About: It took almost 20 years, but I finally made my Nintendogs dreams come true when I got my own little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I've been a proud dog owner for over 5 years and have provided petsitting services for neighbors, friends and family for a few years. Thanks to my obsession with my own dog, I have a deep understanding of dog behavior, from potty training and obedience training to teaching basic commands and leash training. My girl loves tricks for treats. I owned a children's toy brand and now work from home full time as a Director of Creative Strategy where I get to spend all day with my pet and yours. I take my Cavalier Sol on multiple walks through out the day in my neighborhood which has beautiful tree lined streets and a huge park for running and rolling in grass. I prefer working with moderate energy dogs, but I'm also open to watching puppies and senior dogs. I want to make sure dogs feel safe and comfortable which has led to me rescuing strays a few times. Your fur baby will be just as loved as mine. Even more so because they will be missed. If you're looking for a dedicated and reliable pet sitter, I’d love to meet your four legged love. I currently work from home which has allowed me to be available for my own pet and others. I do morning, afternoon and evening walks. We have outdoor play sessions and I provide enrichment toys and treats to keep them stimulate. I live in a private building within walking distance to a park. My apartment is spacious but I can see every inch of it so no one is ever out of sight. I am able to provide proof of my dogs up to date vaccination. I require pet parents share proof of up to date vaccinations.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years, ranging from the typical fish, cat, and beloved Murphy, to include even a pet iguana (or two). 🥰 I have a fenced yard where both Murphy and your furry loved one can play and hang out. For overnight stays I have a large adult dog kennel that can accommodate a Mastiff just as comfortably as it can my Min Pin (who believes he’s the size of a Mastiff). 😄 I have an older dog with lots of energy and plays well with other dogs. I am an active person, so neighborhood walking is available for dogs with proper training. I can also provide some minor training reinforcement for puppies or young dogs learning new skills and/or tricks. 🐾 Tips are APPRECIATED!!! 🐾 I work from home! 🙌🏾 So my schedule is flexible and allows me to be able to work with and respond to clients in a timely manner. My home is fenced. All pets remain on the property unless they are taken for walks. I also will let clients know about overlaps in booking wih animals.

“I mean just AMAZING!! Rachel and her husband have this dog thing down pact and really have gained a life client. I was very very nervous at 1st about using this rover app and leaving my baby in the hands of strangers outside of an institution, but Rachel really eased so much of my anxiety. She is very kind and sweet, organized and specific about the needs of your pet. I could tell my little baby Nova had a great time... I really enjoyed the updates and the checking in especially with video so that everything could be confirmed... Nova came home a happy baby. She and her husband took the time to get to know myself and Nova 1st so that they could really make sure Nova was being taken care of with the same love that she gets a home.... I loved that Rachel had a curriculum for Nova throughout the day and not just constant play ALLLL DAY with no structure so that she can improve and stay mentally stimulated and not just worn out.... About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve had my family dog, Chutney, for over 10 years, and taking care of him is really what got me into dog sitting. I did Rover throughout college and absolutely loved it, and after taking a break during the pandemic, I’m excited to be offering my services again. Since moving to Detroit, I’ve spent the past three years dog sitting and caring for many wonderful pups. I previously worked fully remotely, and while I’m now hybrid, my schedule is still very flexible. Right now, I’m only in the office once a week for a couple of hours, and starting in July 2026 I’ll be in the office three days a week. The good news is that I get to choose my own hours, so I won’t be gone all day just a couple hours! This flexibility allows me to continue giving pets plenty of attention, companionship, walks, and care throughout the day. Pet care fits pretty easily into my daily routine because I currently work a hybrid schedule and only go into the office once a week for a couple of hours. Starting in July 2026, my schedule will shift to three in-office days per week, but I’ll still only need to be there for a couple of hours each day. I also live with my partner, who is great with dogs and typically home during the day since he works evenings, so there’s usually someone around to keep your dog company and cared for while I’m briefly in the office. This gives us plenty of flexibility to follow your dog’s routine, provide lots of attention, and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for throughout the day. I also make time for at least two walks a day, along with regular check-ins, feeding, and anything else your dog may need to feel happy and comfortable. I make it a priority to make sure your dog always feels safe and comfortable. I treat every dog as if they were my own. I give plenty of extra cuddles, attention, and quality time so they feel secure and loved while you’re away. You can trust that your pet will be in good hands.

I could be working 2 PM to 7 PM 9:30 AM to 3 PM or 9:30 AM to 7 PM. I can align best with parents whose pet is used to them going to work. I will always be off Friday and Sunday. I get my schedules on Wednesday that is the best time to book with me to know what my schedule for the next week is looking like. I do sometimes sit more than one pet at a time unless you let me know that your pet is reactive to other dogs or you are not comfortable with other pets being in the home, and I do make sure that they are separate while I am not in the home, but I do not have any other pets of my own so if that is something that you are adamant about, please let me know and try to book as soon as possible so I can decline other bookings on the dates that you are needing thank you so much for your patience and flexibility as well. I hope to work with you soon. I live in a pet friendly community in Midtown. The area includes designated pet relief stations with waste bags readily available, making it easy to keep the environment clean and comfortable. Im only a five-minute walk from a local dog park where dogs can enjoy additional activity and socialization, with owner permission. I prioritize safety at all times by keeping pets supervised, following their regular routines, and ensuring they have a clean, secure, and welcoming environment while in my care
