“Tiera was so great! She watched my dog when I went out of town and she went above and beyond and really took great care of my girl. Super reliable and I got lots of sweet updates. Highly recommend!!”

“I have a very skiddish cat so for me to leave her with Hannah and know my cat was comfortable enough to come out and get some attention while I was gone was very reassuring! My cat was well fed and well loved while I was traveling and I'm very appreciate to know I can trust Hannah to do it again!”

“First time using Rover and now I’m hooked thanks for Laura! She took the time to come meet my dog prior, and then provided the best updates when I was gone. Thank you so much - you helped ease any anxiety about being away.”

About: Grew up with dogs my entire life, once I got a little older I used to watch my family friends animals all the time! Now in Nashville I help volunteer at wags and walks but I want to do more! I work remote for work so I have a flexible schedule that can adjust as needed. Im happy to snuggle with your animals or run around and play! I work remote so I am easily able to play with your animals or let them out and enjoy the fresh air for a little bit! I will follow any rules you may have for your animal. Im comfortable handling some bigger dogs on a leash or running around with them in your backyard. I've been around animals a lot so I know to pick up on if something may be wrong and will let you know right away!
“She was amazing she kept us updated with our dog. Great communication. As well as very flexible. Would definitely recommend and use again to watch our dog”

“Teresa watched our dogs this weekend at our house and did great! She was very responsive and made sure our pups were well taken care of. Would use her services again!”

“Abigail was great with Lincoln! She dropped in last minute for us! She told us how great our dog did and sent us lots of photos! She was there on time and let us know how Lincoln did! I would recommend her.”
“We were very leery about having someone come into our home while we were gone, but we knew it was the best place for our babies to stay. Leanne went above and beyond to make not only us comfortable, but our daughters comfortable too! Our 7 year old loves her Princess more than anything and Leanne was great with her! Marley is 14 and needs medicine twice a day, Princess is a rescue and she went through a lot before she became part of our family. Because of that she still has a hard time with new people, before the week was out Princess was laying in her lap! She sent pictures twice a day and she was great with our babies. I would recommend her to anyone, in fact I already have recommended her to my sister! Thank you Leanne!”

About: I have had dogs and cats all of my life and my dogs have all lived very long and healthy lives. I’ve adopted them and taken in strays, including one that was pregnant and then had 8 very healthy puppies which we cared for, weaned and found permanent homes for. Several of my dogs have lived very long senior lives (21!) and I can give medications and special diets. I’ve also transported many dogs, large and small, to the vet. I take my dogs to the dog parks on a regular basis and have taken them on long trips too. I am available to dog walk and also watch them in fenced-in yards for potty breaks and play. I produced several “Pet Care" series for HGTV, DIY Network and TNN, including dog care segments with Dr. Craig Prior, owner of Murphy Road Animal Hospital and a very popular and well-known Nashville veterinarian, who was also my personal vet for many years. I’m retired so I’m available all days and times. And I love taking photos and videos of pets and would be able to share updates for clients. I am currently retired and am available all days and times. I do volunteering on a regular basis but can adjust that schedule as needed. I also do freelance Marketing and Development including grant writing for nonprofits, on my own time schedule. I have a fenced-in back hyard for my own dogs but also take them on walks and to the dog park. So I would be able to walk dogs as needed. I also know about safety in a home, including keeping food, liquids, cleaners and materials away from pets. My own Beagle can get ninto things easily so I always put things up. My dogs do not use crates but I know how to crate dogs too.

I have worked with a variety of pet needs; I have worked with pets who have needed shots and medicine distribution (including an inhaler), I have worked with disabled pets like a three legged cat and a one eyed dog, I have worked with senior pets, as well pets on vet watch! I love animals and I love being around them. I would be happy to love on yours and treat them as my own for my time with them. I will treat your animals and home with the upmost respect and care. For an additional service if you want I can also clean, deep clean, declutter, and organize! Just let me know at booking! I have a flexible day to day schedule so taking time out of my day to care for pets is a breeze. I am super flexible to whatever your needs are! When I care for pets in the clients home! I treat them like their owner would loving on them, playing, walking, potty breaks, feeding, day-to-day care and spending time with them.

