Amazing Care for My Fur Baby! I cannot recommend Dalonna enough! She went above and beyond in taking care of my 3-month-old Morkie making sure all of my pup’s needs were met, I felt completely at ease knowing my baby was in such loving hands. Dalonna was professional, communicative, and treated my Morkie like one of her own. I came home to a happy, healthy, and well-cared-for dog. If you're looking for someone reliable and compassionate, Dalonna is the one!

About: Hello! My pet experience consists of having my own doggy for the past 20 years. I rescued my older dog and then got a new puppy. My old Rose passed away but I had to give her eye medication and oral medication everyday so I am comfortable with that. I also grew up with family dogs and cared for those dogs. My availability to watch your dog is very flexible. I work from home a most days a week so it is a high chance that I could work from home while caring for your pup. I am a very caring person. I have a PhD in human development and family science and work in the social work field. I have a giant heart and would love to care for your doggie! As a stay-at-home worker, pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent attention, timely feedings, regular potty breaks, and plenty of play and cuddle time. My flexible schedule means I can easily accommodate pets’ needs, whether that’s sticking to a specific routine or being available for spontaneous walks and care. Being home also helps me monitor behavior closely and respond quickly to any changes, making pets feel secure, loved, and well looked after. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment tailored to each animal’s needs. In my home, pets have access to cozy rest areas, regular outdoor time, and plenty of affection and play throughout the day. I maintain a calm, clean space and follow any routines or special instructions provided. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and stick closely to the pet’s established schedule to minimize stress. I provide regular updates, ensure fresh food and water, maintain cleanliness, and give each pet the love and attention they’re used to.

Really RECOMMENDED! Although, Jigi is super spoiled and not happy with strangers, she was really comfortable with Kristen! My dog is almost 15 years old with Cushing's syndrome and coughing. Kristen was very careful, watchful and took care of Jigi in the best way. Kristen is very flexible too. :)

About: My husband and I work from home and have very flexible schedules that allow us to be present with our pets during the day. There are no kids in the home during the day during the week. Typical day include walks around the neighborhood or nearby park, lounging or playing in the backyard or the dog park. Plenty of toys for chewers and plenty of space in our fenced yard to roam and play. I currently work from home as a technology sales rep. When I am not working, I’m entertaining both my toddler and pets. I often have a decent amount of free time and dog sitting has been a great outlet for my dog to socialize and get some fun in! For repeat pets, I have noticed a big difference after a few days of adjusting. Its important for pets to feel safe in whatever space they are in.

About: I would love to take care of your furbaby! I have several years of past experience working at animal hospitals and a year of volunteer experience at the ASPCA animal shelter. I offer boarding with only one pet family booked at a time. I also offer house-sitting and love how it is a great option for some pets who feel most comfortable in their own home. I also make sure to keep your home at least as clean and tidy as I found it. I usually stay overnight for the pet's care needs, but if you are looking for just morning to evening or partial day house-sitting, message me for a custom rate. Whether boarding or house-sitting, I will do my best to adhere to your furbaby's normal routine. I have a knack for relaxing anxious/shy/reactive pets and have quite a lot of experience winning them over. I would be happy to do a meet-n-greet in a large outdoor space for your pup to warm up to me on neutral ground. I've cared for the full spectrum of dog sizes and ages. With older pets, I go slowly and make sure not to startle them if they're sleeping, as they may not see or hear me come in. I like to discuss how I can accommodate any special needs your pet may have. Extra plus if your pet is a cuddler! I look forward to getting to know all of your pets' personality traits and quirks! I LOVE hearing stories about the weird things your pets do that make them unique! :D I work from home and can often accommodate same day requests for walks, drop-ins, and house-sitting. I do my best to follow your pet's normal routine. I like to go slow when meeting new furbabies, especially if you tell me they are shy or anxious. I use a few calming techniques that have shown to be effective. I like a challenge! It's so rewarding watching the transformation of a cat/dog go from showing defensive/protective behavior to them rubbing up on me or giving me kisses. Earning their trust is the best!

