“Amia was wonderful! Dependable, great communicator, trustworthy, sweet and friendly. I can tell she made a good bond with our dog and I definitely plan on booking her again.”

About: We make it a point to keep the home in order and everything in place, as well as preforming a thorough cleaning the day before you return to ensure an easy transition back home for you. Very responsive and active in sending picture updates at any time upon request, and are quick to reach out if we have any questions or concerns to ensure that we’re properly caring for your animals and home. Having both grown up with cats and dogs of all sizes, we know the importance of making sure they get the proper amount of care and attention. We take the care of others animals seriously and always like to keep a clean environment for you to come home to. Our only request is 420 🍃friendly people due to medical reasons. It is only outdoor use, NEVER inside! After reviewing the needs/to-do’s for the day, we love spending our day staying by the animals side and giving them that needed attention so they know they aren’t alone and are well cared for! Rarely going out/leaving them alone. We’re flexible to various pet-care needs ranging from staying by their side all day to just doing check ins and drop by’s to let them go potty or feed quickly. We’re very conscious of all fitness/activity needs they may have whether it be daily ways or extended playtime for them to stay active and healthy. Happy to accommodate to any other special needs they may have as well!

“As always, Rebecca does a great job with our cats! We just got a new kitten as well and we were nervous about leaving her alone with the older cats for the weekend. But Rebecca puts our mind at ease knowing she is reliable and cares for our furbabies.”

“Emilee was awesome! She took such great care of Leo while we were gone and sent lots of cute pictures of him which made us happy!!! Next time we are in need of a Rover she will be top of the list!!”

“Daisy P is a GREAT pet sitter!! She was very punctual, thorough, and responsible. Plus, the dogs LOVE her. She interacted with them and played fetch with them - they loved her visit. They had only met her once before, and they were very excited to see her again. We are definitely going to be requesting her frequently.”

“I booked Amber for the first time to take care of my two pets, a medium size dog and a cat, for a week while I was out of town. She was attentive, communicative, and very reliable for the whole visit! She walked, fed, and cared for both of them (even took my dogs anxiety in stride and handled it extremely well!) and I never once was concerned whether they were receiving good care or not thanks to her and her husband. Loki and Persephone loved you two, thank you Amber! (And thank you again for the shells!!)”

“Kim was very prompt and responsive throughout her visits. She also sent a lot of pictures which we love! Kim took great care of our kitties and completed all extra tasks that were asked of her. We have already booked Kim for our next trips.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life from chihuahuas and German Shepards. I know how to well maintain every dog I have had. Apart from being a student athlete, I’ve worked at a doggy daycare for about two years. During my time there, I took care of the dogs for the day, fed them, cleaned up after them, and played with them. Working there helped me develop patience and gain practical experience working with various dog breeds. I am home for the summer from college so I have lots of time to care for your pets! Outside of this, I like to go to the gym, watch lots of movies, journal, and listen to music. In my own home I care for my pets as any good owner does. I know what they want when they want it and I easily pick up their signs. We have a large backyard for them to play and run around in. Unfortunately, due to one of my dogs disliking other dogs, I cannot allow other pets into my home. While she loves people, interacting with unknown dogs is a bit complicated for her. I will ensure that any home I am in is well-maintained and not damaged by any pets.

“Julia did a great job taking care of my dog! I had her do drop ins in the middle of the day while I was working in office. She’s very communicative and flexible. Will definitely book again with her in the future.”

“Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was communicative throughout and showed true care and regard for our kittens. I would welcome Brian in to my home again and would recommend his services to everyone I know. Thanks, Brian!”

“We absolutely loved having Lindsay watch our high maintenance fur family while we were away… think diva-level demands that even make us question our life choices sometimes! 😂 Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals shone through in everything she did. She followed all of our crazy instructions to a T; when she was unsure about anything she reached out right away to clarify. Lindsay sent daily updates with photos and went the extra mile with playtime and cuddles. She even went above and beyond to ensure no one suspected an empty house by moving our trash cans to the backyard after pickup, which we forgot to request. What really stood out is the extra time and care she took with the kitties, she was able to pet one of the super shy cats on her last visit! Our pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly pampered while we were away. If you’re looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter, book her NOW!! Seriously, she is amazing!!”

“Super awesome! It was my first time using Rover and Queston and was super impressed. Very professional and super fast response time, even though I booked last minute. Will definitely be booking again the next time we are out of town ?”

About: Hi! I’m Amanda, a nursing student and lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of pet sitting experience. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from chihuahuas to greyhounds, labs, and pitbulls. I’ve also done extensive training work with my own dogs through both private lessons and group classes, and I have family members who work as professional dog trainers at Zoom Room. In addition to dog sitting, I’ve also cared for cats for family and friends and am comfortable helping with feeding, playtime, litter box care, and companionship. I love staying active with dogs through walks, hikes, and playtime, and I always aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. As a nursing student, my schedule this summer is very flexible since most of my coursework is online. Outside of being in class on Mondays, I’m able to structure my days around pet care responsibilities such as walks, feedings, playtime, check-ins, and overnight stays. Caring for animals already plays a big role in my daily routine with my own dog, and I genuinely enjoy building pet care into my schedule. I also stay active and love incorporating walks and outdoor time into my day whenever possible. At this time, I only offer care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routines. I aim to provide attentive, reliable care tailored to each pet’s needs, whether that includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication administration if needed, litter box care, or simply companionship and comfort. I also understand how important communication is while owners are away, so I make sure to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
