About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and genuinely love caring for them. I have a 8 year old Miniature Pinscher, Norman, who has taught me a lot about patience, routines, and making dogs feel safe and comfortable in their own way. (I don’t have him with me full time) I’m comfortable with dogs of different personalities and energy levels, and I’m happy to follow your pup’s usual routine, whether that means long walks, playtime, plenty of cuddles, or simply keeping them company. I’ll treat your dog like my own and keep you updated while you’re away. I am home in the morning and evenings on the weekdays. I am free to take your pets out on walks every couple hours or as needed. I prioritize safety and trust by maintaining a clean, secure environment for pets. I ensure their routines are followed, provide plenty of playtime and affection, and always keep a close eye on them to prevent any accidents. Your pets will feel comfortable and cared for in my home or yours. I have a fenced in yard as well

Growing up, I have personally cared for medium-sized dogs, specifically a German shepherd and Pitbull, and also 3 different cats. I recently have lived in a house with 5 pit bulls and helped walk, feed and bathe each one for over a year. I currently do not own a pet, but am itching to own one soon. About: I have experience with cats who are particularly anxious, I am able to provide much more than just feeding and regular care tasks. I have experience with emotional regulation for anxious cats and dogs , and I’m able to provide extra attention through extended stays, diverse kinds of play, and overnight care. I also have prior experience with elderly dogs who need special accommodation. I work only 2 days a week, and have a very open flexible schedule at the moment. I can provide a wide range of services, my most notable experience is working with anxious pets who need extra attention and love! For dogs, I prefer to take dogs on multiple walks (ideally 3 walks per day) to encourage lots of activity, I can encourage socializing if needed. For cats, I love to drop in and play, give affection or just coexist as needed!

For my cat parents out there: Because of my 3 kids (Kina, Nemr, & Freyja) and a short stint fostering, I'm seasoned in all things cat/kitten: socializing, changing litter, oral admin of meds, treating fleas, bathing, nail trimming, de-shedding, training (sit, high-five, stand, turn-around, kiss). Since I’m a full-time student, my Rover calendar is updated to work with my in-person class and clinic shifts. That said, many families are comfortable having my partner, Ian, join when he’s available—which allows for a little more flexibility with scheduling. It’s a wonderful setup because Ian works from home (and is basically a dog at heart!), so your pets will almost always have company and care. Rest assured, it will only be me caring for your pets unless we’ve discussed and agreed otherwise. I’m also happy to bring Ian to our meet & greet and provide references upon request! I am responsible for creating a safe space for pets in their home.
