About: I am a professional dog walker and pet sitter with over twenty years of hands on experience caring for animals. I recently moved to Suffolk County, New York from the Upper West Side of Manhattan after closing my small business in the city. Long Island has been an amazing change for us and we truly love being here. Animals have always been a huge part of my life and have shaped my career for more than two decades. Now that I work from home, I find myself really missing the daily connection with pets. I am certified in pet grooming and have experience in animal behavior as well as light training. I love teaching dogs fun tricks like giving kisses and building trust with them through patience and consistency. I am comfortable giving oral medications only. Pet care fits into my routine very naturally because I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available most weekdays and weekends, especially afternoons and evenings. Since I am home often, I can provide consistent attention, walks, feeding schedules, and check ins without rushing. I live in a small four bedroom home in Coram with a backyard where dogs can safely get fresh air and supervised outdoor time. Inside the home, pets are never left unattended for long periods and I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully. I have over twenty years of experience working with animals, including veterinary office experience, so I am very observant of behavior changes and health concerns. I also have one senior toothless small house dog who is gentle and used to other pets, but I always introduce animals slowly and respectfully based on their comfort level.

About: I’ve cared for dogs ever since a young age and have always had them in my home. Growing up I’ve always had Weimaraners (very active dogs) and most recently my family just got a 12 week old Weim which has been so fun. I’ve also had my hair share of labs and GSPs so I love having active companions with me to walk/run with or relax outside with. I’ve had experience with dog sitting in the past, for a lab-mix and a shih tzu this past summer at the client’s home and both experiences have been great! Happy to answer any questions (: I am super flexible beyond the hours of 2-4pm each day for class, so your pup will receive a ton of attention and tlc during their stay! I have a fenced yard and my neighborhood is very quiet with a mixture of students and older residents. I’m more than happy to meet the pup and owner ahead of time to ensure it’s a good fit for the both of us and they’ll be comfortable staying at my home for however long needed.

About: Loving pet parents who will take special care of your pets, as if they were their own. Daily walks on the beach outside will give your pet a special feeling of freedom. My wife and I have grown up with animals and are willing to board all different types. We have a male Bernese Mountain dog and female Newfoundland. We also have a female domestic long haired car and 2 rabbits. We have a 4 bedroom home where your pets will have extra space, close to an acre of property that is completely fenced in. Right outside our backyard is the bay with a private beach where we like to go for daily walks, we are sure your dogs would love the bay breeze as well. Thanks for learning about us. About: I love making food and treats for them. I enjoy interacting with all pets to see their personalities. I love to see them happy and playful. I'm currently working part-time on an open schedule, but I have plenty of time to tend to the pets and play with them. Both duties will not overlap. I have a fenced in yard for them to play around in and a little pool filled with balls and there's toys to play with
