Ruby was amazing. She was so flexible. She was honest and on time. I felt so comfortable leaving my boy in her hands! Finn looked so happy. I would definitely rebook with Ruby!

On the positive side, Ruby is sweet and kind and the animals loved her. Even my shyest cat came out to sniff her fingers. Ruby also offered to take care of additional duties at no extra charge. She was conscientious enough to contact me when one of my dogs would not eat. However, I booked 3 one hour visits daily with Ruby for several days. I have a security system with cameras that I told her about because she had to disarm it when she came over. Based on the security system, Ruby only spent one hour at my house once and 45 minutes another time. The rest of the visits were between 15 minutes to 30 minutes. After her final visit, the water bowls were empty or dirty. She arrived the first day and didn't have the door code. On her second visit she contacted me because she had the wrong code. I was out of state and driving at the time and this was stressful to me and annoying since we went over this at meet and greet and I sent her instructions. She didn't lock the doors when she left. When we did meet and greet, I told her I had a nephew living in the basement whose work schedule did not allow him to take care of the pets and she may occasionally see him. She had no problem with that. In fact, he showed her how to use the lock box and she saw him once more in the afternoon when he was outside. Halfway through the visit, she called to tell me that she was uncomfortable coming over when another person was in the house. She wanted him to be out of the house or take over her sits if he was home, even though she said he did nothing inappropriate and agreed to sit knowing she might run into him.. This cased me a lot of angst as I had to reorganize things in the middle of the night while on vacation. Rover reimbursed me for her cancelled visits but I didn't pursue the short visits when I paid extra for the hour long visits.

Ruby took great care of our pups! She was incredibly communicative, and she shared several updates while we were away. We knew our dogs were in good hands! We also had some travel disruption, and Ruby was extremely accommodating when our schedule changed. I’d highly recommend her!

Ruby did a great job caring for our cat while we were out of town. She is professional and kind, and treated him with the utmost sweetness and care. This was my first time going on a trip since having a cat and I was very nervous about how he would fare while we were gone. Thanks to Ruby, I had peace of mind after each check-in in which she sent lots of pictures and gave me a detailed description of how he was doing. She did everything just the way I asked her to, and went above and beyond as well. This was the best possible cat sitting experience I could have hoped for!
