-Please be aware, I do require a meet and greet before I can agree to work with you and your pup, it is a great time for both the dog and myself to get know each other! And a good time for you as the owner and myself to ask questions. -I want to know your dog's quirks before sitting him/her. I need to know what makes them comfortable and what typically frightens them. If there is any aggression or anxiety they have around other animals, people, places, please be honest with me upfront. -Can your dog be picked up? Touched? I've had to pick clients dogs up on multiple occasions as too often unfortunately other dogs can come out of nowhere, even on walks in town. This is a good way for me to protect your dog. -Do you need me to feed/water your dog during my visit? What should I expect your dog to do in terms of bathroom habits while I am there? Is your dog good in the rain? Can your dog handle the heat?

We would go on walks in local parks near your home, through neighborhoods if accessible. It's important to me that your pup is exercised, happy and comfortable! Everyone has a different definition of what a 'walk' entails, for me it is walking your pet for as long as I can during those thirty min so that they are well worn out by the time we get back to your home. If that isn't what you need, then just let me know. Maybe it is 15 min of walk and then play inside your house, I will do whatever you are comfortable with.