About: Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am a lover of all animals. I grew up my whole life with cats and taking care of my neighbors/friends dogs. When I was 11, I even made my own business cards to pass out around the neighborhood to advertise my petsitting "business". I am now the momma of two furry children, a long haired domestic cat named Basil and a red golden retriever named Fisher. I know the importance of these pets in your life. Because I have felt the worries of leaving them in the hands of someone else, I felt inspired to become a pet sitter myself! I have cared for a number of types of different animals including dogs, cats, birds, and weasels. I am open to pets who require medication as well as young puppies as I have just gone through this age myself with Fisher. I promise to take the best care of your furry friends and hope to put your mind at ease while you're away :) I currently work a flexible schedule, so my availability is typically open! Aside from the occasional schedule conflicts, I am in the Ferndale/ metro Detroit area full time and am available mornings, afternoons, or evenings. As for a clients home, I am flexible on the type of place/amenities you have to provide your pets. I would follow any instructions and requests provided!

About: Your home is my base. Professional housesitter, LGBT+ND Friendly. My homebody routine (WFH yogi) mean tons of time with your pet. I'm very tidy, and a good fit for clean nonsmoking homes. Over 200+ nights per year petsitting! Your place is my home, not just short visits. I also enjoy multiple pet households of 2, 3, 4 or more! I am patient with anxiety, special needs, medication, and puppies. I love written instructions, and take medication seriously. My day is typically yoga, meditation, movie nights with your pets, two hours WFH, and walks or yard time. I also offer daytime care in your home via the Housesitting tab (3 hours to 10 hours+) even if you don't need overnight. You can also book Drop Ins of 30 mins to an hour, or multiple hours. I usually send 2ish updates with photos per day, but if you'd like more or less, let me know. I'm mature, sober, nonsmoking; I don't vape or use drugs, not even caffeine. I have decades of experience caring for houses and pets. I WFH a few hours a week as a property manager, so I'm very available for pets who need more attention. Feel free to send a request even if Rover suggests I may be booked, because sometimes it's just for a doggie walk. Note: All of December will be at Rover Holiday rates. After our initial meet and greet, it is standard to do cold swaps vs hot swaps, for your out of town trip. I arrive after you leave, and depart before you return. This usually means smoother transitions for pets and humans. If you need a sit start time before 8am, or end time after 8pm, or drives over 20 minutes, there is an additional charge of $30 each, not included in your estimate. You are very welcome to book additional drop ins or walks before your sit so we can all get to know each other! Your home is my home base, I bring my groceries/book/yoga mat. Playtime, downtime, and sleepytime are spent with your pet. I WFH and love reading, cooking, meditation, movies. My commitments are important to me, and I care about your pets. I am responsible, a great communicator, and will always respond to your messages.

