About: I would love to take care of your furbaby! I have several years of past experience working at animal hospitals and a year of volunteer experience at the ASPCA animal shelter. I offer boarding with only one pet family booked at a time. I also offer house-sitting and love how it is a great option for some pets who feel most comfortable in their own home. I also make sure to keep your home at least as clean and tidy as I found it. I usually stay overnight for the pet's care needs, but if you are looking for just morning to evening or partial day house-sitting, message me for a custom rate. Whether boarding or house-sitting, I will do my best to adhere to your furbaby's normal routine. I have a knack for relaxing anxious/shy/reactive pets and have quite a lot of experience winning them over. I would be happy to do a meet-n-greet in a large outdoor space for your pup to warm up to me on neutral ground. I've cared for the full spectrum of dog sizes and ages. With older pets, I go slowly and make sure not to startle them if they're sleeping, as they may not see or hear me come in. I like to discuss how I can accommodate any special needs your pet may have. Extra plus if your pet is a cuddler! I look forward to getting to know all of your pets' personality traits and quirks! I LOVE hearing stories about the weird things your pets do that make them unique! :D I work from home and can often accommodate same day requests for walks, drop-ins, and house-sitting. I do my best to follow your pet's normal routine. I like to go slow when meeting new furbabies, especially if you tell me they are shy or anxious. I use a few calming techniques that have shown to be effective. I like a challenge! It's so rewarding watching the transformation of a cat/dog go from showing defensive/protective behavior to them rubbing up on me or giving me kisses. Earning their trust is the best!

About: I grew up with large breeds and have had dogs my entire life. I lived with all different kinds of foster dogs and now have one 5 year old dog at home. My husband and I are teachers who are home full time in the summer, so we can provide a lot of attention and love to any dog that comes to stay with us! I am a teacher who is home for the summer. I get up early to take a morning walk and avoid the summer heat and take another evening walk. I love taking my dog to the beach to swim throughout the week, as well. I live in a home with a yard (unfenced) and a 5 year old poodle mix to keep your pup company. Lots of walks and time spent snuggling will help keep your dog happy when they stay with me.

About: It took almost 20 years, but I finally made my Nintendogs dreams come true when I got my own little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I've been a proud dog owner for over 5 years and have provided petsitting services for neighbors, friends and family for a few years. Thanks to my obsession with my own dog, I have a deep understanding of dog behavior, from potty training and obedience training to teaching basic commands and leash training. My girl loves tricks for treats. I owned a children's toy brand and now work from home full time as a Director of Creative Strategy where I get to spend all day with my pet and yours. I take my Cavalier Sol on multiple walks through out the day in my neighborhood which has beautiful tree lined streets and a huge park for running and rolling in grass. I currently work from home which has allowed me to be available for my own pet and others. I do morning, afternoon and evening walks. We have outdoor play sessions and I provide enrichment toys and treats to keep them stimulate. I live in a private building within walking distance to a park. My apartment is spacious but I can see every inch of it so no one is ever out of sight. I am able to provide proof of my dogs up to date vaccination. I require pet parents share proof of up to date vaccinations.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years, ranging from the typical fish, cat, and beloved Murphy, to include even a pet iguana (or two). 🥰 I have a fenced yard where both Murphy and your furry loved one can play and hang out. For overnight stays I have a large adult dog kennel that can accommodate a Mastiff just as comfortably as it can my Min Pin (who believes he’s the size of a Mastiff). 😄 I have an older dog with lots of energy and plays well with other dogs. I am an active person, so neighborhood walking is available for dogs with proper training. I can also provide some minor training reinforcement for puppies or young dogs learning new skills and/or tricks. 🐾 Tips are APPRECIATED!!! 🐾 I work from home! 🙌🏾 So my schedule is flexible and allows me to be able to work with and respond to clients in a timely manner. My home is fenced. All pets remain on the property unless they are taken for walks. I also will let clients know about overlaps in booking wih animals.

