“Wow. We hired Christina to care for our 135lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Otis, while we vacationed in Westhampton for a week. And what a godsend to have found her! Amazing with Otis, incredibly flexible in terms of hours and availability, and just such a wonderful, genuinely caring sitter and person. Otis is just a year old, never been apart from us, and so it was critical that he feel comfortable and be well cared for while we took time away for daily lunches and dinners. Each day, when Christina arrived, Otis went nuts. It was just so clear how much he liked her and looked forward to his time with her. And, of course, she sent regular updates, including photos, so we were always in the loop and reassured about how he was doing. Our whole family, including both our kids, were sad for the vacation to end, in part because it meant not seeing Christina again! Really can't believe how fortunate we were to have connected with and hired her on Rover and, if we ever make our way back to Westhampton and need care for Otis, we'll definitely be hitting her up. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I focus on keeping your pet’s normal routine steady and stress-free. I follow all of your instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, meds, and house rules so your pet stays comfortable in their own environment. During each visit, I make sure they get attention, playtime, and whatever level of activity they’re used to. While house sitting, I maintain a calm, respectful presence in your home, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet has company and supervision throughout the day. I’m big on communication, so you can expect updates and photos each time I’m with your pet. For dog walking, I tailor the walk to your dog’s pace and energy level. Whether they love long sniffy walks or a quicker bathroom break, I make sure they get safe, structured exercise and return home settled and happy.

About: I have taken care of both family and friends’ dogs over the years and love getting to know each ones individual personality! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I am a stay at home mom with two toddlers, but have complete availability Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Weekdays, I am available in the evenings. When watching your pet at your house, I make sure to thoroughly follow any and all safety instructions. I will closely watch your dog, ensuring all fences are closed and that they are always securely on the leash when off the property.
