About: I have been around animals and pets my whole life. I love learning the best way to treat and handle my furry companions. My number one goal is keeping my furry companions safe, healthy and happy. My day starts and ends with caring for them in the best way possible. I make sure pets are being fed the best food possible and making sure they are comfortable in our home. I make sure that when I am caring for a pet, that they are comfortable with my presence and I never want to overwhelm them in their own environment or in my own. I like to stay in communication with pet owners and want others pets/babies to be as comfortable as they can within my home and presence

About: I grew up in a house with dogs. We always had at least two and sometimes three dogs. We bred corgis and standard poodles and I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages. I also own three cats and take care of an outdoor feral. I'm comfortable medicating dogs, cats, and even reptiles. (I can feed reptiles as well, I'm not worried about bugs :) I currently work from home so I'm free most afternoons and evenings and would love to use some of the spare time I have to take care of dogs and cats. I have experience caring for pets in their home and would be happy to let your dog out in the backyard for playtime or take them on a walk around the block. If you need them crated after, I can do that too.

About: I am very used to large dogs since I have two at home. I know how to clean animals ears and clip nails. I also know how to administer oral medication. Im currently going to college to become a veterinarian so im looking for a little gig where i can take care of animals. I also have a part time job but still have plenty of free time to take care of some adorable caring animals. I sadly can not bring pets into my home but will gladly take care of them at yours. “Wow. We hired Christina to care for our 135lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Otis, while we vacationed in Westhampton for a week. And what a godsend to have found her! Amazing with Otis, incredibly flexible in terms of hours and availability, and just such a wonderful, genuinely caring sitter and person. Otis is just a year old, never been apart from us, and so it was critical that he feel comfortable and be well cared for while we took time away for daily lunches and dinners. Each day, when Christina arrived, Otis went nuts. It was just so clear how much he liked her and looked forward to his time with her. And, of course, she sent regular updates, including photos, so we were always in the loop and reassured about how he was doing. Our whole family, including both our kids, were sad for the vacation to end, in part because it meant not seeing Christina again! Really can't believe how fortunate we were to have connected with and hired her on Rover and, if we ever make our way back to Westhampton and need care for Otis, we'll definitely be hitting her up. About: I created this account while looking for a drop in caretaker for my own pup. Since, I have started working from home and changed my account to become a sitter. I have loved being able to help someone else in need of the same services I was seeking and provide a trustworthy caretaker for their pup. It has been such a pleasure meeting & spending time with all the pups who have since stayed at my house. I know how important it is to make sure your dog is well taken care of during the times you're not able to be there for them. Being I work from home, my availability is super flexible. I would love to offer services to anyone who needs daytime/evening care or even an overnight stay for their dogs. I hope I am able to offer peace of mind to anyone else who was just like me and wondering how they would provide care for their dog when not home. I work from home so I have availability pretty much anytime during the day to help anyone local! I am also available evenings and weekends. And if you bring your pup over for Daycare or an Overnight Stay they will have company all day long :) I have a fully fenced in, locked at every access point, camered yard - you could say I'm a little obsessed with making sure my pup is always safe. I also live in a quiet neighborhood away from Main St. on a private road with lots of little beaches & bridges nearby for the perfect walk. I have a dog friendly pup to keep your dog company. However, if your dog is not dog friendly, I am also experienced in as I call it "musical dog shuffle" to ensure proper safety for both pups.

About: I grew up with a Doberman and a cat. Now, I take care of friends’ dogs, when I’m not running an office. Currently, my mom puppy trains guide dogs so I’m learning even more about dog training, these days. For house sitting, my availability is open this summer. For dog walking I can do that during my lunch, if you’re within 5-10 minutes of Patchogue. I can walk, run, and/or play with your dog. I’m a runner and hiker. I would ensure that I carry out your routines and can crate the dog if necessary.
