As someone new in town, I was at my wit’s end trying to find someone who will watch over Cosmo as he’s a very anxious dog. However, Korin was so understanding of Cosmo’s needs and patiently worked at his pace in getting him more situated with his new environment. She also made a list of park recommendations and treats to help with Cosmo’s concerns. Not only did she go above and beyond to support Cosmo, but she also left my place clean and tidy. She will now be our go-to sitter whenever I have to leave Cosmo alone. I feel comfortable leaving Cosmo with her because I know he will be showered with love and care! “This was our first try using Rover, and we were so happy with Jason’s professionalism and care of our 6 month old puppy! Jason was flexible with our last minute timing, and agreed to doing a house sit from 8-5pm - a full day! He also agreed to do a FaceTime meet & greet within a few hours of booking him, and he was diligent about asking great questions and taking detailed notes on the proper care and regimen for our pup. He was knowledgeable about caring for dogs as he has 3 of his own! I could sense his warmth and how he truly cared for dogs on the first phone call. Additionally, he arrived on time so that I could prep him again on our puppy’s schedule. He sent many pics throughout the day, and took our dog on 4 walks before the day was over! He was so easy to work with, super professional, and warm/nurturing. We will be hiring Jason again as a repeat sitter. We highly recommend him for all of your dog sitting needs! “Julie was a fantastic kitty cat sitter! My kitty is elderly and so requires special diet twice a day and likes to know if someone’s around. It wasn’t long before he was letting Julie pet him, kiss him, and give him all kinds of cuddles. There was a point at which he wasn’t eating very well, and Julie communicated with me immediately and worked her magic to get him to start eating well again! Lots of photos and updates too. Plus, my house is old and so a few things require a bit of extra carefulness, which Julie was unafraid of. At the risk of rendering her less available for my own kitty cat sitting needs, i’ll go ahead and give her well earned rave review and say I highly recommend Julie!”
