They took the time to do a proper meet and greet which helped my dog get to know them and made my experience so comforting to know exactly where my dog would be as well as get to know who my dog would be staying with. “This past weekend we went away last minute, after looking unsuccessfully for someone to board our dog Holly based on a friend's recommendation. We were out of luck. I then checked out Rover and found Julie, thank goodness she was available at such short notice. Making plans and arrangements were seamless, you could tell she loves dogs (all animals) and would enjoy taking care of our Holly. Julie was 100% flexible with drop-off and pickup times, followed all our instructions for Holly. Julie sent regular pictures or communication of how the day was going, which I appreciated tremendously because Holly is a puppy and we haven't been away from her since we got her. Holly seemed to enjoy herself, she got to play with 2 other dogs and she even met Julie's cats and they all got along wonderfully. We had the best experience boarding our 2 year old Labrador retriever with Matthew and Kristen. They sent multiple pictures every day and gave updates. They provided a comfortable and cozy environment for our dog. She looked happy playing in the pool, hanging out with their dogs, sitting on the lounge chairs, and resting inside and out. On the last day she even figured out how to swim in the pool! I would definitely board with Matthew and Kristen again.
