About: I grew up with a family dog who was a shih tzu and poodle mix. Now, I work with furry friends of all types: from those who need a little extra attention to the most easygoing pets! Does your pet need medicine 3 times a day? I do that. Does your dog have leash aggression or very specific likes and dislikes? I've dealt with that too. Separation anxiety? Check! Senior dogs struggling with incontinence? I'm here to help. Currently, I offer house sitting (taking out trash, plant care, etc), drop ins, pet sitting (2-3 walks, medicine if applicable, feeding, play time), pet walks, and feeding. I can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings and am available most holidays and weekends. I offer pet sitting in my client's home to keep pets in the environment where they feel safest. I will collaborate with you to see what works best for your pet and their home. I love pets and can spend a little extra time with them if you're worried about them being left alone. I know each dog and cat is different, so I'm happy to adjust to make sure they feel safe and comfortable!

About: I have a senior cat that I have taken care of for the last eight years and I care for many of the dogs in my apartment complex. I have been doing wag and river now for over 4 years. I love animals and have always grown up around all kinds of animals including hamsters, horses, cats, and dogs. It would be an honor to care for your babies! I work from home in Wedgewood-Houston so I have plenty of time to walk and check on or hang out with animals during my flexible schedule. Currently, dog sitting is my only job so I have ample time to check in and play with your babies! I have a car so distance is not a concern. I can walk or check in on animals or pet-sit at your home. About: Since I was a child, I’ve been around many different kinds of pets. I grew up with great danes in the house, as well as multiple cats and other small rodents. Now my family owns a very happy doodle named Griffon. I grew up watching my family’s dogs as well as other dogs and cats in my neighborhood. Currently I live in Nashville with my 6 year old beagle named Emmy. I love all kinds of animals and would love to meet your furbaby! I’m currently taking care of the home full time so I can be as attentive as needed with your pet! I normally walk Emmy three times a day, making sure at least one walk is a long walk through a park so she gets a lot of good smells and mental stimulation. Since I live in an apartment downtown, I try to take my dog out as much as possible so she doesn’t feel like she’s stuck inside all day. For this reason I don’t do overnight stays at my apartment, but I would be more than willing to house sit for someone’s animal. I always make sure the pet in the home is adequately taken care of to their energy level, I used to take my families dog on runs with me if he seemed bored.

About: Hi, my name is Sophia! I’m a proud owner of a 11 year old Jack Russel/Staffy mix named Liam! He’s typically shy with other dogs at first but opens up after a good few sniffs. I also have two cats named Emilio and Antonio. They want to be friends with Liam so badly but he hilariously ignores their affections. I have enjoyed working with animals most of my life and I’m experienced with dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, and snakes. Having worked at a veterinary clinic all through high school, I then volunteered at the local animal shelter throughout college. I absolutely adore all animals and all the much needed love they bring. I can’t wait to meet yours! I work two part-time jobs as well as gigging in the music scene. My schedule is either super open or sometimes less so! That being said, my family has moved to town so I will always be around for the holidays. My dog has separation anxiety so at-home stays can be tough but not impossible as I also have a lovely roommate he adores. My cats are good with dogs as well! I’m very experienced with drop-in visits and overnight stays. I follow instructions well and can easily cater to the needs of your pup or pups.

About: I’ve taken care of mostly larger dogs since i was a kid with my mom, she lives in Pittsburgh, so i’m not able to do it with her anymore. Together we have rescued, fostered, and rehabilitated hospice dogs for the DPR and DDR since i was 8 years old. We have 3 dobermans right now and foster when we’re needed. Right now i’m currently 19 years old going into my sophomore year of college as a pre-med psychology major, I’m looking for a part time job while i’m in school and I have gaps in my day, i’m willing to stay over night and do drop in visits! I’m currently a full time college student with gaps in my schedule during class breaks where I could drop in and do potty breaks or walks. During the evening i’m done with class around 3:30-4:30 depending on the day where I would be able to head over to your pets and spend time with them! Right now I’m in a college dorm so i wouldn’t be able to bring your pets to my dorm but I’m more then willing to come to you!

About: I have taken care of a variety of dogs of all ages. I have also had dogs all my life, (specifically beagles), so I understand what is needed to take care of dogs and how to love them (because dogs are our best friends). I am a college student at Belmont with a decent amount of availability. I have about 3-6 hours of classes a day but am otherwise pretty free. I can easily adapt and adjust to new environments so I will be able to care for your pets in your home where they feel comfortable and safe!

About: I have had animals my whole life and i love them more than people most days! my dog is my whole world so i understand how much they mean to us! I currently work part-time (early mornings or in the evenings) and my schedule is very flexible! i walk my dog 2 times a day, so i always prioritize their exercise and needs! i treat every animal like my own, but respect boundaries and tend to each one’s needs! my dog is pretty needy (he is a golden so he loves and needs attention) so i value each personality and understand each animal needs their own attention!

About: Growing up, I was surrounded with pets and dogs of all breeds. I love all dogs and am currently raising my own Aussie Doodle who loves to have puppy friends around! Being a Dog Mom isn’t easy by any means, but I fully potty and house trained my pup Mocha. I work full time from home so I’m available all day to take care of any pet that stays with us. I also love being active, my own pup and I love to go on walks around the neighborhood & at centennial park! I work full time from home & I’m always available to tend to a pup’s needs. I can take pups for a walk in the morning + evening (avoiding the hot TN sun as much as possible!) as we live very close to Belmont & Centennial Park, with lots of space for pups to roam and explore! I have plenty of space for dogs to run and play around my house. Fair warning, our house does have a lot of stairs which may be more difficult on an older pup’s joints! For high energy and excited puppies, the stairs are great to get some exercise in if it’s too hot to go outside! I also always have lick mats or mental enrichment games on hand to keep a pup engaged throughout the day.

I have spent over 8 years volunteering at various dog shelters and have learned how to handle and care for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have also fostered for a few years and ended up rescuing my own dog, Daisy, last year. I have learned many skills including leash handling, reading cues from dogs, handling stressful situations, raising a puppy, and understanding what a dog needs to be fulfilled (whether low energy, high energy, or in between). A dog’s comfort is always my priority and I love getting to know each dog's personality so that I can give them the love they need! I can’t wait to meet your pup! I work remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I am also available on weekends. Since I have my own dog, I have a complete routine for pet care. I have a friendly dog named Daisy and plenty of toys, leashes, and treats. We also have a dog park in our apartment complex and plenty of space to roam around and explore. I prioritize Daisy and will do the same for your dog!

As a result, most of my availability will fall on the weekends! My availability on Fridays would start around 6:30 pm and I can go to any time on Sunday. I will always respect your house rules and items when caring for your pets at your home. I will also respect and reinforce the way in which you have trained your pets (crate training, meal times, etc). I will always care for your pet to a high level of detail, making sure they have sufficient walks, making sure to clean up any mess they make, and making sure all of their needs are met!

My schedule varies week to week, which gives me flexibility when I’m home. I only accept bookings when I know I’ll have plenty of time to dedicate to your pet and their normal routine. When I’m available, I can typically accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight care. I keep my Rover calendar updated so you’ll always know when I’m available! Your pet’s safety and comfort will always come first. I’ll follow their normal routine and any instructions you provide closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, crate routines, and household rules. I’m attentive to changes in behavior and will always keep you updated while you’re away. I also treat every home with the same care and respect I’d expect for my own, and I’m happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing!