About: Have been caring for dogs since I was a kid, and many different breeds across the years. Labs, setters, and various shepherds. I also owned a rabbit growing up and have cared for horses. I work fully remotely and have a flexible schedule. I can easily stop for bathroom breaks while housesitting, go on walks during the day, or work remotely anywhere with wifi. I love to read and have put a lot of time into understanding dog body language, respectful touch for pets, and also just love to see them happy and content. Any dog I care for I would treat as my own.

“Niki was great! We had to book last minute before we left to visit family and were so relieved Niki could help. She even came by for a quick meet and greet right before we left. Definitely will book again in the future.”

“Sarah was terrific and I felt extremely comfortable with her and her care of Lilbit. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.. she also managed to capture some of my new favorite photos of my girl 🤓. Book with confidence.”

“Isabel is a great communicator and has been super helpful with taking care of our Teddy the last several weeks. She is consistent and timely in her daily drop-in’s to let Teddy out to potty and play. She has been flexible when my schedule requires it, and has given me ample notice if something changes in her schedule. I highly recommend Isabel, and am so glad we have a recurring visits with her and Teddy!”

“Ellen is my go-to Rover whenever I have to go out of town. My kitties love her and she always takes the time and effort to capture many great photos and leaves a thorough visit summary. Highly recommend!”

About: I have experience as both a dog sitter and watcher on Rover, but had to take an extended break due to work, however, now that I have time again I would love to help take care of your fur baby! I am currently taking a break from the corporate world so have a very flexible schedule and am happy to take your pup for long or short walks or do longer or short house visits. Anything to make your pup as comfy as they can be when you are away! I have experience dealing with senior dogs with mobility, incontinence, and cognitive issues. I also have experience ensuring any bully or flat nose breed dogs do not overheat during the hot Nashville summers. I will always keep your baby on a leash and only provide treats if allowed (but will always provide praise and pats).
“I have had multiple visits with Elizabeth and she is my hands down favorite sitter! She is so good with my shy kitty and my doggo. So grateful I found her! It's hard for me to trust people, but she always surpasses the standard and does an amazing job in my home with my critters' care. Eill definitely be rebooking!”

Elizabeth went above and beyond for my kitties! She was so responsive and I was so happy she was there when I was out of town. She took such good care of them and even helped me with a locksmith issue while I was out of town. She’s 10/10 and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that worries about their pets while they’re traveling!
I can't recommend her enough! She was able to check on my dog with less than 12 hours' notice, which was such a lifesaver. She was responsive, reliable, and made the whole process completely stress-free. She took great care of my pup, kept me updated with photos and messages, and I could tell my dog was happy and well cared for. I'm so grateful for her flexibility and kindness, and I would absolutely book with her again. Thank you so much!

This is the second time we've asked Chris to look after Felix. This trip was longer than the last since we were traveling internationally, and once again Chris took excellent care of him. As before, Chris came by to feed Felix, play with him, clean up the area afterward, and send us photos and updates after each visit. He was also attentive to the details and very responsive throughout our trip. We'll definitely continue to ask Chris to look after Felix whenever we're out of town!
I’ve used Christina a few times now and she’s just the best. I’m always so nervous leaving my pets but feel confident that she’s going to care for them so well. My pets are super quirky and special needs and she handles all of those needs so well. Very responsible and communicative.

Molly did so well with my 3 cats! She followed all my requests and made sure to play with them daily. She changed their litter boxes daily and made sure each ate there correct food (one of my cats requires a special diet. I don't use rover often, so it was such a relief to have her watch over them and treat them like her own.I will definitely be requesting her in the future if I am in need of a sitter.
