About: For the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to pet sitting, providing long walks, boarding, and even some training. Growing up, I was never able to have pets of my own, so pet sitting has given me the joy of welcoming, many animals into my life as a part of my extended family. About: My entire life has revolved around raising and caring for dogs, and I have worked with dogs from all kinds of breeds, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. Ranging from newborn puppies to older rescues and shepherds to pits, I understand that patience and understanding is key to developing a strong and trusting relationship with any dog. Capable of training certain commands and working on obedience training I am currently a student working on only remote coursework that is asynchronous. I have a lot of flexibility and free time in the day, so earning some extra money while also caring for pets sounds like a great idea! I am in an apartment myself, however we keep a good schedule for our dog to keep her healthy and active. She is on a fixed eating schedule (morning and night) and gets to be outside multiple times a day, and at least 1 of those times is a walk. Treats and reinforcement on obedience and tricks daily are a must in our home as well. For clients, I offer what they ask. Dogs are very routine oriented and do not like it to be messed up, and I respect that for the dog as well as the owner. If there is anything the owner would like me to work on with the dog (certain tricks or manners), I am more than happy to help to the best of my abilities. During check-ins I see how the dog is doing both physically and emotionally, being sure to engage with them to help break up the monotony of sitting alone or being understimulated for extended periods of time.

About: Have been caring for dogs since I was a kid, and many different breeds across the years. Labs, setters, and various shepherds. I also owned a rabbit growing up and have cared for horses. I work fully remotely and have a flexible schedule. I can easily stop for bathroom breaks while housesitting, go on walks during the day, or work remotely anywhere with wifi. I love to read and have put a lot of time into understanding dog body language, respectful touch for pets, and also just love to see them happy and content. Any dog I care for I would treat as my own.

About: I've been a dog lover my entire life and have had four different dogs throughout my life, giving me experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, personalities, and life stages. When I was 10 years old, I started my own neighborhood dog walking and plant watering business, which taught me responsibility, reliability, and the importance of caring for other people's pets as if they were my own. I know every dog has their own routine and personality, and I enjoy taking the time to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply some extra love and attention, I'll provide dependable, compassionate care and treat them like one of my own. I'll be starting graduate school at Vanderbilt this fall, so pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I'll be available after my classes to provide walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pets. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I look forward to making it a regular part of my week while helping busy pet owners ensure their pets receive the care, exercise, and attention they deserve. I believe pets are happiest when they can stick to their normal routine. Whether I'm taking your dog for a walk, stopping by for a drop-in visit, or caring for your pet in your home, I'll follow your instructions closely to make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for. I'll provide plenty of exercise, playtime, fresh water, and lots of love and attention while treating both your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would my own.

About: Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University and a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I grew up with cats and have always had at least one in the house, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was 12, I rescued my first dog — a senior teacup Chihuahua named Bella — and cared for her for nearly 8 wonderful years. That experience taught me just how important it is to find someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for your pets when you’re away. Throughout high school, I volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments, as well as assisting in the clinic. I also have about 7 years of professional pet and house-sitting experience, primarily caring for cats and medium to large dogs in their own homes. I love taking dogs on walks, making sure they get exercise, fresh air, and plenty of attention while keeping them comfortable in their normal routine. My top priority is making sure your pets feel safe, happy, loved, and stress-free while you’re away — so you can feel stress-free too. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! As a recent graduate, my schedule is open as I career search. I have availability all week when I am in town and look forward to connecting with you to see what will work best for you and your fur baby! As of right now I am not taking any boarding clients. While in your home, your pup or kitty will have eyes on them to make sure they are safe and not getting into trouble!

About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs ranging from puppy/kitten to senior! I have experience with many different breeds and can adapt to your needs. I grew up with 3 cats & a golden retriever and currently have a kitty of my own. I am very active so I love to go for long walks and play, but I also love to cuddle and chill out. I’ve been looking after animals since I was young and would love to walk, feed, bathe, and love on your baby! I am currently a university student on break with a part time job so I have time for frequent visits and am very flexible with my schedule. I have house sat for neighbors and friends throughout the last few years and am very familiar with staying in others homes. One of my biggest priorities is safety of both your home and your pets. I will make sure to lock doors, turn off lights, and clean up after pets and myself. I am open to day visits or overnight stays!

About: I have been pet sitting for friends, family members, and neighbors since I was in middle school. I have also always been a regular volunteer at the animal shelters, so I have experience with all kinds of dog personalities, behaviors, and activity levels. I have trained all my dogs myself so if you are looking for help with a puppy/newly adopted dog, I’d love to help encourage those good behaviors while you are away! I work a pretty relaxed, work from home schedule. I am extremely active so would love to help you out with walks while you are at work, but would also love some couch potato company if that’s what your pet is into! Currently not available for any new walk/drop in requests Mondays & Wednesdays from 11-2. For drop-in visits, I will always take the time to figure out what your pet needs, and never make them feel rushed! For walks, I will cater our time to whatever your pet is looking for, whether that is as much distance as possible or as many stops and sniffs as possible! The end goal is your pet coming home happy and healthy and I’m more than happy to do whatever that takes!
