About: I have had a dog at home all my life and have been volunteering at animal shelters for the past 4 years where I would walk dogs and socialize cats and dogs. I am a college student and have a completely free schedule over the summer. I can come on same day notice and can stay over night. I can’t offer my home for boarding but I can stay over at your house and am responsible and have lived alone and can clean do laundry and other tasks to keep the home clean for when you return. I can also come over and bring your dog out for walks.

Dawn went out of her way to come and meet him beforehand and was very gentle with our small Pomeranian who was nervous in the new environment and not always comfortable with strangers. Dawn was so sweet with him, stayed in touch on her visits and was just a genuinely nice person. I completely trusted her with our fur baby and would absolutely call on her again.”

About: I've always been such a huge animal lover and always took care of my own cats, dogs, guinea pigs and birds. I used to watch my family members pets when they would go away and feed them per special instructions and stayed with them as long as I could so they were never lonely. They would get a lot of attention and exercise. And I would do my research on the breed of dog before taking on the job so I know what the breed of dog needs and how they act. About: I’ve had a dog pretty much my whole life, so I’m very used to taking care of them and being around them every day. I also spend a lot of time around my girlfriend’s cat and help take care of her, so I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats. I’m a commuter engineering student at Stony Brook, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and spend a lot of my week at home. Most days I’m only on campus for a few hours at a time, and I’m free all day on Saturdays. I do have an occasional longer class day, but even then I’m able to plan around your pet’s schedule. A lot of my schoolwork is done on my laptop, so when I’m pet sitting I’m happy to study and do my work from your home, which means I can spend plenty of time with your pet throughout the day. I also usually go to a local gym for about an hour and a half in the evening, but otherwise I’m around and can be pretty flexible. I’ll follow whatever routine you already have for your pet so they can stay as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m active and in good shape, so I’m more than happy to take dogs on long walks or give them as much exercise as they’re used to. I can handle feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, litter boxes, and whatever else is part of their normal routine. I’m also completely comfortable sleeping with your pets if that’s what they’re used to, or giving them their own space so it’s really whatever you and your pet are most comfortable with. I’m happy to send pictures and updates too so you know they’re doing well.
About: I had a dog when I was younger and currently have a 4 year old Westie and an 8 month old Aussichon. I have been working at a doggy daycare for over 9 months. So I have experience with dozens, if not hundreds, of all kinds of Dogs. I have worked with trainers and researched extensively on different training methods for my dogs. I am at home most of the time and can dedicate my time to your fur baby with play and fun, and so much more! Currently, I work Thursday through Saturday at a doggy daycare but can arrange to bring your dog with me to work if you want (you'd have to pay the company's daycare price). I will give you a discount if you decide you want me to take your doggo with me. I have 2 dogs to keep your fur baby company and can crate if needed. I also have ADT Security System in my house. I could send video of footage of your pup and can take them to the park for an extra fun time.
About: Being around animals and making them feel happy is the best feeling to have. I have 2 dogs and cat, and they always manage to make my day. I have plenty of great places to adventure with your companion while you are busy! I have school online which makes me completely free! I am studying and practicing things that make me happy with my free time, (which there is plenty of) So, your dog/ cat will fit into my schedule perfectly!
