“Wow. We hired Christina to care for our 135lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Otis, while we vacationed in Westhampton for a week. And what a godsend to have found her! Amazing with Otis, incredibly flexible in terms of hours and availability, and just such a wonderful, genuinely caring sitter and person. Otis is just a year old, never been apart from us, and so it was critical that he feel comfortable and be well cared for while we took time away for daily lunches and dinners. Each day, when Christina arrived, Otis went nuts. It was just so clear how much he liked her and looked forward to his time with her. I have loved being able to help someone else in need of the same services I was seeking and provide a trustworthy caretaker for their pup. I know how important it is to make sure your dog is well taken care of during the times you're not able to be there for them. Being I work from home, my availability is super flexible. I would love to offer services to anyone who needs daytime/evening care or even an overnight stay for their dogs. I work from home so I have availability pretty much anytime during the day to help anyone local! I am also available evenings and weekends. And if you bring your pup over for Daycare or an Overnight Stay they will have company all day long :) I have a fully fenced in, locked at every access point, camered yard - you could say I'm a little obsessed with making sure my pup is always safe. I also live in a quiet neighborhood away from Main St. on a private road with lots of little beaches & bridges nearby for the perfect walk. I have a dog friendly pup to keep your dog company. However, if your dog is not dog friendly, I am also experienced in as I call it "musical dog shuffle" to ensure proper safety for both pups.

About: For my whole life, we've always had dogs in the house and, as I’ve gotten older, there was definitely a period where it seemed more like a zoo than a human household with all of our rescues. When I was in high school, I fell in love with training dogs and really never wanted to do anything else. Over the years, I’ve made every effort to immerse myself in the field through work at Petco and multiple daycares, as a volunteer at Kent Animal Shelter, as a student with the Animal Behavior College, becoming a CPDT, opening my own business, and tentatively dipping my toes into the grooming aspect of it all as well. Hopefully, as time goes on, I can continue to pursue my dog training career as a multifaceted professional and expand more fully into my own business. I run my own multifaceted pet services business offering a variety of options from training and boarding to walking and photography, so my whole day circulates around pet-related bookings and activities. I live on half an acre of land with a fully fenced in yard, separate attached dog run, and plenty of space to run! We do a perimeter check twice daily to make sure the fencing is secure and the grounds are meeting our standards of cleanliness. I can easily crate dogs if that’s what their paw-rents request, but also have no problem allowing them to roam through the house if that’s what they’re accustomed to. I do have a few pups of my own, but they’re the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet — one is actually a quadriplegic! Everyone is separated while eating and stay separated for about an hour following meals to allow food to digest. Let me know if there are any other accommodations your pet needs!

About: I truly love animals and spending time with them. I believe they are an important part of loving families. Wet noses and furry paws are true therapy. I take care of my current dogs and cats in the am and pm with vitamins and morning and evening walks. I make sure they have clean beds, soft toys and chew toys. Safety is most important. Keeping animals safe and feeling safe prove to be most effective. Making sure that animals are happy and feel safe will ensure a happy environment for everyone.

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life. My mom taught me at a young age how to train them. Have also dog sat for friends, family, and others my entire life. I love dogs, am very kind, caring, and attentive so families can be at peace when they leave their beloved pets. My dog Loopey is the love of my life. I don’t know what I would do without him. I have pretty open availability at the moment; quite flexible. We can discuss further about creating a schedule that works for the both of us :) I have taken care of dogs that live in apartments and need to be walked often, and I have also overseen with a backyard/ overnight stays. Currently living in Hawaii Kai, and have a place in Waianae. Own transportation as well. At the moment I have very open availability. I have to write at least twenty five words so I will reiterate, I am very flexible at the moment and can make most things work :) Personally, for my own pets, we have a fenced in yard and we love to go hiking and take walks together, swim, and camp. In a clients home it completely depends on their personal situation. I am an animal person through and through, so any animal that is in my care will be treated as if they were my own and will be exceptionally taken care of.
