About: My entire life has revolved around raising and caring for dogs, and I have worked with dogs from all kinds of breeds, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. Ranging from newborn puppies to older rescues and shepherds to pits, I understand that patience and understanding is key to developing a strong and trusting relationship with any dog. Capable of training certain commands and working on obedience training I am currently a student working on only remote coursework that is asynchronous. I have a lot of flexibility and free time in the day, so earning some extra money while also caring for pets sounds like a great idea! I am in an apartment myself, however we keep a good schedule for our dog to keep her healthy and active. She is on a fixed eating schedule (morning and night) and gets to be outside multiple times a day, and at least 1 of those times is a walk. Treats and reinforcement on obedience and tricks daily are a must in our home as well. For clients, I offer what they ask. Dogs are very routine oriented and do not like it to be messed up, and I respect that for the dog as well as the owner. If there is anything the owner would like me to work on with the dog (certain tricks or manners), I am more than happy to help to the best of my abilities. During check-ins I see how the dog is doing both physically and emotionally, being sure to engage with them to help break up the monotony of sitting alone or being understimulated for extended periods of time.

About: I have experience caring for dogs through pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, and extended stays in my home. Friends, family, and pet owners have trusted me to provide attentive and reliable care, whether that means feeding, exercising, grooming, or simply keeping their dogs company throughout the day. I love staying active and enjoy taking dogs on long walks around my neighborhood, Centennial Park, and the Vanderbilt area. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy staying active, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship for your dog. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, daycare, and overnight stays. Long walks are one of my favorite activities, and I’m happy to adjust to your pet’s routine to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I live in an apartment with access to a dog park within the community and several walkable areas nearby. I’m also close to Centennial Park and the Vanderbilt campus, which are great locations for safe, enjoyable walks. I have experience caring for dogs in my home for extended stays, as well as providing dog walking and pet-sitting services. During visits, I can provide exercise, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention to help your dog feel happy and secure while you're away.

About: For the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to pet sitting, providing long walks, boarding, and even some training. Growing up, I was never able to have pets of my own, so pet sitting has given me the joy of welcoming, many animals into my life as a part of my extended family. My reliability, friendliness, and patience, have allowed me to build trusting relationships with both pets and their owners, ensuring that every pet in my care feels safe, loved and wellcared for. I am in the works to enter graduate school, allowing for plenty of time to take care of your pet babies. About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats and have cared for animals my whole life. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walking, playtime, and maintaining a clean environment. I’ve cared for pets with a range of personalities, including those who are shy or anxious, and I always prioritize making them feel safe and comfortable. I pay close attention to each pet’s needs and routines and treat every animal like my own. I am currently a grad student with a pretty flexible schedule! I am available most weekdays after 2 pm and all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I follow all instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific care needs so your pet feels comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection!! I also keep your home clean and am happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

About: I have been pet sitting for friends, family members, and neighbors since I was in middle school. I have also always been a regular volunteer at the animal shelters, so I have experience with all kinds of dog personalities, behaviors, and activity levels. I have trained all my dogs myself so if you are looking for help with a puppy/newly adopted dog, I’d love to help encourage those good behaviors while you are away! I work a pretty relaxed, work from home schedule. I am extremely active so would love to help you out with walks while you are at work, but would also love some couch potato company if that’s what your pet is into! Currently not available for any new walk/drop in requests Mondays & Wednesdays from 11-2. For drop-in visits, I will always take the time to figure out what your pet needs, and never make them feel rushed! For walks, I will cater our time to whatever your pet is looking for, whether that is as much distance as possible or as many stops and sniffs as possible! The end goal is your pet coming home happy and healthy and I’m more than happy to do whatever that takes!

About: Pets have always been a central part of my life. I grew up with dogs and have cared for them over the years, and I’ve had cats my whole life. I know how to read their behavior, keep routines consistent, and make sure your pet feels at ease whether you’re gone for a few hours or a few days. I work full time but I have plenty of flexibility to take care of your pet! I go into the office 3 times a week but I am off work by 3:30pm. I can do early mornings, late nights and weekends! I come to your home, so your pet gets to stay exactly where they’re most comfortable — in their own space, with their own smells, routines, and hiding spots. I follow your instructions closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, litter box preferences, or which spots are off-limits. I’ll always send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I've been a dog lover my entire life and have had four different dogs throughout my life, giving me experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, personalities, and life stages. When I was 10 years old, I started my own neighborhood dog walking and plant watering business, which taught me responsibility, reliability, and the importance of caring for other people's pets as if they were my own. I know every dog has their own routine and personality, and I enjoy taking the time to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply some extra love and attention, I'll provide dependable, compassionate care and treat them like one of my own. I'll be starting graduate school at Vanderbilt this fall, so pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. About: I have a senior cat that I have taken care of for the last eight years and I care for many of the dogs in my apartment complex. I have been doing wag and river now for over 4 years. I love animals and have always grown up around all kinds of animals including hamsters, horses, cats, and dogs. It would be an honor to care for your babies! I work from home in Wedgewood-Houston so I have plenty of time to walk and check on or hang out with animals during my flexible schedule. Currently, dog sitting is my only job so I have ample time to check in and play with your babies! I have a car so distance is not a concern. I can walk or check in on animals or pet-sit at your home. I am flexible with my services so just let me know what you need and expect!
