About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats for years, including managing a busy multi-pet household with 11 cats and a dog. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, walks, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. Friends, neighbors, and family trust me to keep their pets safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away. I work from home, which allows pet care to naturally fit into my daily routine. I’m able to provide consistent attention, follow feeding and medication schedules, take pets out for walks or potty breaks, and give them plenty of playtime and companionship throughout the day. I’m already experienced with caring for multiple pets, so creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment comes naturally to me. I provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment where pets can feel secure while their owners are away. In my home, pets have access to a large backyard with a designated potty area, giving them space for fresh air, playtime, and regular breaks in a safe setting. I believe in maintaining each pet’s normal routine, following care instructions closely, and giving every animal patience, attention, and affection. About: Hey Guys and Gals! A little ‘bout me - I have two rescues (hound mix and vizsla mix) and they are my pride and joy; my heart outside of my chest. My husband and I are DINKWAD’s and we LOVE serving animals. I have a military background and I was an aviation mechanic before and I made the switch to animal care because this is what fills my heart, helping people and helping animals. I have fostered in the past and would love to do it again but I will not say it wasn’t heartbreaking to let go! Absolutely terrifying to trust someone with a living being that you’ve been caring for. So I completely understand what it means to trust a rover sitter. It isn’t easy and that’s why meet and greets are essential and why I require them before booking. MEDICAL NEEDS/CARE: I have not yet administered injectable medications to pets and until I have further training I am not comfortable providing this service at this time. I apologize in advance and will continue my learning! TRAVEL FEE/HOUSE SITTING: I do charge a one time travel fee depending on distance for stays. I recently left my full-time position to do more fulfilling work leaving me open to full-time opportunities on Rover. I love animals and there really is no better way for me to spend my day. Trust is of upmost importance to me. My furbabies are my heart and soul and I am beyond critical of who takes care of them in my stead. I believe the same goes for other pet parents and it’s my biggest responsibility to ensure you feel safe and comfortable leaving your pets with me. I will love them like you love them, no less. I strongly believe meet and greets are the most important which is why I require them for all stays/visits.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old! I currently have a 12 year old Labrador and a 16 year old French Poodle. I’ve dog sat for many families, including overnight stays, drop ins, and daytime care. I absolutely love dogs and am always the person who stops to say hi to every dog I see! I treat every dog like my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m currently a full-time college student at ASU! I have classes from 11am–6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 4:30-5:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I occasionally work a serving job on the weekends, but I’m happy to adjust my schedule if it interferes with a dog-sitting job. Other than that, I’m home often and would be able to give your dog plenty of attention, take them on walks, or simply keep them company! About: I have been around animals my whole life, I have a different kind of love for them. My family loves to foster and bring in cats or dogs occasionally, I also spend some time around horses! About: We make it a point to keep the home in order and everything in place, as well as preforming a thorough cleaning the day before you return to ensure an easy transition back home for you. Very responsive and active in sending picture updates at any time upon request, and are quick to reach out if we have any questions or concerns to ensure that we’re properly caring for your animals and home. Having both grown up with cats and dogs of all sizes, we know the importance of making sure they get the proper amount of care and attention. We take the care of others animals seriously and always like to keep a clean environment for you to come home to. Our only request is 420 🍃friendly people due to medical reasons. It is only outdoor use, NEVER inside! After reviewing the needs/to-do’s for the day, we love spending our day staying by the animals side and giving them that needed attention so they know they aren’t alone and are well cared for! Rarely going out/leaving them alone. We’re flexible to various pet-care needs ranging from staying by their side all day to just doing check ins and drop by’s to let them go potty or feed quickly. We’re very conscious of all fitness/activity needs they may have whether it be daily ways or extended playtime for them to stay active and healthy. Happy to accommodate to any other special needs they may have as well!

About: Love pets and would love to spend time with your dogs. I walk my dog multiple times a week and would love to help you out with your pet needs as well! I am a stay at home mom, with both kids in school now, so I have lots of time to fill it with activities and would love pet care to be one them! Very flexible during the week and weekends! About: My kiddo and I will happily provide lots of playtime, including walks and socializing, for your loved one. We both have experience with multiple breeds and are always looking to learn about the preferences and habits of those that are new to us. My kid loves to jog, dance, and tumble with the pups, while I'm more of the snuggling type. We both love long walks and visiting with friends at the dog park. About: As a teenager I had a pooper-scooper business in my neighborhood, with one regular client. Growing up we always had 2 dogs and I was the primary care taker. I've also watched dogs and cats while house sitting for several co-workers, including a tortoise and rabbits. I previously lived with 2 teacup yorkies and at my previous job we had an office dog (Rhodesian ridgeback) that I also cared for M-F during office hours. I like big dogs and little dogs and all sizes between. I'm usually pretty good at belly rubs and find that sweet spot that gets the leg kicking. My first dog was a border collie that we rescued from the pound. He had epilepsy and needed to take a daily pill. I could administer it with peanut butter, bread crust or sometimes dry, but often he would spit it out. That is my oral medication experience. I don't have time to give a family pet the attention it deserves so I don't have a pet of my own. I am currently living out of my van, which is not suitable for a pet, however I still love being around animals and if I can accompany your furry friends while they would otherwise be alone then that will make me happy. My previous home had cameras in the interior and exterior to monitor the pups safety. I always follow the instructions provided by the owner as they know their pet more than I do. I am a guest in the world of your pet and treat them with respect. This seems to allow most dogs to feel very comfortable around me. I take advice from trained professionals when applicable and always keep the lines of communication open.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid. Including dogs, cats, iguanas, turtles, and aquarium fish. I’ve had many different pets along the way, but currently only have one cat Penny. My kids are grown and out of the house so I have lots of flexibility. I work as a teacher but available most weekends, and maybe even during the week depending on the circumstances. You are opening your home to me and that is something that I do not take lightly. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
