“When we read Danielle's profile we knew she was the perfect match for our older dog. Danielle was always quick to reply, great with our dog, sent lots of pictures throughout, and kept us informed about how our dog was doing. We also appreciated that Danielle was willing to schedule some meet ups before our booking to get to know our dog, and let our dog get to know her. We booked Danielle to stay overnight, and our house was exactly as we left it. We cannot say enough good things about Danielle, except that we will definitely book her again in the future”

“James is the best dog sitter / walker we have ever had! He manages our two goldens (one a young puppy) with ease. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with him!”

“Amanda was a wonderful sitter for our doodle Henry. He loved having her and she really took great care of him. He had walks and playtime and she sent frequent pictures showing us how much fun Henry was having. I was completely at ease knowing she was at our house with him. She also left the house impeccable. We highly recommend her!!!”

“Mary took fantastic care of our two dogs for 8 days - she sent pictures and updates often, and was quick to respond to any messages we sent her way. We would be happy to have her petsit again in the future!”

“Dakota, this review is written also as my gratitude. Thank you again for all your time and attention to my dogs for such a very long time (12 days!). They were content and happy when I got back. And the house was spotless! (You didn’t have to clean up!) I felt safe leaving them with you and deeply appreciated your daily updates and photos. I hope you and Spam would be willing to help us out again in the future 😊!!”

“Tessa stepped in at the last minute to take care of Kimi when another Rover had to cut the stay short by two days. We're very comfortable with Tessa and appreciate her willingness to help. This is the second time she has taken care of Kimi.”

“Christian was amazing! My dog loved her and she sent so many updates of pictures amd videos. Even cleaned the house before she left. I've already booked her again.”

“LaTrice was very responsive and took great care of my springer spaniel. She did in-home sitting and was very respectful of the space and left the apartment clean. She took my dog on many walks and upheld his recent training requirements. Would book her again.”

“Samantha was such a reliable sitter for our pup! She sent detailed updates and made us feel at ease on our 4 nights away from our dog for the first time. Would highly recommend her dog walking/sitting services! Thanks Samantha!”

“Dawn Star took wonderful care of my two dogs while my family and I were out of town for a long weekend. I came back home to happy dogs and a well cared for home. This was my first experience with a house sitter and found my dogs to be much more relaxed at the end of the stay compared to when they board at a facility. One of my dogs is very high energy, and the other is more reserved. Dawn Star handled their particular dynamics without issues. She also paid attention to my care/ instruction sheet and followed it to a T. I’m very happy with this experience and would hire Dawn Star again.”

“Sloan was the BEST sitter for our dog, Nyla. We were sent lots of pictures and updates. She also took the time to give her multiple walks and play with her outside. Our pup was so well taken care of and happy throughout Sloan’s stay. We definitely will be asking her to watch our dog again!”

“Our dog loves Elizabeth and is sad for her to leave when we get home. Elizabeth is so kind and sweet with our dog and I highly recommend her services.”

“Jordan went above and beyond as a dogsitter at our house! She was so great with communication, we did not have to worry about anything. We returned to our house even cleaner than how we left it. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, and I definitely hope she is available next time we need a sitter!!”

About: Hi my name is Brooke, I’m a 3rd year at UVA studying business in the McIntire school of commerce, and I love animals. I have a lot of experience with being a caregiver for pets. My uncle previously was a breeder and he would have my sister and I take care of the puppies during his work days. I also have experience with caring for others pets and have completed many services through Wag. It’s currently the summer so I have a lot of time to spend with animals throughout the day. But during the year I will be in school and have availability during the evenings and weekends. Depending on any service, I usually read the owners notes to care for the pet during the time asked to do so. I’ve previously used Wag and when I complete the services I communicate a lot with the pet parents throughout the time letting them know what I’ve done, etc.

“Natasha was excellent! Well happily be boom of with her again soon”

“Julia was a great help with our dog Champ and took good care of our home while we were away. She was responsive and easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout. An ideal stay from our perspective and our dog's as well.”

“Victoria is the best. We went away for a destination family wedding and had to leave our two beautiful babies behind for a long weekend. We were very nervous to leave them with anyone new, as we’d just had friends and family watch them previously, and we found Victoria and everything seemed like it would work out perfect! Until we left… and one of our dogs got sick. Victoria truly went above and beyond for our sick pupper, we usually would’ve come straight back but I was in the wedding party and we were quite far! She communicated with us every step of the way, took our baby to the vet to get some meds to feel better, and gave our girls so much love. Victoria, words can’t even begin to thank you for everything you did for us, from loving our pups to cleaning up after so so so many accidents. Thank you ❤️ we highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care that is attentive, loving, and communicative.”

“Mackenzie is super helpful and responsible for our puppy while we were away for a music festival. In addition to being a great caretaker of our dog, she is easy to communicate with and did a good job providing updates about our puppy. It is our first time using Rover and we are glad it worked out. So thank you so much Mackenzie and we would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs good care for their dogs.”

“Rachael took great care of our two kittens and our home while we were away. This was our first time leaving them and she was very communicative, so we felt at ease knowing they were in great hands during our trip. Thank you, Rachael!”
