taking such good care of my pup!!”

About: For my entire life, I’ve been surrounded by pets. Only recently have I started caring for them more, and I am an extremely dedicated pet caregiver. Weather your dog or cat needs anything from medication to a walk, I am able to endure the well-being of your furry companions. I can only imagine how much you would miss your furry friends, so I will be sure to keep you updated with frequent photos and updates. Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for pets is one of my many priorities, as I believe that maintaining their routines and offering stimulating activities is vital. Entrust your beloved pets to me, and they’ll revive the utmost love, care, and attention during their time with me. I’m working full-time, so I’ll be able to drop in during the morning and then during the afternoon, around 3:00. After that, I can drop in one final time around 7:00 or 8:00. When taking care of pets in my clients homes, I ensure that I follow routine and any specific instructions posted by the pet owner. This includes providing fresh water, maintaining regular schedules, administering any medication, and providing food. I actively participate in playtime and except is to keep your furry companions mentally and physically stimulated. I am very attentive to needs and provide ample affection and companionship. On top of that, I am very responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment, including regular pet waste removal and light grooming if needed. I strive to create a seamless, stress-free experience for both the pets and the owners, ensuring that their home and beloved companions are in reliable, caring hands.
About: My name is Jared and I am 36 years old. I have grown up with dogs all of my life. Ever since I was born we have had four or more dogs as part of the family at any given time! I adopted my dog Mia seven years ago and she has been my best friend ever since. I rescued my Staffordshire Bull Terrier because she is deaf and suffers from seizures. I have learned many new ways of training dogs working with Mia!!!! I love taking care of her as she has brought so much positivity into my life. I also have Miley and Blazer 2 retrievers for the past 5 years. I love all dogs and can’t wait to meet your dog! I’m available 7 days a week and look forward to working with new puppies! I am with my dogs most of the day and spend most of my time home. If I’m not home my Wife who works from home is also with them. I love caring for all types of dogs, my belief is that all animals deserve special attention and caring for just like us humans do.
About: I am a responsible, active and caring dog lover. I live in beautiful Basking Ridge with my wife and our two male Golden’s, Dunkin and Blue. Walks will always be fun, safe, and exciting. My wife and I are both fun, energetic, young professionals who love animals, I work from home full time and decided to restart my Rover account to get out of the house more and help out other dog owners! I grew up with a dog who was a diabetic, had a heart murmur and arthritis so I have a lot of experience giving medication of any type including insulin with a syringe. Currently, my family has a dog named Baxter who lives back in NJ with my parents. I worked from home when he was a puppy so I have experience with training and a lot of messy cleanups! I will do everything to make sure your pup is comfortable and happy in my home. Air conditioning will be on all day (during the summer), a lot of playtime and belly rubs. Also, you can expect daily pictures/videos to ensure you that your dog is being cared for properly (and maybe a bit spoilt!) I have a very flexible work schedule and can come and go as I please. Having had to deal with issues finding reliable dog care for our two dogs when we were both in the office, I wanted to offer my services to help other professionals or those who need a long term trustworthy and reliable dog lover! I’ve had to find last minute help in the past multiple times for our two boys and it always gives me so much anxiety. Whatever you need from me to feel comfortable before booking please just let me know.
About: As a dog and cat owner, I understand the need for appropriate care for my pets. Caring for my family’s dogs and cats since childhood, and taking care of friends pets while they were away on vacation, has given me firsthand experience with daily pet care routines. Additionally through my volunteer work with Rawhide Rescue, I developed valuable skills in working with dogs from all backgrounds, caring for them during the day, and helping them find loving forever homes. I began working with Rawhide Rescue in 2014. Through my connections with the organization I was also involved in caring for cats as well. I’m a part time University Student studying Computer Science. I also work part time managing my own business. I have a lot of free time and I would be happy to care for your pets! Let me know if I can be of any help! Weather Considerations: I monitor weather conditions, avoiding long walks during extreme temperatures Communication: I provide regular updates to pet owners, including photos and notes on their dog’s activities and well-being. Vigilance: I stay alert to potential hazards such as other animals, traffic, and environmental dangers to ensure the dog’s safety. About: I have had my dog Joey for 10 years. I also have another dog named Bella who is 3 years old. I used to have a Doberman named Crosby. Dog walks or visits are better for my day. I already have dogs at home, and they do not do well when other dogs are present. House sitting would not be a good option for me for now. Dogs are sweet innocent animals who take care of their owners, but also need some taking care of as well. I understand it is hard for owners to not be there for their pets, so I would love to ensure them that they’re pet is not alone and being well taken care of.
About: I had a cat growing up that I would take care of. Once she passed, I babysat my friends animals to get my fix since I love animals so much! My husbands family also had a French bulldog that we would both watch for weeks at a time. We’re looking into getting one of our own in the next couple of years. I currently work a 9-5 but work from home 2x a week. I have flexibility on my work from home days, am available after work on my in office days and weekends when needed. I treat everyone’s home as if it were my own and every pet as if they were my own. I will cater to every pets needs as each have their own routine they need to follow.
“Doris covered Labor Day weekend for us in terms of walks and she is an absolute dream. Mango loves to go with her and she is super reliable, always on time and we enjoyed getting pictures from their adventures. I cannot say enough good things about her!”
“Jackie was awesome!! She met with us ahead of time and made sure she knew where everything was to ensure a smooth transition the day of the walk. She is so kind and friendly in addition to being so wonderful with our dog! He was fed, walked, and happy when we got home. I would highly recommend Jackie!”

“Claire was absolutely amazing! She took care of our two dogs for two weeks and treated them like her own. Super reliable, communicative, and clearly an animal lover. We came home to happy, well-exercised pups and couldn’t be more grateful for the peace of mind she gave us while we were away. Highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a responsible and caring dog walker!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals in all shapes and sizes! I’ve always loved taking care of my family and friends’ animals (despite feeling like I’m cheating on my Portuguese water dog at home). Weekends are typically difficult for me with another job but I’m available any day during the week. Madison was absolutely excellent! I caught them running around the backyard and playing together, and it was clear that Jett was having the best time. It’s such a relief to know he is in such active and caring hands. I can’t wait to have her back to walk and play with Jett again—highly recommend!
