This was my first experience using Rover and Lauren was fabulous. She took great care of my two dogs. One of my dogs in a senior dog and needed extra attention and she took such sweet care of him. Laura did an exceptional job of handling a very tragic situation. Our beloved dog, Lulu had an emergency situation and had to be rushed to the vet. Lulu was unresponsive and Laura was unable lift her. She quickly ran to the nearest neighbor and got help to put Lulu into her car to transport her to the vet. Her communication with us before during, and after this traumatic event was exceptional. We highly recommend her services to anyone needing a pet sitter.
I would book Kamryn to watch Diggs a thousand times over! She took extra time and care to make sure he was comfortable with her (he’s scan be pretty anxious with new people). She updated me several times a day about potties and feedings and took her time to hang out and play with him. I felt so comfortable leaving Diggs in her care!! I cannot thank her enough for the extra steps and reassurance she provided me that he was in the best care while I way away!!
