“Kiley was responsible and made a sincere effort to engage my cat Bellatrix. Even though Bellatrix is shy to strangers she happily received lots of pets from Kiley. She ate her food (which can be an issue if unhappy). Bellatrix is a raw cat and Kiley made sure the dishes were washed after each feeding. The liter box was cleaned. After I returned home, Bellatrix went to the door at the times Kiley was coming to visit her. Kiley was really great with Bellatrix and she will be my first choice next time I need to travel.”

“Imani was a very friendly and respectful young lady. I feel she covered everything I asked of her. The pictures and her comments to me while I was on vacation was really appreciated. Imani, Thank You for taking care of my cats!!!!!”

“Carissa took wonderful care of Frankie while I was away. Her updates were detailed, thoughtful, and always made me smile. She consistently went above and beyond—bringing in packages, cleaning up unexpected messes, and making sure Frankie was happy, healthy, and well cared for. What stood out most was how much she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Frankie. She even brought her kids along to visit Frankie (our tortoise), and they spent time watching her explore and helping with her soak. Seeing those photos and updates meant so much while I was away. She also showed kindness to my cats, even though they weren’t part of the booking, which speaks volumes about the type of person she is. It takes a special person to care for a tortoise with as much enthusiasm as a dog or cat, and Carissa did exactly that. Frankie was clearly loved, spoiled, and well cared for. I would absolutely book with Carissa again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter. 💚🐢”

“Thank you so much for taking such good care of our dogs. It allowed us to really relax and enjoy our trip. We knew they were in good hands especially with our one dogs new medicine. Great pictures too!”

“We were so pleased with the care our Dahlia received during their time with you. It was evident that she was relaxed, enjoyed playing and was well-looked after in our absence. We truly appreciate your attentiveness and the peace of mind you provided us. Thank you for ensuring her needs were met so perfectly. We highly recommend your services to anyone seeking a reliable and caring sitter. Thank you!”

“I wish I could give MORE than five stars. This was Cameron's third time taking care of our dog and he always goes above and beyond. This time there was an incident with a crazy neighbor of mine that he handled so well and told me about immediately after it happened. What amazes me also, is our dog can be weary of strangers when he first meets them. When our neighbor was acting out to them, our dog only barked when the neighbor's tone was aggressive. I'm adding this detail in this review, because it shows just how much our dog loves and trusts Cameron. That even if something scary and different is happening, Cameron knows how to calm our boy down and care for him. I will always highly recommend Cameron for any pet needs you have!”

About: As a passionate animal lover and dedicated dog mom to my dog Max, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring for your pets. I volunteer with a local animal sanctuary and assist with animal rescues, which has given me hands on experience caring for animals with patience, compassion, and attention to their individual needs. I’m deeply committed to animal welfare and creating a safe, loving environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. In my free time, I enjoy gardening and spending time in nature, which makes outdoor walks and playtime even more enjoyable. I treat every pet like family and strive to provide dependable, loving care you can feel confident about. I work from home so I am flexible with my time. I can do home visits multiple times a day. I work M-F from 7:30am to 4:30pm so my weekends and evenings are free. I have a fully enclosed yard with artificial turf. My gate always has a lock on it and I have a baby gate up at my front door to avoid accidental bolting.

