About: My entire life has revolved around raising and caring for dogs, and I have worked with dogs from all kinds of breeds, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. Ranging from newborn puppies to older rescues and shepherds to pits, I understand that patience and understanding is key to developing a strong and trusting relationship with any dog. Capable of training certain commands and working on obedience training I am currently a student working on only remote coursework that is asynchronous. I have a lot of flexibility and free time in the day, so earning some extra money while also caring for pets sounds like a great idea! I am in an apartment myself, however we keep a good schedule for our dog to keep her healthy and active. She is on a fixed eating schedule (morning and night) and gets to be outside multiple times a day, and at least 1 of those times is a walk. Treats and reinforcement on obedience and tricks daily are a must in our home as well. For clients, I offer what they ask. Dogs are very routine oriented and do not like it to be messed up, and I respect that for the dog as well as the owner. If there is anything the owner would like me to work on with the dog (certain tricks or manners), I am more than happy to help to the best of my abilities. During check-ins I see how the dog is doing both physically and emotionally, being sure to engage with them to help break up the monotony of sitting alone or being understimulated for extended periods of time.
About: I have always had dogs growing up! I helped take care of our elderly dog, giving him medicine and helping him up/down the stairs before he passed. And after him, we got 2 CRAZY puppies so I have helped with all stages when it comes to dogs! My schedule is very open this summer, so I have plenty of availability for drop-in visits, dog walks, and house sitting. I’m flexible and happy to work with your schedule, whether you need care during the week, on weekends, or at the last minute whenever possible. I am happy to follow any instructions you give me! I know how important it is for your animals to be cared for while you are gone. I love going on walks, so adding a furry companion would be perfect!

About: I have a knack for winning over pets, especially the anxious or nervous ones. I like to be a safe, unconditionally loving place for each and every one of them. I am a life coach, so I have a very fluid schedule with a lot of gaps. Care for animals easily fits into my schedule, or should I say, can easily match their schedule :) I treat your home (and your pets) as you would. It was a full house, but I loved every minute of it. I have a large, secure backyard perfect for playtime, and I’m an avid walker and runner (half-marathon girly here!), so your dog will get plenty of fresh air and exercise. With a hybrid work schedule 1 day a week at home, I can give pets extra attention and companionship throughout the day. I treat every animal like my own, and I’d love to help give yours the same love, care, and fun they’re used to at home. I work from home on Fridays, which means your pet will have plenty of company and care throughout the day. I build in regular breaks to take dogs on walks, play in the yard, and keep up with feeding routines. About: I have been pet sitting for friends, family members, and neighbors since I was in middle school. I have also always been a regular volunteer at the animal shelters, so I have experience with all kinds of dog personalities, behaviors, and activity levels. I have trained all my dogs myself so if you are looking for help with a puppy/newly adopted dog, I’d love to help encourage those good behaviors while you are away! I work a pretty relaxed, work from home schedule. I am extremely active so would love to help you out with walks while you are at work, but would also love some couch potato company if that’s what your pet is into! Currently not available for any new walk/drop in requests Mondays & Wednesdays from 11-2. For drop-in visits, I will always take the time to figure out what your pet needs, and never make them feel rushed! For walks, I will cater our time to whatever your pet is looking for, whether that is as much distance as possible or as many stops and sniffs as possible! The end goal is your pet coming home happy and healthy and I’m more than happy to do whatever that takes!
About: I’ve taken care of many cats and been a previous cat owner. I haven’t owned a dog in a while but I’ve taken care of many in my time! I am a professional musician and a graduate student! About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs ranging from puppy/kitten to senior! I have experience with many different breeds and can adapt to your needs. I grew up with 3 cats & a golden retriever and currently have a kitty of my own. I am very active so I love to go for long walks and play, but I also love to cuddle and chill out. I’ve been looking after animals since I was young and would love to walk, feed, bathe, and love on your baby! I am currently a university student on break with a part time job so I have time for frequent visits and am very flexible with my schedule. I can’t recommend Jessica enough!! This was our first time using Rover and one of the first times we had to leave our 6 month old puppy home while we went on a trip. She did an amazing job! -She did a meet and greet with our dog even before we booked (and it was within a days notice!) -Great communication about our puppy’s needs and their sessions. She responded quickly. -She sent really thoughtful notes and communication. Her pictures were also SO cute. -She asked questions that demonstrated she clearly had experience with dogs and also cared about the well-being of our puppy (for example asking about heat precautions given a dog weather advisory). Overall, Jessica is incredible. She put me at ease and our puppy LOVED her and was clearly very happy. You will not regret working with her! We will definitely request her services again for our next trip!
