“My Scrappy (who is a 2 year old Pomeranian/ Poodle Mix male) stayed with Maria, Eric, and Penny (their fur baby girl) for 12 days. Scrappy and Penny had a meet and greet prior to booking. They hit it off. They were like long lost loves. Scrappy is one to be pretty scrappy at times, so I had to check the fence line because he likes to try to dig. They have a very secure backyard that made me feel comfortable to leave him there too. Maria said she would be out there with them, which made me feel better. But the fence was very secure anyway. Maria sent me photos and videos daily of Scrappy and Penny playing in the snowy backyard, napping together, and enjoying each other’s company. Scrappy seemed very happy and content staying with the family. Unfortunately, Scrappy had to say farewell to Penny for now. When I picked him up there was another fur friend there too, who was an elderly regular. He seemed like a sweetheart too. It was nice to see Scrappy had so many few friends. Maria’s sending us pictures and videos made me smile while we were away. It made me feel like he was doing well and he was happy and it provided me with a great sense of comfort to know he was being well taken care of. I would recommend Maria and her family for pet sitting. Maria herself was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. Eric seemed very pleasant and sweet and Penny was a beautiful and lovable dog, whom I wanted to bring home with us. Lol. Glad we picked them for Scrappy. Thank you Maria, Eric and Penny!!! She answered all of my questions and watching Thomas wander around her backyard and then plop down on the lawn told me that this was the perfect sitter for him. “I left my 4 year old boxer Zeus with Donna for 8 days. It was winter recess & the first time we left him with someone he was not overly familiar with. Donna was friendly and responsive to my text messages so we set up a greet and meet to visit her in person. I noticed she was extremely knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. I felt Zeus would be in very good hands after our meet and greet and locked the date in. Donna let me know she had a few other dogs she was also watching that week, but knew with her knowledge he would be fine and perhaps beneficial since Zeus loves playing with other dogs. After a week long play date Zeus is now tired but very content . It was nice knowing I could go away and not have to worry about my pup! I will be using Donna again in future. Thank you Donna :)”

I spend most of my time taking care of animals throughout the day as it is my passion, not to mention I have a decent amount of pets myself. I do also take care of my elderly grandmother so I split my time up accordingly. The pets in my home all get treated equally and as one of my own and they always feel right at home! I wake up and the first thing I do is let the dogs out for their morning bathroom break. They all typically go out into my fenced in yard together as one big group. I prepare their breakfasts while they're all outside and then feed them once they are let back into the house. They spend the day with me around the house where they play with each other and where I play games with them. They go on 2-3 walks per day (if the owners allow me to take them for walks) and get plenty of exercise throughout the day. They're fed their dinner between 6pm and 7pm, get their last potty break at about 9pm and then we are done for the day!
About: I've always been such a huge animal lover and always took care of my own cats, dogs, guinea pigs and birds. I used to watch my family members pets when they would go away and feed them per special instructions and stayed with them as long as I could so they were never lonely. I am a college student and have a completely free schedule over the summer. I can come on same day notice and can stay over night. I can’t offer my home for boarding but I can stay over at your house and am responsible and have lived alone and can clean do laundry and other tasks to keep the home clean for when you return. I can also come over and bring your dog out for walks.

About: I have had dogs of different kinds throughout my whole life. Two rhodesian-ridgebacks, one pit bull, and a jack russel. In addition to this I have dog sat for close friends that have a Golden Doodle, A yorkshire terrier and even cats! I am prepared to deal with pet accidents, special instructions, walks, baths, feeding, etc. I am home from college for break until January 10th! I can work any day and I love all animals! I take care of my own dog every day so I am used to anything they throw at us! I got my own dog at 14 years old and am now almost 21. In high school, I woke two hours before I needed to be up for school and took my dog on a walk, then he was fed and taken out again before I left. In the afternoon after School I took my own dog and my family dog out for a walk while my mom was working from home. I bathe my dog on my own and pay for whatever he needs out of pocket. If I were to care for a dog in someone else’s home I would play with the dog and be extra conscious of the environment. Also I will take them on walks or runs and feed them when needed!! In the past when I have watched a friend’s dog they usually had instructions and times for me to go. I would do what they asked and stay a little longer to give them some company.

“It was nice having my three dogs altogether instead of having them separate in a kennel. Rosie my dog took to Emily right away So I knew that she would be OK Emily sent a text photo it was nice seeing that the dogs were safe. When the dogs came home they were fine with no problems. So when I do go away again, I would take Rosie and my other two dogs there. I would highly recommend Emily to anybody that loves their dogs.”

I work for the NFL so during Super Bowl I am extremely busy but one less thing to worry about is Rocky’s care, especially as a bully breed. No complaints. No issues. My dog had hurt her leg prior to going over there and she even took the time to gently massage her leg ( after checking with me) It really meant a lot knowing my dog was so cared for uncomfortable.