About: Your home is my base. Professional housesitter, LGBT+ND Friendly. My homebody routine (WFH yogi) mean tons of time with your pet. I'm very tidy, and a good fit for clean nonsmoking homes. Over 200+ nights per year petsitting! Your place is my home, not just short visits. I also enjoy multiple pet households of 2, 3, 4 or more! I am patient with anxiety, special needs, medication, and puppies. I love written instructions, and take medication seriously. My day is typically yoga, meditation, movie nights with your pets, two hours WFH, and walks or yard time. I also offer daytime care in your home via the Housesitting tab (3 hours to 10 hours+) even if you don't need overnight. You can also book Drop Ins of 30 mins to an hour, or multiple hours. I usually send 2ish updates with photos per day, but if you'd like more or less, let me know. I'm mature, sober, nonsmoking; I don't vape or use drugs, not even caffeine. I have decades of experience caring for houses and pets. I WFH a few hours a week as a property manager, so I'm very available for pets who need more attention. Feel free to send a request even if Rover suggests I may be booked, because sometimes it's just for a doggie walk. Note: All of December will be at Rover Holiday rates. After our initial meet and greet, it is standard to do cold swaps vs hot swaps, for your out of town trip. I arrive after you leave, and depart before you return. This usually means smoother transitions for pets and humans. If you need a sit start time before 8am, or end time after 8pm, or drives over 20 minutes, there is an additional charge of $30 each, not included in your estimate. You are very welcome to book additional drop ins or walks before your sit so we can all get to know each other! Your home is my home base, I bring my groceries/book/yoga mat. Playtime, downtime, and sleepytime are spent with your pet. I WFH and love reading, cooking, meditation, movies. My commitments are important to me, and I care about your pets. I am responsible, a great communicator, and will always respond to your messages.

About: Hello! My pet experience consists of having my own doggy for the past 20 years. I rescued my older dog and then got a new puppy. My old Rose passed away but I had to give her eye medication and oral medication everyday so I am comfortable with that. I also grew up with family dogs and cared for those dogs. My availability to watch your dog is very flexible. I work from home a most days a week so it is a high chance that I could work from home while caring for your pup. I am a very caring person. I rearranged my schedule for the pet. I don’t have a set work schedule. I drive Uber at the moment. Also, my house has an enclosed backyard. I also require a pet parents to have a leash, a harness or some other form to walk your pet. I have locked doors. I have screen doors and I also asked the owners how they are on leash and if their yard is enclosed or not, my house isn’t closed and I have all things up above floor level. All my stuff is like waist high and I make sure anything that our animal would chew on is up. I also asked if the pet parents have shots up-to-date. And I also asked them to provide a kennel of some sort just in case the animal needs to be put in there. The only time I would put them in is if the owner requires them to be in at night why I’m sleepy or if I leave the house and don’t take the animal with me

About: My husband and I work from home and have very flexible schedules that allow us to be present with our pets during the day. There are no kids in the home during the day during the week. Typical day include walks around the neighborhood or nearby park, lounging or playing in the backyard or the dog park. Plenty of toys for chewers and plenty of space in our fenced yard to roam and play. I currently work from home as a technology sales rep. When I am not working, I’m entertaining both my toddler and pets. I often have a decent amount of free time and dog sitting has been a great outlet for my dog to socialize and get some fun in! For repeat pets, I have noticed a big difference after a few days of adjusting. Its important for pets to feel safe in whatever space they are in.

About: Hi! I’ve fostered both dogs and cats throughout all four years of college, including caring for sick pets and administering medications when needed. Animals have always been a huge part of my life—so much so that my family genuinely thought I would grow up to be a veterinarian. I’m currently a medical student and spend most of my time at home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and care. My partner Matthew is occasionally around and helps lend an extra hand, but I am always the primary caregiver responsible for your pet’s care. About: I actually care for the animals well beings. I can train a pup to sit, stay, paw, shake (two different paws, 2 different commands), high 5 and even roll over! :) Pet care fits in my day to day life as my sister and I share 3 dogs and a cat together. 2 of those dogs plus the cat being mine so it plays such an important role in my life. As long as the supplies are there I will make sure your animal is getting the prescriptions, kitty litter changed. That’d be the only difference because I will be giving top notch service weather in at the clients home or my home.
