We disgusted how she can be shy and she is afraid of most things. Talked food time and bathroom habits. Jennifer left and then came back for the appointed time. Emily was very happy to see her. Jennifer provided many pictures of their time together while I was out. My Emily was happy to see me come back but, not about Jennifer leaving. Emily went to hide after she left. She was upset with me that Jennifer had left. She ignored me for the rest of the night. Jennifer had made quite an impression on her. Jennifer is an unbelievable person. About: I’ve been animal lover for as long as I can remember. From reptiles to puppies to birds I treat every animal with love and respect. Due to never having an ideal living situation to be caring pets, I’ve never had a pet of my own. However, I’ve always been surrounded by my friends, families, coworkers and neighbors pets. I have watched cared for their pets at my home, their home and even just out and about many times over the years. This has given me experience with a countless amount of pets of all kind and I fall in love with each and every one! “Wow. We hired Christina to care for our 135lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Otis, while we vacationed in Westhampton for a week. And what a godsend to have found her! Amazing with Otis, incredibly flexible in terms of hours and availability, and just such a wonderful, genuinely caring sitter and person. Otis is just a year old, never been apart from us, and so it was critical that he feel comfortable and be well cared for while we took time away for daily lunches and dinners. Each day, when Christina arrived, Otis went nuts. It was just so clear how much he liked her and looked forward to his time with her. And, of course, she sent regular updates, including photos, so we were always in the loop and reassured about how he was doing. Our whole family, including both our kids, were sad for the vacation to end, in part because it meant not seeing Christina again! Really can't believe how fortunate we were to have connected with and hired her on Rover and, if we ever make our way back to Westhampton and need care for Otis, we'll definitely be hitting her up. I’ve taken care of a number pets throughout my life. I grew up with small terriers and had fish too. Friends animals were always like my own. I adopted my beloved cat Calvin when I was 21 and in December 2022, 11 years later, he passed away leaving a hole in my heart. He had many health problems such as asthma and IBS, for which he was on several daily medications. This taught me to administer oral medication in pill pockets and use an inhaler attachment for him. I miss being around animals in general now that he’s been gone. I am looking so much forward to being able to provide boarding in my lakeside home. At this time, I’m not able to offer housesitting, very happily offer drop ins house sits and walks! Kindly note: * if your dog has a history of aggression towards people or has indoor accidents frequently I will not be able to host them. *Experience with breeds such as greyhounds, who may need a more quiet atmosphere I am available consistently at the moment as I run a part time home business. 24 hour consistent time with your pet is ensured. If they wish they can also sleep in the bedroom/bed. The fenced yard is big enough to run around supervised and also has tiered retaining walls. I also have a separate area for a cat(s) and a walk in closet style litter box “room”. I have plenty of toys, treats and catnip. At this time, I’m not able to offer boarding, very happily offer drop ins house sits and walks!

For dog walking I can do that during my lunch, if you’re within 5-10 minutes of Patchogue. I can walk, run, and/or play with your dog. I’m a runner and hiker. I would ensure that I carry out your routines and can crate the dog if necessary.

My wife and I have grown up with animals and are willing to board all different types. We have a male Bernese Mountain dog and female Newfoundland. We also have a female domestic long haired car and 2 rabbits. We have a 4 bedroom home where your pets will have extra space, close to an acre of property that is completely fenced in. I have a dog of my own who is greatly taken care of, so watching others is a breeze! We do daily morning beach walks (we’re at the beach for a 1-2 mile sunrise walk every morning), as well as mid-day and evening walks and tons of play time in between. I have a fully fenced in, large yard that is perfect for playing. My dog gets along with all others and loves having friends come to stay with us! My home is pet-proofed and FULL of toys as well.
