About: Hi there! I am a lifelong pet owner with experience with all animals and ages and sizes. I currently have a wonderful, two-year-old golden retriever who loves all other animals. I also have experience with special-needs, sick or end-of-life stages and can administer medicine and other treatments. I am extremely reliable and reachable at all times of the day. I look forward to serving you and your pets! I work remotely and can help at all times of the day and week. I can also work on short notice if something comes up. I can care for pets in all living arrangements and depending on the individual pets needs as well as the owners. We can come up with individual plans to best fit your pet.

About: Pets have always been a central part of my life. I grew up with dogs and have cared for them over the years, and I’ve had cats my whole life. I know how to read their behavior, keep routines consistent, and make sure your pet feels at ease whether you’re gone for a few hours or a few days. I work full time but I have plenty of flexibility to take care of your pet! I go into the office 3 times a week but I am off work by 3:30pm. I can do early mornings, late nights and weekends! I come to your home, so your pet gets to stay exactly where they’re most comfortable — in their own space, with their own smells, routines, and hiding spots. I follow your instructions closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, litter box preferences, or which spots are off-limits. I’ll always send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: Growing up, I was surrounded with pets and dogs of all breeds. I love all dogs and am currently raising my own Aussie Doodle who loves to have puppy friends around! Being a Dog Mom isn’t easy by any means, but I fully potty and house trained my pup Mocha. I work full time from home so I’m available all day to take care of any pet that stays with us. I also love being active, my own pup and I love to go on walks around the neighborhood & at centennial park! I work full time from home & I’m always available to tend to a pup’s needs. I can take pups for a walk in the morning + evening (avoiding the hot TN sun as much as possible!) as we live very close to Belmont & Centennial Park, with lots of space for pups to roam and explore! I have plenty of space for dogs to run and play around my house. Fair warning, our house does have a lot of stairs which may be more difficult on an older pup’s joints! For high energy and excited puppies, the stairs are great to get some exercise in if it’s too hot to go outside! I also always have lick mats or mental enrichment games on hand to keep a pup engaged throughout the day.

“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I would happily trust Emily with Sugar again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and conscientious pet sitter.”

When I’m available, I can typically accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight care. I keep my Rover calendar updated so you’ll always know when I’m available! Your pet’s safety and comfort will always come first. I’ll follow their normal routine and any instructions you provide closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, crate routines, and household rules. I’m attentive to changes in behavior and will always keep you updated while you’re away. I also treat every home with the same care and respect I’d expect for my own, and I’m happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing!