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated animal care professional and current veterinary technician student with over 20 years of hands-on pet sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, and small household mammals including guinea pigs, rabbits, and other pocket pets. Animals have always been at the center of my life, and I take pride in providing compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable care tailored to each pet’s unique personality and needs. In addition to my pet sitting background, I spent 14 years actively involved in cat rescue, giving me extensive experience with neonatal kittens, senior pets, behavioral challenges, medication administration, and animals requiring extra patience and specialized attention. My veterinary technician training has further strengthened my skills in animal health, safety, behavior monitoring, and emergency awareness, allowing me to confidently care for pets of all ages and medical needs. Whether your pet needs energetic playtime, calm companionship, medication support, or simply a reliable and loving caregiver while you’re away, I strive to create a safe, stress-free experience for both pets and owners. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your animals, and I treat every pet like family. I'm currently working for a local animal shelter until 3pm Sunday through Thursday, being fully available Friday and Saturday weekly. I am looking into an externship opportunity to further my vet tech career, which means my availability will be almost full time in the near future to be available for pet sitting clients I have one dog and three cats myself, of which are equivalent to my own children being as I never had human children. My dog Chip is my world, and my cats are my babies. I have a large fully fenced in backyard, with a pool to cool off in in the summer months.
About: I offer genuine, trusted, and attentive care. With 2 years of experience, I administer meds, provide reliable basic care, and give tailored love, walks, and baths. I am currently attending school Mon-Thur from 8-3:30. But am available after school and anytime Fri-Sun. However I do prefer not to work Friday mornings. I provide attentive in-client-home care, including reliable feeding, scheduled walks, necessary medication administration, and thorough, comfortable bathing for your pet's needs. And that extra love!
About: I petsit for a friend of mine at their house so i was responsible for maintaining the house, taking care of the pets by feeding, walking, and crating them if I had to run an errand. I am in the vet field so I am very passionate about caring for pets and if there is ever a pet in need of medications I am more than capable of being responsible of caring for a pets that needs medication whether it be oral meds or injectable! I have only cared for my friends pets but would love to explore and meet other furry friends to care for! I am currently working full-time at an ER vet facility and work till late at times but at times I do not work as much as others and am able to take days off if told in advance for any long vacations that clients need their pets taken care of for! I make sure to meet clients beforehand and get familiar with where things are in case of emergencies and to just make things easier for when I come to care for the pets. I also like to come beforehand to see how the pets behave with me and what to look out for as abnormal behaviors! I am capable of doing whatever is handed to me whether it be having to crate pets, medicate pets or just go and have fun with them! I treat others house as very sacred so I make sure to keep the house as tidy as possible and not touch things unless told I can and even then I sometimes won’t because I very much respect other people’s houses!
About: I love all animals! I've had cats and dogs my whole life, and have watching animals of my friends and family on numerous occasions. I have two dogs, both are rescues and one is a 6 month old energetic and playful puppy named Wayne and my other dog is a sassy 4 year old puppy at heart named Murphy. My 4 year old Murphy was born with a liver defect which was diagnosed last year, so I have plenty of experience with surgical recovery, medications, special diet, and handling sick animals with care and ease. My childhood dog also had kidney disease and required daily injections and medication. I have volunteered at local shelters for the last 3 years, and have lots of experience handling and caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My 4 year old dog also has behavioral challenges that we attend regular training for, and through that have learned so much about dog behavior and handling. He is the reason i'm so invested in rescue efforts and animal care and welfare! I work full time, but work most of the week from home. I have a flexible schedule but a set routine for my dogs. I feed breakfast at 6:30am and dinner at 6:30pm, but can adjust as need be for your pup. I have a fenced yard, and an energetic puppy who would be happy to play with your friendly pup! My older dog is still learning how to be social, so I crate him to create space so all animals are comfortable and happy. Both my dogs are crate trained, and I can easily crate yours if you would prefer!

Thank you Abby for being available such short notice! Our kitties and ferret were happy, fed, and in great condition when we arrived from our trip. She took great care of our animals and included lots of photos each visit that allowed me to see that food and water (and playtime) were provided. Would definitely book again for our next trip!!

Grace has looked after my cats Oli and Poppy twice now and has done a phenomenal job! My cats, who are generally hesitant around new people, loved her right away. Every time she came to visit, they were always happy and excited to see her, which made me being away less scary for them. So happy to have a cat sitter like Grace! Couldn’t recommend her more!

First time using Ashley as our sitter, and we have nothing but great things to say. She took great care of our senior cat, Simon, and any accidents he had. Even though it wasn’t a part of the role, she checked in and gave love and attention to our other cats. We will definitely be using Ashley again ❤️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
