WFH pet sitter, I’d love to help!
I am my friends and family’s go-to pet sitter for both cats and dogs! I’ve been independently pet sitting for them for over 10 years. I work from a quiet pet-free home and I’m around all day! I just lost my 16 year old golden retriever, so he provided me with dog experience from the puppy stage all the way to some pretty intense senior care the last few years of his life.

I live in an apartment that has access to a dog park/yard if your pup is social, or multiple paved walking routes if otherwise. I go for long walks daily so if they need that, it’s part of my routine anyway!

Shelby is incredibly caring when it comes to my animals. She has pet sat for me for multiple days and treats my animals as if they’re her own. I have two very high maintenance pets that are fairly particular and I never have to think twice about them when she is caring for them
Shelby has taken care of my sweet, high maintence Bengal several times and always did it with such patience, kindness, and gave her the absolute best care. She also watched my parents pets, which was a busy household of 3 cats and a large dog - two of those animals being elderly. Shelby is incredibly trustworthy, dependable, and will treat your animals like they are her own. When you have a petsitter like Shelby, you can fully relax knowing your animal is in the best hands when you're away from home.
I could not recommend Shelby more! She has watched our special boy, Udon, multiple times. Udon comes from a background of abuse and neglect. Shelby took all of our concerns and all of Udons traumas into account when taking care of him. He is also on a strict diet/medical plan. She did such a phenomenal job with it. She was able to take all our instructions and concerns and make him the most comfortable he could possibly be. She sent us photos and videos for us to check in on how he was doing and gave us text updates as well! Udon now loves to see Shelby and will even shake his tail when he sees her (this is incredibly rare for him, he's terrified of people). She is so gentle in spirit and has a heart of gold. She incredibly reliable, communicative, and always on time. Shelby will always be our #1 choice for taking care of our Udon!
Shelby is not only a dog sitter, but my dogs favorite person! The attention to detail is incredible and there is never a doubt that our dog is in good hands. Her priority is the animal and I think that is what makes her an amazing and trusted pet sitter.
Shelby has been my go-to pet sitter for years now. If Shelby is pet sitting I can be away from home and know without a doubt that my pets are cared for and loved on. She’s great at following detailed instructions, extremely patient with animals that need a little extra time to warm up, and is always considerate of the home. Shelby is not only incredibly intuitive with animals but she genuinely enjoys spending time with them, so the care she provides is exceptional. She excels with cats, dogs and bunnies but I would trust her with any pet!

Schedule
I work from home in a quiet apartment so I’m available all day every day! I spend a lot of time at home with the exception of going to the gym most evenings for about 1.5 hours, and I go for a few daily walks.
