I'm adding this detail in this review, because it shows just how much our dog loves and trusts Cameron. She even brought her kids along to visit Frankie (our tortoise), and they spent time watching her explore and helping with her soak. Seeing those photos and updates meant so much while I was away. She also showed kindness to my cats, even though they weren’t part of the booking, which speaks volumes about the type of person she is. “What a wonderful experience! I have 3 cats and 2 of them I have never left alone for more than an overnight, the oldest I've always taken with me. Since I have 2 more now, I couldn't take them and I didn't want to board. I went to IL to spend the holiday with my grandkids and was gone roughly two weeks. Emilee came faithfully every day, EVEN Christmas day! She sent me a message when she was on the way and took dozens and dozens of photos of my babies. The oldest is a bit skittish but took to Emilee right away. I am beyond grateful that I was able to enjoy the holiday and time away because of her. About: I’ve always been around animals and risen on a farm with dogs and cats constantly. We currently have a gentle Great Dane that loves to play with all sizes. I love dogs of all sizes and have a nice sized yard for play time. I am working part time but my husband is home all day. Your pets will never get board with a dog park down the street and a community of people that have/ love dogs around us We own our home with a grassy back yard for your dog to play with sprinklers during the hot days. Constant water is always assessable with the hours of play.
About: I thought that joining Rover.com would be a good idea now that it is summer and I have plenty of time. I have been dog and house sitting for some friends a few times throughout the past year and it went well. My friends had labradoodles, a golden retriever, mixed dogs, puppies, and a bird. I would be available most of the day to keep your pets company for doggy day-time. Dog-boarding I have done before for my friends dogs so I think I would be alright at it. About: I dog sit bi-weekly for a family with three big dogs, two on which are weak and old, one is a puppy. I love dogs and can take care of them however you’d like me to! About: I love all animals! I've had cats and dogs my whole life, and have watching animals of my friends and family on numerous occasions. I have two dogs, both are rescues and one is a 6 month old energetic and playful puppy named Wayne and my other dog is a sassy 4 year old puppy at heart named Murphy. My 4 year old Murphy was born with a liver defect which was diagnosed last year, so I have plenty of experience with surgical recovery, medications, special diet, and handling sick animals with care and ease. My childhood dog also had kidney disease and required daily injections and medication. I have volunteered at local shelters for the last 3 years, and have lots of experience handling and caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My 4 year old dog also has behavioral challenges that we attend regular training for, and through that have learned so much about dog behavior and handling. He is the reason i'm so invested in rescue efforts and animal care and welfare! I work full time, but work most of the week from home. I have a flexible schedule but a set routine for my dogs. I feed breakfast at 6:30am and dinner at 6:30pm, but can adjust as need be for your pup. I have a fenced yard, and an energetic puppy who would be happy to play with your friendly pup! My older dog is still learning how to be social, so I crate him to create space so all animals are comfortable and happy. Both my dogs are crate trained, and I can easily crate yours if you would prefer!
About: I cant remember a time where there weren't pets in my home! I came from a family of animal lovers and regularly volunteered and fostered for a few rescues (5 years experience with a range of breeds, primarily Husky) I recently moved here from WA, where I had regular pet sitting opportunities outside of the fostering.
