2. Lavinia W.
“Lavinia has been an amazing dog walker. I asked her to walk our dog everyday after she took care of him wonderfully while we were gone. Lavinia is communicative, punctual, and trustworthy. Our dog looks well exercised after each walk with her. She can walk our german shepherd who’s infamous for not walking with strangers. This means a lot!”
3. Lily H.
“Lily has been so awesome with our dog, Kenai! He loves her and gets so excited for his walks with her twice a week. He is already doing better on his walks and seems to be learning a lot.”
4. Naomi W.
About: I studied Animal Science in college and worked with animals of all kinds often! I also had two dogs in high school and I have two cats now, so I’ll make sure your pets get the attention they need. I currently work at a grocery store, so my schedule varies, but I can always make time as well. Talk to me about what works for you. I’ll test your pets like my own: they’ll receive lots of love and attention and I’ll make sure they feel safe. I can follow any specific instructions you may have as well.
5. Ariel C.

6. Grace S.
About: Hi there! My name is Grace. I was a dog owner for a long time, and now I'm hoping to meet some new dogs and help you out in the process. I love to jog, and would be happy to take your dog for a run. I love to play fetch or whatever your dog's favorite game is. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I'm trained as a paramedic, so I'm responsible and cool-headed during emergencies. I love all dogs, but rescues and those scrappy-looking mutts hold a special place in my heart. I have experience with larger breeds as well. There's no dog too big or small for me! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I can devote as much time to your animals as you need! I am available on short notice. I love to stay active, so I love going for walks or playing with animals. I live right across from a park with tons of space to run and play.
7. Maheen A.
“She was great! Our dog loved his walks. Maheen is prompt, attentive, and communicative. It was clear that she has lots of experience walking doggies!”
8. Michael K.
“For the last 6 years, Michael has helped me with doggy and kitty care (boarding, housesitting, dog walks, drop-ins), and he's been wonderful! He has such a soft spot for the furbabies and treats them like they're part of his family. I would recommend Michael as a responsible and loving caregiver, and I know he would love to take care of your pet!”
9. Valerie M.
“Valerie is one of the most kind and compassionate people I know, her heart and ability to love and care for others and animals is unparalleled. She regularly cares for my pets whenever I go out of town which is frequently, and I know with her on the job my babies are in excellent care and well protected. I began just having her come by twice a day to feed my pets, scoop the litter and let the dog out for 15 minutes to do his business. She went so far above and beyond, taking my pup for walks, giving him a bath, brushing the cat, and spending an hour or so each drop-in to play and sit with them so they wouldn't feel alone or stressed. If you want someone detail oriented, always on schedule, ready to go, and that has a holistic approach to pet care, she's your girl.”
10. Chloee P.
“Chloee loves animals and has been talking about wanting a dog of her own for as long as I've known her. She's lived with and taken care of dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and more. She takes care of a cat at home and is a responsible owner who gives her pet what she needs. She's usually more excited to see someone's pet than she is their owner, so your pet is in good hands.”
11. Maciyah D.
“This is my first experience. It went well so far will be booking her again great personality great charisma. My dog really liked her.”
12. Katie E.
“Katie has treated my pets like her own. I'm always glad to have her as a steward for their welfare and safety when I'm away. Highly recommend!”

17. Maranda M.
About: Hello! I’m Maranda and I love animals, like most people. I am open to all animals! Any pet in my home will be treated as my own, following guidelines set by you of course. I have most of my experience fromworking in Dog Day Care centers, as well as ten years on and off overnight dog and cat sitting for friends and family, so I am well versed in dog behaviors and body language. I can’t wait to meet your fur baby or babies! My three year old and I are always home except for quick runs to breakfast or the store. I’m rarely gone from the house for more than 2 hours. I ask that drop off/pick up times be between the times of 7am- 9pm. I am also available for transportation! I have dog seatbelt leashes as well and I can pick up starting at 9am and will end at 9pm, outside of emergencies. Thank you for understanding ☺️ A somewhat fenced yard, a chain link fence that is weak at the poles (working on updating) but! dogs would be leashed at all times regardless. I have a large three year old who is the only child in the house that is never left unattended around animals. The comfort of the dogs are most important. If your fur baby has any resource guarding, fear aggression, or herding behavior I ask that we do a meet and greet to make sure everyone is comfortable. My house is baby proofed, although maybe in a state of organized chaos thanks to said toddler, so animals will be safe as well. I have three cats, but when dogs are in the house they hang out in my basement, as that is their home base. The pups in my care have access to the entire first floor of my house, and can come upstairs with me with supervision if I do not have any cat guests lounging upstairs (: I have two crates, one is 36 inches and the other is 42 and they are equipped with beds and an optional crate cover if that is what the pup is used to. If drop off or pick up is needed of me, I have seat belt leashes for car safety. During drop in visits, each family and pet have their own groove so please forgive me if i ask so many questions! I want to maintain familiar routines and behaviors with your fur babies so they can be as comfortable as possible. For drop in visits, please tell explain where the food is kept and where the food bowls/litter boxes are. Some dogs have triggers that put them in an arousal/overstimulated state, (Hats, hoods, boots? big jackets, certain pitches, how a stranger enters the house etc) please tell me if your dog has any of these! I have worked with many rescue/shelter dogs, I can accommodate for your babies. Please give a heads up for any exciting things your dog likes on walks! How do they walk, do they chase? Etc.
18. Claire H.
About: I believe having furry friends are a luxury and should be treated as such. I’ve had various animals for as long as I can remember, performing all the usual duties that I was instructed. About 6 years ago I grew in my care for my pets. I love giving my two dogs baths and a clean and odor-free place to rest. I am very particular that one shouldn’t enter a house and ‘smell dog’. I’ve consistently taken care of neighbors pets while they are out of town. Just like humans, dogs need their exercise. Not everyone has an enclosed yard but I love daily walks. My dogs at home are bigger, so I don’t mind size. I have cared for both since they were puppies. Not only dogs (though I do believe they are a man’s best friend), but I have chickens, a snake, two cats, a parakeet, and a turtle at my home residence in Detroit. I am an animal lover! I am a student here in Ann Arbor; however, pet care hasn’t interferes with my classes in the past. As long as the dog (in circumstances where the pet is a dog) is potty trained, I am able to make it back to the residence within 3 hours max. In my home residence we have an enclosed back yard. We keep our cats away from the dogs typically because our baby, Lucy, is very fond of small animals and can overwhelm them with kisses. In a client’s home I have been flexible. I understand some animals are more independent but I do love cuddles.
19. Grace M.
“Grace is certainly one of the most responsible and caring people I know of, and is absolutely the person I trust most with my animals. She is devoted to her own cat, Marvin, and is very aware of cats’ needs, seemingly having a sixth sense for any emerging ailments or moods. I have known her on so many occasions to take a good chunk of time to get to know cats and observe their comfort - on the street and at people’s houses - before invariably becoming their best friend. If this all sounds too gushing, it should do - I honestly cannot think of a better person to look after someone’s animals :)”
20. Mary S.
“Mary is extremely responsible and very caring when it comes to the needs of animals. I have seen Mary give loving care to dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters. I would highly recommend her for any job concerning animals.”