About: I grew up with large breeds and have had dogs my entire life. I lived with all different kinds of foster dogs and now have one 5 year old dog at home. My husband and I are teachers who are home full time in the summer, so we can provide a lot of attention and love to any dog that comes to stay with us! I am a teacher who is home for the summer. I get up early to take a morning walk and avoid the summer heat and take another evening walk. I love taking my dog to the beach to swim throughout the week, as well. I live in a home with a yard (unfenced) and a 5 year old poodle mix to keep your pup company. Lots of walks and time spent snuggling will help keep your dog happy when they stay with me.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years, ranging from the typical fish, cat, and beloved Murphy, to include even a pet iguana (or two). 🥰 I have a fenced yard where both Murphy and your furry loved one can play and hang out. For overnight stays I have a large adult dog kennel that can accommodate a Mastiff just as comfortably as it can my Min Pin (who believes he’s the size of a Mastiff). 😄 I have an older dog with lots of energy and plays well with other dogs. I am an active person, so neighborhood walking is available for dogs with proper training. I can also provide some minor training reinforcement for puppies or young dogs learning new skills and/or tricks. 🐾 Tips are APPRECIATED!!! 🐾 I work from home! 🙌🏾 So my schedule is flexible and allows me to be able to work with and respond to clients in a timely manner. My home is fenced. All pets remain on the property unless they are taken for walks. I also will let clients know about overlaps in booking wih animals.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life. I grew up in a home with dogs and on a family farm where we cared for around 12 dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Those experiences taught me how to understand dog behavior, recognize when dogs need space, and provide patient, attentive care. More recently, I've raised and trained my own Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Apolo, from puppyhood using positive reinforcement. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions, including feeding schedules, medications (if needed), and maintaining each dog's routine. Safety is always my top priority, and I closely supervise all interactions while paying attention to dogs' body language to ensure everyone remains comfortable. I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my care small so I can provide individualized attention, plenty of supervised play, and a calm, safe environment. I treat every dog like a member of my own family and provide regular photo and video updates so you'll always know how your pup is doing. I work from home, which allows me to provide attentive care, regular potty breaks, plenty of playtime, and one-on-one attention throughout the day. I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my care small so each pup receives personalized care in a calm, safe environment. Dogs have access to my securely fenced backyard for supervised outdoor play, along with plenty of time to relax indoors. For added peace of mind, my property is equipped with security cameras covering the outdoor areas and the main indoor play spaces. Whether your dog enjoys playing with friends or simply relaxing, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and right at home from the moment they arrive. Your dog's safety and comfort are my highest priorities. I provide a clean, calm, and secure home where dogs are always supervised. I take the time to help new dogs settle in at their own pace and carefully monitor all interactions to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. My home has a securely fenced backyard for supervised outdoor play, and dogs are never left outside unattended. Inside, they have plenty of space to play, relax, or nap depending on their personality and energy level. Fresh water is always available, and I'm happy to follow your dog's feeding schedule, medication instructions, and any other special care needs. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, I only accept dogs that are fully potty trained, friendly with other dogs, and comfortable in a home setting. If your dog has a history of aggression or difficulty interacting with other dogs, my home may not be the best fit. Whenever possible, I like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the first daycare visit to make sure it's a good fit for everyone. Because I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my care small, I'm able to provide each dog with plenty of individual attention while maintaining a safe and positive environment. I'll also send regular photo and video updates throughout the day so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have had dogs since I was born. I have experience dealing with training puppies as well as dealing with senior dogs. I will follow your instructions for care to the T because I know how important it is for dogs to have stable training and schedules. I will take your dog to the park, out on a walk, on a run, or with me around town. In my mind dogs are part of the family and I will treat them as one of my own for as long as I have the privilege to take care of them. I have two rescues, both fixed that get along great with other dogs. I foster for several rescues so i know how to deal with different temperaments of dogs. Your dog will receive the same care as mine and all the same walks/runs/play time. I work from home so I am able to take your dog outside, for walks, and ensure they are getting the exercise they need to thrive. I have a fenced in yard, gated front porch, and a gate on the stairs. The dogs will have full access to the basement (dog proofed) and first floor. Access to the top floor will be for bedtime (if the routine is the dog sleeps in the bed). We also have a playpen and crates here at the house.

About: It took almost 20 years, but I finally made my Nintendogs dreams come true when I got my own little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I've been a proud dog owner for over 5 years and have provided petsitting services for neighbors, friends and family for a few years. Thanks to my obsession with my own dog, I have a deep understanding of dog behavior, from potty training and obedience training to teaching basic commands and leash training. My girl loves tricks for treats. I owned a children's toy brand and now work from home full time as a Director of Creative Strategy where I get to spend all day with my pet and yours. I take my Cavalier Sol on multiple walks through out the day in my neighborhood which has beautiful tree lined streets and a huge park for running and rolling in grass. I prefer working with moderate energy dogs, but I'm also open to watching puppies and senior dogs. I want to make sure dogs feel safe and comfortable which has led to me rescuing strays a few times. Your fur baby will be just as loved as mine. Even more so because they will be missed. If you're looking for a dedicated and reliable pet sitter, I’d love to meet your four legged love. I currently work from home which has allowed me to be available for my own pet and others. I do morning, afternoon and evening walks. We have outdoor play sessions and I provide enrichment toys and treats to keep them stimulate. I live in a private building within walking distance to a park. My apartment is spacious but I can see every inch of it so no one is ever out of sight. I am able to provide proof of my dogs up to date vaccination. I require pet parents share proof of up to date vaccinations.

About: I grew up with many different animals at home and I loved to take care of them and play with them. I also had dogs and was able to breed and enjoy 12 puppies. I also take care of my neighbors two dogs when they go on vacation or extended weekends. Now I have a Doberman for the last 6 years and she is a smart and loving companion and I trained her to be a service dog. I know how to respond if your furry friend should get sick and have great contacts to a veterinarian hospital. I left corporate world in December last year and are now enjoying retirement. I will have plenty of time to accommodate and play with your furry friend. I have a single family home with fenced in yard to accommodate your dog and to play with Piper, my 6 year old Doberman girl.

This was my first experience with Emily and her husband watching my two dogs, and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I met them, it was clear they genuinely love animals and treated my pups like they were their own. They kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When I picked my dogs up, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s such a relief to finally find someone I can trust with my babies. Emily and her husband are kind, reliable, and truly go above and beyond. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy dog sitter!
