Pet care naturally fits into my routine because of my flexible part-time schedule. I love spending my free time being active and outdoors, so walks, playtime, and dog sitting are things I genuinely enjoy, not just tasks to check off. My fun and outgoing personality makes it easy to connect with pets, keeping them engaged and happy. I love making every day fun and engaging for the pets I watch. Depending on the dog’s personality and energy level, activities can range from long neighborhood walks and playful fetch sessions to puzzle games and basic training exercises that keep their minds sharp. I also enjoy adding variety with outdoor playtime, sniff-walks where they can explore at their own pace, or quiet cuddle time for more laid-back pups. My knowledge of dog psychology helps me match each activity to the dog’s needs, so whether they’re high-energy or more relaxed, they always feel happy, safe, and fulfilled.

I have had plenty of years of experience with dogs both owning and sitting dogs as well. I have also had experience with owning many different breeds of dogs ranging from Dalmatians to Chow Chows. Each has its own personalities and each is very special in its own way. Typical routines while dog sitting range from early morning breakfast and walk, to potty breaks every hour, lunch and walk, more potty breaks/breaks to go play outside for a while and dinner and walks again. Im available 24 hrs a day while sitting as I currently work from home and so therefore have a lot flexibility in my schedule to plan out breaks and tend to the needs of the dogs. I am also available to speak with owner at the earliest convenience to ensure the dog is having a great time.

We are from West TN, but visit Nashville to see our adult children. We immediately liked Eli, he gave off a very trustworthy, friendly vibe. The doggies went with him without looking back, lol. They evidently had a great time with Eli. He kept them for a few hours while we went out in Nashville to hear our son sing/play. Eli lives near midtown, so it was very close to drop them/pick them up. Mello and Rip can be a bit “much” together, but Eli handled them like a champ! Eli took them on a walk, which they love, and they were happy doggies when we picked them up. We have already referred Eli to our friends who live in Nashville, that need a night away or time to get things done. We will definitely use Eli again.
Eli was great and very accommodating. He took wonderful care of our 8 month old puppy. I highly recommend him!
