About: I love spending time with pets and caring for others I love bringing joy to fur babies ! I have a dog of my own and love spending time with him and playing or going for a walk I am currently a babysitter and clean houses so my schedule is flexible to pop in during the day to spend time with pets , feed and walk them and then return at night to spend the night if needed ! I have a fenced in yard so pets can run free without worry of them running away or possibly getting hurt , and if I’m in the pets home I just want them to feel as safe and loved as possible
“Bridget was wonderful, we hope she will take care of our pups in the future! She was so responsive and I felt safe and confident leaving my babies in her hands. Thanks Bridget!!”

“Wow. We hired Christina to care for our 135lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Otis, while we vacationed in Westhampton for a week. And what a godsend to have found her! Amazing with Otis, incredibly flexible in terms of hours and availability, and just such a wonderful, genuinely caring sitter and person. Otis is just a year old, never been apart from us, and so it was critical that he feel comfortable and be well cared for while we took time away for daily lunches and dinners. Each day, when Christina arrived, Otis went nuts. It was just so clear how much he liked her and looked forward to his time with her. And, of course, she sent regular updates, including photos, so we were always in the loop and reassured about how he was doing. Our whole family, including both our kids, were sad for the vacation to end, in part because it meant not seeing Christina again! Really can't believe how fortunate we were to have connected with and hired her on Rover and, if we ever make our way back to Westhampton and need care for Otis, we'll definitely be hitting her up. Five star sitter, for sure. Awesome. Thank you, Christina!”

“I recently used Tricia for the first time for two nights of pet sitting with my senior chihuahua, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She took such amazing care of my dog and kept me updated the entire time with thoughtful messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It meant everything knowing Winnie was in such good hands. I will absolutely be using her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter!”

“I have two, ~70lb amstaff mixes who can take a little while to warm up to people and Jackie was great with them; patient and handled them like a pro. She was very responsive in our interactions and punctual for appointments.”

About: I’ve been animal lover for as long as I can remember. From reptiles to puppies to birds I treat every animal with love and respect. Due to never having an ideal living situation to be caring pets, I’ve never had a pet of my own. However, I’ve always been surrounded by my friends, families, coworkers and neighbors pets. I have watched cared for their pets at my home, their home and even just out and about many times over the years. This has given me experience with a countless amount of pets of all kind and I fall in love with each and every one! I’d love to spread that love a little further to all who will allow me to share :) I work a part-time job at the moment and I’m looking to fill my extra time with something I love. I’ll have more than enough time to devote my utmost attention to your loved one! I’m also athletic myself so even the high energy fur balls get the best of me! I am very big on boundaries and structure. I will make sure to follow any guidelines that you already have in place for your pet.
About: I am very used to large dogs since I have two at home. I know how to clean animals ears and clip nails. I also know how to administer oral medication. Im currently going to college to become a veterinarian so im looking for a little gig where i can take care of animals. I also have a part time job but still have plenty of free time to take care of some adorable caring animals. I sadly can not bring pets into my home but will gladly take care of them at yours. Just tell me if there is anything specific for your animal and we’ll take it from there.
About: I grew up with a Doberman and a cat. Now, I take care of friends’ dogs, when I’m not running an office. Currently, my mom puppy trains guide dogs so I’m learning even more about dog training, these days. For house sitting, my availability is open this summer. For dog walking I can do that during my lunch, if you’re within 5-10 minutes of Patchogue. I can walk, run, and/or play with your dog. I’m a runner and hiker. I would ensure that I carry out your routines and can crate the dog if necessary.
About: I feel that what sets me apart from other sitters is the reassurance i give to make sure my relationship with your pet is trustworthy enough for you to relax when your far away from your “ fur baby!” i am a free spirited ,happy go lucky 21 year old college student who is planing to become a dog trainer for guide dogs! i’ve been working in the dog industry since i was 13 years old and I have always pet sat and fostered dogs including volunteering at pet rescue/adoption centers. I have assisted people to train their dogs at their homes but also in my own. I’d like to ensure that if I am training the dog in my home, that it feels that they are enjoying their time, Id like for them to feel as if it’s a pet’s vacation instead of boot camp lol! ! i’ve been working with rescue dogs who can have problems like aggressiveness , anxiousness, skittish and hyperactivity, so being up for the challenge doesn’t scare me ! I’ve always said I wouldn’t work doing something I don’t like doing and caretaking after dogs just happen to be what I genuinely love to do. i’m currently back in school to finish getting my license/certification to be a dog trainer/handler! so I am looking for a flexible way to earn money to pay for my school while doing what i love. I have open availability due to the fact that most of my classes are online 😉 i have a full fenced back yard (6ft high) with lots of space to run around! I care for the pets in my home or if the client would like me to house sit for them i wouldn’t mind either for an additional fee. As a dog sitter with online schooling, I integrate pet care seamlessly into my daily routine! Regular walks, feeding, and playtime are scheduled around my online classes, ensuring a well-balanced and happy environment for the dogs in my care. As a dog sitter juggling online classes, pet care is seamlessly into my routine. Whether it's in my home or a client's home, I'm all about creating a chill calming vibe for their fur babies like a curated playlists for our playtime, it's not just pet care – it's a whole pet experience. I've got their well-being covered while staying on the same wavelength with my studies.
“Amber took great care of my dog Mocha. He gets very nervous when alone. She gave him plenty of attention and play time. Sent us pictures and kept me updated on how he was eating. I felt very comfortable letting her stay in our home. Will definitely be calling her again. Thanks Carol & Mocha”

