4. Tricia P.

“Trisha graciously watched my 2 older dogs at the last minute in my home. She was an amazing houseguest, and was incredible with my visually impaired dog who requires various daily medications. My other grumpy dog took to Trisha immediately, which is remarkable as he can be stingy with his affection. Thank you Trisha and we all look forward to seeing you again soon.❤️”

About: I have volunteered at the Brookhaven animal shelter since August 2024. I love animals and I've had many pets of my own and pet sit for family. At the shelter, I walk the dogs, socialize them, play with them, clean up after them, and give them lots of attention. I currently have a job so I will work around your pet's schedule to make sure I can provide quality care. My schedule is 8-3:30 pm usually, after work I will make sure to provide your pet with the attention they deserve. I will care for your pets based on my own experience with animals and your knowledge of their preferences. My goal is to make sure they feel cared for by spending quality time with them and keeping them on a routine.

About: I grew up around animals most of my life. Due to my family’s allergies we no longer were able to keep animals in the house. However that feeling of having a furry friend was something I missed. Having dog sit and cat sit prior these experiences really made me miss having a furry companion. I’m there to play and entertain your pet as well as value their safety. Having done my own research on cat and dog behavior and common concerns my price is still set low for my lack of professional experience I attend school in the morning and go to work part time as a pca. Taking care of elderly in their homes. Looking for this to be a part time gig as I cannot devote a greater time to it. I am moving out so my location will change but u currently do not have a fence in yard. I hope that if I work with a dog they do have some sort of years space where they can around and enjoy time.

About: I have had dogs my whole life... I know that their Exercise is important and that they need a lot of space to run around and that they are very playful and loyal. I am an animal lover. They would get a lot of attention and exercise. And I would do my research on the breed of dog before taking on the job so I know what the breed of dog needs and how they act. I have mainly had pit bulls. Dogs I understand are mans best friend and I am willing to work with you and your pet and respect your rules and take care of your pets as they were my own. If anything please ask questions if you want to know more!

14. Christie K.
“Christie K took awesome care of my baby Puggles while I went away for the weekend. She took her for walks and played with her. I was hesitant to go away and leave my baby but now that I found Christie K I can relax and enjoy going away again knowing my baby is being taken care of. She is the best. Carol A.”

About: Since I was young, one of my dreams was to be able to train a dog. At the young age of 9, I saved up some birthday money, and with the help of my parents I got my first puppy. From there, the story has written itself. I now have had 5 dogs, including one who is no longer here with us. My fur family currently consists of 2 Shihtzu’s , an Australian Cattle Dog, and a Mini Aussie. Needless to say, I love these animals and the joy they bring us everyday. They’ve always been such a big part of my life, and I’d be honored to care for yours with the same integrity! I am thoroughly educated and well versed in puppy training, and behavioral corrections. If my other services don’t pertain to your needs, this could be of interest! Pet care is already part of my daily routine so, adding another to the pack isn’t a hassle! My two pups keep me busy and on schedule, they’re fed around 8am, and again at 5pm. Aside from routine morning walks, they exercise for roughly 1.5hrs daily (depending on weather conditions). My home is smoke free, and pet welcoming. I have 4 amazing dogs (Mini Aussie, Australian Cattle Dog, and 2 Shitzus) that will happily keep your pup entertained! They are thoroughly trained and well mannered. If you have a pet that you don’t think will do well with this interaction, I will gladly chat with you to see if we can find a way to accommodate! I have a spacious, fenced-in, backyard area for you dogs to enjoy themselves!

16. Julia M.

“Julia was AMAZING! She stepped in for us at the last minute to watch our puppy Beau during our wedding. She was so kind and attentive, and made sure our boy was comfortable! We can’t wait to book her again😊”

19. Amy C.
About: I have been the animal lover of the family and am known for having many furry friends of my own but that isn’t enough for me and my job and free time have always revolved around taking care of animals of all types. I currently work at an animal shelter cleaning after, feeding and walking dogs of all ages with all types of different personalities. im very experienced with high energy dogs because of this job .I also walk and feed a black lab once a day ,7 days a week.I have multiple years of volunteer experience at a Educational nature center caring for wildlife and exotics such as opossums, sugar gliders ,tortoises ,doves ,geckos , chinchillas snakes ,quail and more I have school on mondays and wednesday nights so I am available those days before 5 and i have open availability the rest of the week I am very aware of how important routine is for pets and owners so I will keep a very routined day because it’s hard enough for them to be without their owners they need consistency with everything else such as medication, feedings and walks. I also would work on showing them affection if they’ll allow it to create trust and the safest environment for them.
