Carissa took wonderful care of Frankie while I was away. Her updates were detailed, thoughtful, and always made me smile. She consistently went above and beyond—bringing in packages, cleaning up unexpected messes, and making sure Frankie was happy, healthy, and well cared for. What stood out most was how much she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Frankie. She even brought her kids along to visit Frankie (our tortoise), and they spent time watching her explore and helping with her soak. Seeing those photos and updates meant so much while I was away. She also showed kindness to my cats, even though they weren’t part of the booking, which speaks volumes about the type of person she is. It takes a special person to care for a tortoise with as much enthusiasm as a dog or cat, and Carissa did exactly that. Frankie was clearly loved, spoiled, and well cared for. I would absolutely book with Carissa again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter. 💚🐢

Carissa took such amazing care of my dog Max, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. The moment I picked him up, I could tell he had been genuinely loved and treated like part of the family. He was happy, relaxed, and so well cared for. She and her family went above and beyond with walks, rides, pup cups, and so much attention and love. Her kids were incredibly sweet with Max, and one of the cutest things was the custom 3D printed tag they made for his carrier! Love it! You can tell Carissa genuinely cares about the dogs she watches, and I would trust her with Max again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend her!
