“Rachel is amazing. She took great care of my Hobey who is a goldendoodle. I knew upon meeting her that she took this would be a great experience for Hobey. She provided videos throughout the day that showed Hobey playing with other dogs, doing tasks that would merit him a treat, and relaxing after some playtime in the backyard. It was nice to see the vids and to see him have a good time. I took him there 3 days in a row and each time he would get excited as we pulled up to her house which made me feel good. I could tell he had an active day when I picked him up cause we would get home and I would feed him and he would sleep for the rest of the night. I was only in Michigan for a week but I will be back to visit family and I will always use Rachel.”

My old Rose passed away but I had to give her eye medication and oral medication everyday so I am comfortable with that. I also grew up with family dogs and cared for those dogs. About: I have been an animal lover my entire life and had dogs in my own home for 10+ years. I have had experience ranging from raising and training puppies to caring for senior dogs with special needs such as blindness and diabetes. I work remotely from my home and will make sure your pet has all the attention that they need. While I have your pet I will ensure they are only left alone briefly for necessary errands. About: I’ve always had a deep love for dogs. I’ve had two dogs one of which sadly passed of old age and one who is currently a senior. My current dog and I are attached to the hip and I’m well informed on the love, attention, and care it takes to provide for a furry friend. Dogs are special animals that become part of the family and deserve to be treated as such. I’m happy to provide an excellent service or any other additional care your pet may need. Pet care fits pretty well into my schedule. I’m a currently an online student so my schedule is flexible as I am available Monday through Friday. I have a fenced yard with lots of space. I have another senior dog who usually spends most of his day sleeping but is very friendly himself so your dog would have some company if you don’t mind.

I have a partial fence it is not complete yet the land lord said it will be finished soon I have a lot of free time to take care of your pets on my profile it says I own two dogs that is not true I don't have any pets at home Either me or my husband is always home when I’m taking care of a pet. I rearranged my schedule for the pet. I don’t have a set work schedule. I drive Uber at the moment. Also, my house has an enclosed backyard. I also require a pet parents to have a leash, a harness or some other form to walk your pet. I have locked doors. I have screen doors and I also asked the owners how they are on leash and if their yard is enclosed or not, my house isn’t closed and I have all things up above floor level. All my stuff is like waist high and I make sure anything that our animal would chew on is up. I also asked if the pet parents have shots up-to-date. And I also asked them to provide a kennel of some sort just in case the animal needs to be put in there. The only time I would put them in is if the owner requires them to be in at night why I’m sleepy or if I leave the house and don’t take the animal with me

About: I actually care for the animals well beings. I can train a pup to sit, stay, paw, shake (two different paws, 2 different commands), high 5 and even roll over! :) Pet care fits in my day to day life as my sister and I share 3 dogs and a cat together. 2 of those dogs plus the cat being mine so it plays such an important role in my life. As long as the supplies are there I will make sure your animal is getting the prescriptions, kitty litter changed. That’d be the only difference because I will be giving top notch service weather in at the clients home or my home.

I offer boarding with only one pet family booked at a time. I also offer house-sitting and love how it is a great option for some pets who feel most comfortable in their own home. I have a knack for relaxing anxious/shy/reactive pets and have quite a lot of experience winning them over. I would be happy to do a meet-n-greet in a large outdoor space for your pup to warm up to me on neutral ground. I've cared for the full spectrum of dog sizes and ages. With older pets, I go slowly and make sure not to startle them if they're sleeping, as they may not see or hear me come in. I do my best to follow your pet's normal routine. I like to go slow when meeting new furbabies, especially if you tell me they are shy or anxious. I use a few calming techniques that have shown to be effective. I like a challenge! It's so rewarding watching the transformation of a cat/dog go from showing defensive/protective behavior to them rubbing up on me or giving me kisses. Earning their trust is the best!