About: Throughout my life, we've always had dogs in the house and, as I’ve gotten older, there was definitely a period where it seemed more like a zoo than a human household with all of our rescues. When I was in high school, I fell in love with training dogs and really never wanted to do anything else. Over the years, I’ve made every effort to immerse myself in the field through work at Petco and multiple daycares, as a volunteer at Kent Animal Shelter, as a student with the Animal Behavior College, becoming a CPDT, opening my own business, and tentatively dipping my toes into the grooming aspect of it all as well. Hopefully, as time goes on, I can continue to pursue my dog training career as a multifaceted professional and expand more fully into my own business. I run my own multifaceted pet services business offering a variety of options from training and boarding to walking and photography, so my whole day circulates around pet-related bookings and activities. I live on half an acre of land with a fully fenced in yard, separate attached dog run, and plenty of space to run! We do a perimeter check twice daily to make sure the fencing is secure and the grounds are meeting our standards of cleanliness. I can easily crate dogs if that’s what their paw-rents request, but also have no problem allowing them to roam through the house if that’s what they’re accustomed to. I do have a few pups of my own, but they’re the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet — one is actually a quadriplegic! Everyone is in their own space while eating and stay separated for about an hour following meals to allow food to digest. Let me know if there are any other accommodations your pet needs!
About: I've had pets since I was very young & I currently have two dogs who I walk daily. I have experience with many dog breeds of all sizes, as well as households with dogs & cats (If you have rabbits, fish or other types of pets that need care, just let me know & I'm willing to accommodate). I have done pet sitting for family, friends & acquaintances for years in a variety of different settings (city, suburbs, rural etc.). I can feed them, fill their water, walk them, pet them, play with them & do anything else that is needed to ensure that your pets are well taken care of. I currently work a gig-based driving service job so I am available for pet care throughout the day almost everyday when I'm not doing that job, thus my schedule is open & flexible. I can come to you with my car to feed your pets, fill their water, walk them, play with them, pet them & do anything else that is needed to ensure quality pet care. If you have any requests or questions just let me know.

We also have a female domestic long haired car and 2 rabbits. We have a 4 bedroom home where your pets will have extra space, close to an acre of property that is completely fenced in. Your pets will have the best of care and full attention while staying with us.
About: I created this account while looking for a drop in caretaker for my own pup. Since, I have started working from home and changed my account to become a sitter. I have loved being able to help someone else in need of the same services I was seeking and provide a trustworthy caretaker for their pup. It has been such a pleasure meeting & spending time with all the pups who have since stayed at my house. I know how important it is to make sure your dog is well taken care of during the times you're not able to be there for them. Being I work from home, my availability is super flexible. I would love to offer services to anyone who needs daytime/evening care or even an overnight stay for their dogs. I hope I am able to offer peace of mind to anyone else who was just like me and wondering how they would provide care for their dog when not home. I work from home so I have availability pretty much anytime during the day to help anyone local! I am also available evenings and weekends. And if you bring your pup over for Daycare or an Overnight Stay they will have company all day long :) I have a fully fenced in, locked at every access point, camered yard - you could say I'm a little obsessed with making sure my pup is always safe. I also live in a quiet neighborhood away from Main St. on a private road with lots of little beaches & bridges nearby for the perfect walk. I have a dog friendly pup to keep your dog company. However, if your dog is not dog friendly, I am also experienced in as I call it "musical dog shuffle" to ensure proper safety for both pups.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds for 5 years. Anything from puppy to elderly. I’m also able to comfortably give out medication if needed. I’m reliable and trustworthy. Your dog will be treated as if they are my own. I’m currently working full-time, but I’d be able to provide quality service and give your pets as much attention as needed since I have a set schedule. I am able to come to your home and stay overnight. I will treat them as if they are one of my own. They would be spoiled with love and attention.
About: I don't just walk dogs and drop in to take care of a cat. I take the time to play with them and keep them company so they don't feel alone while the person they love the most is not around for the brief moment. I am an independent Contractor who works with Autistic Adults. I create my own work schedule so I am flexible and available to take care of your fur baby. When coming into your home, I will slowly open the door but not all the way. I wouldn't want to chance a fur baby running away. If it's a dog, I will wait by the front door and allow your dog to approach and sniff me. We can take as long as needed so your puppy feels ok with me. If it's a cat, I will go searching and slowly approach with my hand extended so they can sniff me and see Im harmless. I am all about making my time with them as least stressful as possible. And of course if they want to play a bit, I'm all for it.😁
