My old Rose passed away but I had to give her eye medication and oral medication everyday so I am comfortable with that. I also grew up with family dogs and cared for those dogs. My availability to watch your dog is very flexible. I work from home a most days a week so it is a high chance that I could work from home while caring for your pup. I am a very caring person. I have a PhD in human development and family science and work in the social work field. I have a giant heart and would love to care for your doggie! As a stay-at-home worker, pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent attention, timely feedings, regular potty breaks, and plenty of play and cuddle time. About: Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am a lover of all animals. I grew up my whole life with cats and taking care of my neighbors/friends dogs. When I was 11, I even made my own business cards to pass out around the neighborhood to advertise my petsitting "business". I am now the momma of two furry children, a long haired domestic cat named Basil and a red golden retriever named Fisher. I know the importance of these pets in your life. Because I have felt the worries of leaving them in the hands of someone else, I felt inspired to become a pet sitter myself! More recently, I've raised and trained my own Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Apolo, from puppyhood using positive reinforcement. Your dog's safety and comfort are my highest priorities. I provide a clean, calm, and secure home where dogs are always supervised. My home has a securely fenced backyard for supervised outdoor play, and dogs are never left outside unattended. With older pets, I go slowly and make sure not to startle them if they're sleeping, as they may not see or hear me come in. I LOVE hearing stories about the weird things your pets do that make them unique! :D I work from home and can often accommodate same day requests for walks, drop-ins, and house-sitting. I do my best to follow your pet's normal routine. I like to go slow when meeting new furbabies, especially if you tell me they are shy or anxious. I use a few calming techniques that have shown to be effective. I like a challenge! It's so rewarding watching the transformation of a cat/dog go from showing defensive/protective behavior to them rubbing up on me or giving me kisses. Earning their trust is the best!

About: My husband and I work from home and have very flexible schedules that allow us to be present with our pets during the day. There are no kids in the home during the day during the week. Typical day include walks around the neighborhood or nearby park, lounging or playing in the backyard or the dog park. Plenty of toys for chewers and plenty of space in our fenced yard to roam and play. I currently work from home as a technology sales rep. When I am not working, I’m entertaining both my toddler and pets. I often have a decent amount of free time and dog sitting has been a great outlet for my dog to socialize and get some fun in! For repeat pets, I have noticed a big difference after a few days of adjusting. Its important for pets to feel safe in whatever space they are in.

I also take care of my neighbors two dogs when they go on vacation or extended weekends.
