“Truly a wonderfully easy experience. I have never had someone watch my dogs before, so I was nervous about leaving them. They were amazing and made this whole process seamless from the very beginning. From the moment I was considering to book with them, I asked if we could do a meet and greet to make sure my pups get along with theirs. Without hesitation, they had us come over to do so. They were responsive and easily reachable. They sent us tons of photos and videos of our pups while they were in their care. I’m a worrier by nature and for me to say I was totally comfortable says a lot! Catherine made us feel so at ease. She always made herself available for check-ins and took it upon herself to provide updates and pictures.
