He takes cute pictures of them and spent time with each one, make sure they get all the attention they need. One of my dogs is reactive and difficult to handle, while most people turn him away, Dane makes sure he gets the care that he needs. I’m for sure will be a returning customer.”

Nicole followed all instructions to care for our guy was is a little high maintenance due to back trouble. He took excellent care of our senior dog who has some health needs and took care of all his medications with no issues. He also promptly responded to all our check in messages. About: I am new to the Bay Area and while I am working on a certification I am hoping to hang with some pets. I can’t actually think of a more fun way of earning money. I was raised with dog and cats of all kinds. I have had ones with health issues and ones that need LOTS of exercise. My current dog needs lots of walks, which I really enjoy. I grew up with a few different pups, including one with seizures and one with diabetes. I’m familiar with having to give reluctant pets meds and shots. I have a senior cat currently and am happy to sit and pet. Im looking forward to caring for your pet as if it were my own. I am new to the area due to my husband being transferred with the Coast Guard to the area. I currently have a normal 9 to 5 and looking to supplement my income. I love dogs and cats so much I cant think of a better part time gig. I am adaptable and an happy to care for your pet in any way they need. Keeping them on a normal schedule can be important and I understand that. I particularly love taking dogs on walks, especially in the nice FL weather (which may be the evenings after the sun sets in the summer).

“Anais took excellent care of my little blind Yoda over a long weekend I was away. He was a fair amount of work given he still had stitches from eye removal surgery on one eye and was on multiple medications to keep him chill and pain free. She administered all his meds and made sure he was comfortable and stress free for his recovery while I was away for the weekend. She was very flexible as well, since I was supposed to go away the weekend before but had to cancel due to his emergency surgery. She was on board to care for him the following weekend instead and worked with me up to the last minute to be sure I felt he was well enough for me to leave at all. Will hire Anais again and again!”
About: I have experience with cats and dogs of all shapes, sizes, & ages! I currently have an extremely cute and well-behaved 10yo black cat, but primarily grew up with dogs as well. My parents have 2 golden doodles in the family and I have trained 3 puppies over the past 7 years. I have experience caring for pups ranging from 150lb English Mastiffs to 6lb Papillons. About: I have experience with cats who are particularly anxious, I am able to provide much more than just feeding and regular care tasks. I have experience with emotional regulation for anxious cats and dogs , and I’m able to provide extra attention through extended stays, diverse kinds of play, and overnight care. I also have prior experience with elderly dogs who need special accommodation. I work only 2 days a week, and have a very open flexible schedule at the moment. I can provide a wide range of services, my most notable experience is working with anxious pets who need extra attention and love! For dogs, I prefer to take dogs on multiple walks (ideally 3 walks per day) to encourage lots of activity, I can encourage socializing if needed. For cats, I love to drop in and play, give affection or just coexist as needed!

Kasey was phenomenal! She house and pet sat for me for a little over a week while I was on vacation. From the initial meet & greet through the entire sit, she was great at communicating, asked good questions to make sure my pets got their needs met, and just had a clear love for animals. She sent great updates with lots of photos and even got my very pully pup out on walks every day (not something I require, because he pulls real hard, but something he LOVES). She also worked SO HARD to get my very timid cat out of her shell, playing with her daily, and even convincing her finally to seek some pets and affection. When I say this is miraculous, I'm very serious. I felt totally at ease about my pets well-being with Kasey caring for them. She also kept the house immaculate and even checked on my plants. I will 100% be contacting Kasey for future visits, and I've already recommended her to my sister.
We adopted our dog only a month ago, and we were a bit nervous about leaving her for a short trip since she was still acclimating to her new home, but once Alejandra came over to meet her, we knew she was in good hands. We especially liked that Alejandra had experience with reactive dogs since our dog is a bit reactive. Alejandra spent 3 nights with her, shared updates and photos, and left our house spotless. We would definitely feel good about leaving our dog with Alejandra again.
Carly was great for our zoo of 2 cats and 2 dogs. She was willing to come meet the animals quickly before the date of her services since it was so many animals and an overnight stay. She sent so many pictures and video updates it was great! She also messaged with any questions that I was unclear about to make sure that the animals were taken care of as intended. Would highly recommend her!
Adrienne filled in on short notice and was super thoughtful to my dog's needs, and her level of separation anxiety. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which was helpful, as I had an event to go to. They communicated with me when my dog was slow to eat and helped her along with some treats we left, and when I returned my was home neat and tidy. My dog also did not seem overly agitated when we came home, so I think she had a nice time and was comfortable even though this Adrienne's first time meeting my dog and pet sitting for me. I would hire them again!
Christina was absolutely wonderful! We felt so safe and knew our golden baby was in the best hands. We’ve used a lot of rovers throughout the years and have never found someone as perfect as Christina. She is an incredible human with so much compassion. Leo was amazing! This was our first time using Rover and our Bernese Mountain dog, Brandy, is an older dog with cancer who does not always warm rapidly to new people so we were a little anxious. However, Leo won Brandy over immediately. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable about dogs and a delight to work with. We could not have been more pleased with his service and will absolutely request him again. The photos he sent of Brandy made us so relaxed while we were away because it was so obvious she was relaxed and happy.
Vania was super communicative and did a great job caring for my anxious shepherd while I was away for over a week. She cooked him eggs and rice when his tummy was upset for a few days and hung in there despite him keeping her awake the first night or two before he got used to a new person in the house. She gave him lots of play time and training time. It’s hard to find a sitter who can handle a crazy working line dog so I appreciate her care soo much!
