“Salina was very punctual and communicative. She stayed at our house and took care of our senior dog and outdoor cats for 2 days and we felt totally comfortable with her making sure everyone was well taken care of!”

“Johnatan took care of my dog for 2 weeks. He’d feed her and walk her twice a day. He was always respectful and kept me posted about my dog’s activities. He washed the linens before departing and even gave my dog a quick bath (he forgot the blow-drying part though). As much as I’d like to give him 5 stars, there’s still room for improvement as he forgot to leave the sliding door open for the dog to go outside leading to the dog peeing and popping inside of the house. He sometimes took 8+ hours to get back home and a couple of nights he wasn’t able to return at all and my dog slept alone. The latter due to he working part time at a place located 1 hr away from our home. Overall, a thrustful boy who just needs to get more experience.”

“Christine did exactly as requested! Our dog was not stressed when we got home which was such a relief. The house was cleaned and looking exactly the way we left it”

“Alejandra took excellent care of our three dogs, and our home. She communicated well, and transparently, which helped keep us informed on the health and welfare of our “kids”, one of whom was still recovering from dental surgery. She even took her to her follow-up vet visit. When we returned after our 11 day vacation, the house was clean and tidy and the dogs were clearly bonded with her. We will gladly book with Alejandra for all of pur future vacations!”

“Dane was amazing and I’m so relieved to have found such a great sitter on our first go at Rover. He’s extremely communicative and took amazing care of both our cat and dog. We received frequent updates and photos and knew both our babies were in good hands. Our dog was extremely well exercised, and Dane went above and beyond to still check in and greet our cat (while giving her space) who doesn’t do well with people. Dane also went above and beyond to leave our house neater than when he first arrived! Would highly recommend Dane, and I’m so glad to know we have a reliable, trusted sitter for future vacations!”

“Angie was great. She was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire time she took care of both our pups. The pups were healthy and happy and our home was kept clean. We would have her house sit for us again.”

“Barbara was fantastic. She took excellent care of our dog and our house. She sent us pictures everyday and let us know how things were going. She took our doggie on regular walks and cared for him as if he were hers. He was a very happy dog when we got home. I highly recommend Barbara!!”

“Shivani was so loving with our dogs and very communicative! My partner and I realized we were looking forward to new pictures several times a day while we were gone. It gave us such extraordinary peace of mind to know that somebody who cares so much about our girls was there, not only to feed them and give them their meds, but to keep them company and play with them.”

“Meshaal took great care of our 55 lb pup and our cat in our home while we were on vacation! They were thorough in preparing for the job, very communicative while we were away, and followed all of our feeding and exercise instructions. We would definitely have Meshaal sit for us again!”
“Daria stayed in our place with our dog and cat for a week. Unfortunately, our cat became sick during our travel, and she promptly informed us about the situation. She took our cat to the vet, followed instructions about the treatment, and sent us timely updates. She is very caring and went above and beyond attending to our sick cat. Also, she left our house clean and in order. I highly recommend her.”

“Kerri was such a caring, communicative house and dog sitter. She was unfazed by Tibbie’s quirks and seemed to love him for him. Our house was tidy and taken care of when we arrived back home after a long weekend. Thanks so much Kerri!”

“Nicole was wonderful and came through for us in a pinch! My dog and cat warmed to her immediately. She was incredibly responsive throughout the sit and extra helpful with things like packages. I highly recommend her! She has a great calming energy for anxious pets.”

“Alyssa is an incredible sitter who pays close attention to detail and asks a lot of questions to better understand your pet's schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter!”

“Bola is just lovely. She is considerate, thoughtful, and took amazing care of our dogs (on short notice no less!) We had never hired a house sitter before and are now wondering why we never did, when there are people like Bola in the world. I feel like I owe them a ride to the airport. Like not even OAK. I owe them a ride to SFO or San Jose. Thank you Bola. We’ll be hoping you’re available every time.”

“Eleanna was amazing with my older dog Ollie! He’s a reactive dog but Eleanna took the time and had the skills to help him adjust while I was away and took some adorable photos!”

“Nina did an amazing job housesitting with our two dogs. She was incredibly polite, responsive, genuine and honest. When we had to modify our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances she was able to adapt and, on her own accord, went above and beyond to make sure the trip was successful. We would feel comfortable having her in our house and taking care of our dogs at any time. I can't say enough great things about her.”

Maxwell Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Eleanna is the best sitter on Rover. She watched our senior extra large, picky girl (with multiple medications) for a week and made us feel so comfortable with the whole Rover process. We came back to a clean house and a very happy pooch. Eleanna communicated with us everyday and sent a series of photos with each message. The level of care she showed us, our dog, and our home has made us repeat customers! Thank you Eleanna!!

Christine did a wonderful job taking care of our older dog for 10 days while we were away. She followed all of our instructions carefully, was very kind and attentive, and clearly cared about our dog's well-being. When we returned, our dog was happy, relaxed, and in great spirits, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Christine also left the house extremely clean and well cared for. We really appreciated her reliability and communication throughout our trip. We would gladly have her watch our dog again and highly recommend her to others.
I have never used Rover before and Erin by far exceeded every expectation I had. We had her stay with our newly adopted dog for two nights and our dog loved her. We had our neighbors help out before and our dog wouldn't let them near her, but with Erin, our dog was her sweet self. Erin was punctual and made me feel at ease right away. She also left our house just as we left it. I would highly recommend Erin for any pet sitting needs.

Madeline did an amazing job watching our two cats and dogs while my husband and I were out of town. She made sure to always check in and give the best updates. I always believe animals are great judges of character and all four of our animals took to her right away.

Salina has taken such great care of our babies. Our doggy was sick this past week and Salina found food our dog would eat after our dog rejected everything we had at home. Salina also took our dog to a vet appointment and did an excellent job of communicating between the vets and myself/my partner. It is a huge relief to have a committed, trusted caretaker for our dogs.
